Innova Heating and Cooling went the extra mile to get our replacement Carrier Infinity heat pump, air handler, and thermostat installed when our old heat pump failed. The entire crew worked from 9 am to 9 pm trying to get the new system working so we would have heat. Unfortunately, the home warranty company had ordered a wrong part so they had to get the correct part the next day. When the correct part was installed the system worked perfectly, but Tabor, the owner of the company, personally ran diagnostic tests and made sure that the system was working properly. All of their technicians were very courteous and they worked diligently to get our new system up and running. They noticed that our ducts had a buildup of dust, and they recommended that we clean the ducts while they were working on installing the new equipment, and their duct cleaning crew was able to come out the same day to clean the ducts. I would highly recommend Innova Heating and Cooling, a small local company willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
