One of the most frustrating companies I have ever worked with. They took over 3 weeks to fix my heater, I was without heat in my house during that time over Christmas even though they promised to fix it before. Then they made me pay $232 for a part they said was under manufacturer's warranty but have ignored my calls and emails about how to submit the claim to get reimbursed.
