i bought a capacitor from this store and WOW was i suprised at the markup on repair parts. i get mark up but 300% . i won't be going bck to this store anytime soon. the cap should cost 5 or 6 dollars, it was 18 and some change.

I can't ay enough about how awesome these guys are. I went in with a flue problem and no knowledge, and walked out 15 minutes later as an "expert" with ALL of the right parts. It is installed and they're amazing. Are you a DIY-er? When you get to the furnace, give them your business!

WE came all the way from Spokane to do a complete Heating and cooling system with Vinje. It was a very good experience. No one in Spokane would help us. It was done all on the internet.They will help every step of the way. They will help you with every question that a person might have. Craig is the best. It was well worth the time to go there.

Done with "Heating Companies". This store was like a candy shop is for a kid. All the items I needed were on the rack and readily available. If you want to do it right, do it while saving thousands, do some research, make a plan and visit this store. They have it all.

I am so glad I went in and talked to Craig for my heating needs. My house had a really old oil furnace that hardly worked. They were able to get me every part/piece I would need for a conversion to a gas furnace. I replaced the furnace with a HE natural gas unit they recommended for my house. Even the custom made pieces made by their fabricator fit perfectly. A few questions I had were answered by just a phone call. I would highly recommend checking with them if you are needing anything from a small heater part or a whole retrofit.

This place is great! They were a life saver when our furnace went out! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They had the blower that I needed for my york furnace in their warehouse, and had it at their store within an hour. Brought it home and had my furnace back up and running within 20 minutes! They had everything you could need to work on your HVAC systems. Highly recommend Do It Yourself Heating for all your HVAC needs!

This place is overpriced with no returns policy. You can buy something if you're in a hurry, but make sure you need it and it will fit. Otherwise, you will end up with part that you don't need for a cost of 2 at least.

After your answer I checked prices for Titan capacitor and they are $12-15 with delivery next day and free return. You charge $43.60 and it's not the lowest price in town.

I had the company sell me whole house heat pump system which I installed myself, they helped spec out everything I needed and sold all the duct work together with the HVAC equipment.
During install they were extremely helpful in troubleshooting some issues. The system is running great and I saved $10k vs. the quotes I was getting if I had hired it all out.

My furnace stopped working on a Friday night. I determined the control board was shot. I thought I wouldn't be able to get the part until the middle of the following week. Found this place on Saturday morning and they were open! They also had the equivalent control board in stock! Had the heat back on before noon and saved a bundle not having to call in a technician. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately they have poor employees. They obviously give company vehicles to the wrong people. Almost got ran off the road because of them when we had the right of way, then he proceeded to hang out the window screaming at me and giving me “bird”. Poor performance. I would never want people like that around my family, doing work for me or anyone I know.

Fantastic prices and service from these guys. Installed two mini splits in my units and they have been functioning great. Their prices charged are very reasonable compared to the competition. I will definitely use again.
