This company has been pjerking me around for weeks. They have no showed 3 times with no notice or communication. If you want your job done, I'd find ANY other company. Be smart avoid Einstein.

After reading the reviews I booked an appointment on line. I was pleasantly surprised to get a confirmation call the next morning going over my needs. All this seemed great and got even better with the reminder emails and texts from my team confirming arrival. My team of Jay and Allen were top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They discovered the problem, conducted a complete inspection and provided well priced solutions. Allen kept a smile in his face even after having to navigate through the puddles in the crawl space. As if that wasn't enough, I spotted Jay on his hands and knees with a spray bottle cleaning my floor before they left. I highly recommend Einstein Plumbing.

Absolutely Fantastic Water Heater Replacement!

We recently had Einstein Pros replace our old, leaky water heater, and we couldn't be happier with the plumbing services they provided! From the initial call to the final installation, their team was incredibly professional and efficient.

Our hot water was restored quickly, and the new unit is working flawlessly. The plumber who came out was knowledgeable, clearly explained the process for the water heater replacement, and made sure everything was up to code. We have used Craig on multiple occasions over the years, and have always had good results with the whole experience. Fair, honest and conscientious in conducting their business.

He's the kind of guy that comes out and loans you a kitchen faucet on THANKSGIVING DAY because yours went bad and you have the turkey in the oven. He's the kind of guy who crawls around under your house because you hear a strange banging in your walls, and then he figures out it's a woodpecker on your chimney--and he doesn't charge you. This guy is the best. Wouldn't use ANYONE else.

Once I had some work done by Craig Anderson, I don't use anyone else. They're good about scheduling, efficient in their work, and honest in their billing. When one of their plumbers had to go into the crawl space, he assessed accurately, taking all the tools and supplies he'd need so he wouldn't have to crawl in and out multiple times.

Craig Anderson plumber Rick came out to help on short notice. I had broken one of the bolts on our ancient toilet flange and I thought the flange would need to be replaced (only toilet in the house). Rick came out and dug out the rest of the old bolt and installed new t-bolts. The flange was good to go and now completely functional. Saved us so much time and money. He also placed my new toilet expertly and leveled it perfectly using shims. Very professional troubleshooting and installation.

I used this company five years ago to replace my hot water tank and was super happy with the price and service. That was then... I called in early June because I needed some plumbing work done and was told they were very busy, so it would probably be July before they could do it and they'd call back with a date. Didn't happen, so I called back. "Maybe August, but please send us a photo of your faucet." I did. Nothing, so I called back and heard about how busy they were but that they'd get back to me ASAP. It's now the last day of September. If this is how a returning customer is treated, well, you might want to think twice or three times about doing business with them.

Craig Anderson Plumbing has always come through when the situation is challenging. Every person in the organization is very professional and upfront about their schedules and pricing. Once again, they came through and got us on the schedule. We understand working with the best means you might have to wait to get on the schedule and it is worth it. Thanks again CAP!

We hired Craig Anderson to replace a broken water heater in our condo. Rick came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Rick is very personable. The company charged a very fair price for the work. We will definitely call them out again if we have another plumbing problem. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Craig Anderson Plumbing when I needed help with my water heater in Portland. I called in the morning, and Tanner was able to come by right after I finished work in the evening. He quickly removed the old water heater and had the new one installed and running within an hour. He even brought all the gas and water connections up to code, which gave me peace of mind. Tanner also figured out why my hot water was running backwards through the heater whenever I used the outdoor hose. He fixed the valve issue that was causing warmer water to flow into the toilet tanks, and he did it at no extra charge. The price I paid was fair and matched the average rates for plumbers in the area, and I could tell Tanner really knew his stuff. Shaun did such a great job roughing in a bathroom addition and replacing some old water lines in a remodel that just kept throwing curveballs at us. Perfect install, awesome communication, and everyone back at the office was extremely helpful in expediting the process. 10/10 will be calling for help with future projects.
