We live in South East Portland and recently had a clogged laundry drainage chute. Mike was great ! So informative and skilled at what he does not to mention friendly. We had to have our line , jet lined to clear the pipe. You could actually hear the difference as the water hit the main waterline. I highly recommend if you need a plumber this company is wonderful, their prices are reasonable and everyone is super friendly and skilled at what they do. They do exceptional work!

Mike and the team did a fantastic job with a sump pump installation, taking careful care of my (almost 100 y.o. home) he was knowledgeable, friendly and did not try to upsell anything we did not need or ask for. This is what most people are looking for and cannot find these days, a rare gem! Thank you Mike, for the hard to come by, honest and professional service. We were in a bind with so many conflicting bits of information and you were able to help us navigate this installation with expertise and compassion.

Mike with Perfect Service Plumbing was amazing. We had a clog on a Saturday evening at 5pm with a house full of family and a new Mom and baby 4 days post birth. We called Perfect Service, they responded within 20 minutes and were out to us within 60 minues. Mile was super speedy and had us all fixed and flushing in a flash!

So thankful for Mike and his help today! We needed emergency plumbing help in North Portland due to a DIY toilet replacement that revealed we were out of our depth once we removed the original toilet.

He quickly provided a resolution, and we even got to meet the shop dogs who were riding along with him in the truck (a definite added bonus for us)

Joey came out to our home in SE Portland and did an honest job with very reasonable pricing. We had two others come out who quoted us SEVEN times what Perfect Service charged. Joey was very helpful and easy to work with. When Mike answered the phone he was very nice and accommodated us the same day, even though they had an already very full schedule. I def recommend and will use again!

Mike installed an under sink water filter and spout. He was very patient while my wife debated the location of the faucet. He was highly professional to engage with, and was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job. He had to cut through our quartz countertop, so there was no room for error. He talked us through it and left the area clean. We love our new sink filtered water spout! I would not hesitate to hire Mike again. Highly recommend.

Our water heater gave out right after we got home from work, so we called Perfect Service. Mike answered the phone and was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though it was already around 6pm, he said he would come out that same night—and he actually did. The service was fast, professional, and honestly way better than we expected for an after-hours call. We’re super grateful he was willing to help us out so quickly. We used Perfect Service Plumbing and Drain Cleaning for a small repair at our rental home and had a great experience. Mike and Joey were fantastic. They responded within about an hour of our call and had the issue fully fixed the same day.

What really stood out was their professionalism and responsiveness. When something goes wrong, timing matters, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently.

On top of that, the price was very reasonable. I honestly expected to pay more for such fast service. It’s refreshing to find a company that shows up when they say they will, does quality work, and charges fairly.

Mike was very personable and approached my repipe project with professionalism. He pointed out all the areas of my home that would be affected; I think we only missed one which was in the garage. He did two walk-throughs and really helped me understand what needed to be relocated so his crew would have ample room to work.

Unfortunately, and this is hard to even write since I imagined a much different outcome, quite a few parts of this project are still incomplete as of today and it has been 4 weeks. Mike promised a final walk through and so far he has not reached out. I also feel the crew didn't leave my home as they found it. Quite a bit of debris was leftover (inside and out) and they even drilled a new hole in my bathroom floor when the route should've been through the wall, which was confirmed during the walk-through. And yes, I know changes can come about but no one ever came to me to discuss. They just took the path of least resistance.

Most of the incomplete work I ran across initially I put into a document for Mike to review. He thanked me for that and promised the tasks would be taken care of. Several were not -- which included easy stuff like making sure the new fixtures were properly caulked and also secure within the walls.

One amazing thing his tech Joey did was completely install my new dishwasher. My home was subject to water damage last September and I've been doing dishes in my bathroom because I only have half a kitchen. This was a wonderful surprise.

I can’t sing their praise enough! I’ve used them on multiple of my rental properties and they are always out there same day, polite, and effective. Not to mention they have the best prices in town. I’ll keep calling them forever.

This guy is awesome!! Not only was he on time he was very informative about the repairs I could do. He worked hard and was very efficient at his job all with a big smile. We will definitely youse these guys in the future!!

Replaced house line from meter without tearing up the landscape. This was not an easy task! All that after emergency hookup so we could have water while replacement work was getting done. Only guys in town to respond the same day of our discovered issues. Only plumbers I will use from now on in the portland area.

We had a clogged bathtub drain on a Saturday morning. Wilson was able to troubleshoot and clear the clog and even discovered and corrected a drain repair that was improperly done a few years back for us. Exceptional service and highly recommended!

Kesa was very professional and very helpful. He not only fixed our sewer system which was clogged but also 2 neighbors’ as well.

My wife and I had just moved in to our new house early March 2021. We were there for a few days when we noticed a toilet that was plugged up and then the washing machine starting to back up. Thinking it was something we did, I called for service from Rescue Rooter, Jack Howk. I believe it was Alejandro that came out to our house. He was methodical, concerned and puzzled as to what could be the problem. After looking at the conditions under our house, raw sewage but yet one of our toilets wouldn’t flush, he took it upon himself to go underneath our house to explore more. He discovered that the plumber had left in the test plug from the inspection. He also discovered that one of our toilets was flushing directly into our crawl space. Needless to say we had to call the plumber back out to repair things, get the toilet connected to the sewer and have a cleanup done. Alejandro was excellent and I would use and recommend Jack Howk again for plumbing problems!
