Wilson was amazing. He fixed all the original problems. We found more problems before he left and he went and got the part for us and put it on for us. We will be using this company again! I would recommend them to everyone!

Dave and Steve did a great job unclogging a bathroom sink and hydro jetting our sewer line. They were quick and efficient. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have plumbing work done.

Called last minute on a Friday at 3pm for a huge leak in our basement. Tyson came out and helped identify the problem and fixed it the following Monday in just a few days. Great communication and expertise!!

The technician explained what was causing the clog and the options for solving it. I decided it was best to do the jet clean as the cabling would not last as long before gunk in the pipe would re-clog. I was very happy with the work they did for me.

Plumber Technician Atkinson arrived at my house this Sunday evening to clear a stubborn clog in my sprawling drainline that is connected to three sinks, two tubs and a washing machine. At first the electrical powered snake he tried proved too short, but a determined Atkinson investigated under the house before retrieving a longer snake unit from his van. The longer snake cleared the drainline within minutes as the clog was almost 20 feet away. Atkinson said it is Rescue Rooter's goal to always leave customers happy. I am delighted I can take my morning shower without wading in cold-dirty water. Atkinson was very professional and was very careful not to soil the carpeting. He was great!!!

Kesa was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out to jet our kitchen drain that had a lot of grease buildup. He was very clean and quick and explained, process to us and gave us tips on how to keep our drains clean. Very happy with the service.

Technician arrived around two hours outside of our quoted window and we had to call to check on the status twice. We were quoted to scope and clear the main line before we really knew what the problem was (shouldn’t scoping be part of the process before you can accurately quote?) and ultimately, the problem wasn’t really even in the main line. We got quotes from a couple other plumbers and we actually could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere so finding that out was a bummer. The technician was really nice and knowledgeable so that was a plus.

The crew of Brandon and Aaron were A++++. They explained everything before they did something, completely answered all of our questions and worked around our needs. We would not hesitate to use them again. Dave whom we had initial contact with and adviced us what needed to be done left nothing out. He gave us some great ideas about what to do and provided us with the most complete and economical way to get our project completed.

It was a wonderful experience. Steven came to my home, was very courteous, found the issue right away, explained everything in layman's terms, provided me with several options, fixed my problem, and even cleaned up! Such a nice man. I will use Rescue Rooter for all my plumbing needs.

Claimed they could not quote a spigot replacement over the phone, so paid for them $79 to come out, and after glancing at the spigot leaking, told me their standard pricing for spigot replacement is $700. I am left wondering why they bothered to send someone out in the first place, as they were already aware of the standard pricing. They could have simply informed me of the pricing over the phone, allowing me to decide if it was reasonable or not.

Matt from Rescue Rooter showed up on time, helped clearly explain what are the issues, costs, and solutions, and then proceeded to fix my issue with care, attention, and speed! Amazing team at Rescue Rooter and I’ll be calling them again if I’ll ever have any plumbing needs! Thank you for resolving my issue so fast and with such great results.

I called this company to clear a sewer line at my home. There is so much I could say, but no one wants to read a novel for a review. What I will say, is that communication between the company and the customer is pretty much nonexitent. they miss time frames for arrival with no calls to let a person know they are running behind or need to reschedule for a different day. They will quote one price, but change that when questioned about it. If I had to do it over again, I would not call this company. Be very careful about getting all the paperwork you need and keeping track of money paid to them. They will overcharge you, and when you question it, they will get slightly belligerent with you. Best advice, call someone else.

Called them and made an appointment a week in advance. Told them what I needed. The day of the appointment they phone me to tell me they don't have any availability. Then gave me a fake number to call to complain to "corporate". Can't comment on their plumbing skills since they didn't honor the appointment.

TYSON is a big liar....I phoned them about a shower head leaking. He told me I need the house re-plumbed....which was the first lie!
I paid $10,000 for a re plumb of my house and found out later an apprentice did all the work....not a plumber..
I've had one problem after another w these ppl.
and they rarely phone me back.
Tyson damaged/dented the back the refrigerator when he pushed it out to fix a problem issue the apprentice had done on the back porch.

Made appointment for them to come out to clear a drain. Never showed for the appointment. Called back 4 times, each time they said they would be out. Never showed. When I called the guy he said maybe the next day but no quarantees. All this from a company that sears same day service. Just a pack of liars. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
