This is a company that takes pride in a job well done. They are courteous, prompt, and treat your home as if it was their own. Thank you!

SHAME ON YOU CASEY PLUMBING FOR TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A SINGLE WIDOWED WOMEN. -
Buyer beware! Casey's Plumbing significantly overcharges. They took advantage of an emergency situation . Do not recommend them at all.

I have great experience with this company! Their technician, Chris, was friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and clean. Nicole, the scheduler, has been very easy to work with. They have also bid on a major job to re-pipe my house. I am very satisfied.

Once again Casey's does the job better than anyone else. Chris O. Showed up to unclog my bathroom sink and bathtub that was slow. He looked at it wrote up the quote and said this is the job but there is a possibility that with this job we might run into this and this if that happens before we do anything we will discuss what to do. So I knew at would Be $300 as long as the first option worked. It was a way harder job than he hoped but he didn't give up he didn't want to go the other routes as they are expensive and he got the job done after over an hour of non stop work. He even took the time to explain how to avoid in the future and he even cleaned up stuff that he didn't mess up just to make sure it was clean. WOW! I am so glad they are my plumber on call!!!!!! THANKS!

Casey's Plumbing is really devoted to their residential customers. The Diamond Club is unique and gives peace of mind. My friend's pipe burst in the middle of a deep freeze, while she was out of town. Of course, every plumbing firm in town was busy. The house sitter freaked out! Fortunately, the owner is in the Diamond Club. This put them at the top of the list for fast service from Casey's.

Casey's got us out of a self-inflicted bind. We tried to upgrade our own shower to allow for ADA bars. All was fine until we got to the pan and under the house. Not only did they explain everything CLEARLY so we didn't feel like plumbing dolts, but they finished that portion of the project the same day they came out. Quality service, products. Not the cheapest - I'm OK with that. Guaranteed work - I'm REALLY OK with that.

2 years ago, 2008, my 82 year old mother had a $20,000 job dones by Casey's. Recently, I pulled out a free standing cabinet in her kitchen and found 2 perfectly round holes in the floor. They were located next to the wall where some pipes were replace within and went down into the crawl space under her house. It's pretty low down to make a major mistake like that and not let the patron know about a mistake like that. I would never use their services again.

Casey's has done a wide variety of plumbing in my house over the past dozen years or so. Last was a leaking shut off valve in guest bathroom. Casey's came very quickly and Vasily(sp?) was on time very courteous and friendly, explained what he would do and the cost and replaced both valves quickly. After a day or two, there was an ever so tiny leak, and Tyler came out, tightened and checked it. However, over the next week a few drops appeared. Immediately, Tyler came out replaced the leaking valve and it is fine now. Responsive, skilled, friendly and pricing that appears to be in line with what you should expect than what you might want. I always call Casey's Plumbing first. Be a premier member if you are a home owner.

We had a whole house repipe. Having big work done on the house can be so stressful but the guys from Caseys plumbing made it enjoyable. All of the plumbers were super knowledgeable and friendly.. I even caught them singing while they were working. I definitely felt like I got quality work, it is so nice to have the updated plumbing. No more galvanized crud!

The service used to be really great about 5 years or so ago. The prices were also high, but still reasonable. Now they are absolutely insane compared to other plumbers I've used. I can't believe how much they charge to come and look at an issue just to give a quote. Almost $200! Then you want to use them because the quote is so spendy you don't want to lose out on your money. Unfortunately you will have a hard time getting anything done around your house, no matter how basic, for under $1k if you are lucky. I am done with them and their outrageous prices.

I called in with a clogged drain and they had someone come out to just look at it which cost $188. Once the plumber got here they wanted $450 to unclog the kitchen drain and another $450 if they couldn't get the pea trap back on. Absolute robbery - especially since the plumber tells me after the fact "it would be way cheaper to have a drain specialist come out" I will never use Casey's for any project and certainly would tell anyone to look elsewhere.
*response to owner* The fee is not the problem, it's the fact that you pay that and then are quoted an astronomical amount for the work is. It's like a mechanic charging you $50 to look at your car and telling you that it will be $200 to replace the air filter. You're not going to pay the $200 for the air filter but now you are stuck paying the $50 for them to look at it.
I fully regret not keeping the paperwork for the quote - the plumber that came took the quote with him, perhaps he was not doing his job quoting accurately because that was 100% what I was told and was written in front of me. The fact that you are saying that I (the customer) is lying about the quote says enough. I was obviously happy to pay to have the issue corrected (as I did the next day). -
Lots of numbers but worth considering,
Casey's charged me $180 to just come out and offers half of that towards the repair. Obviously you lend them a lot of trust because you don't want to loose on your $180.
Not knowing much about plumbing I agree to pay their ridiculous fee of $1034.00 but left me feeling like i was way over paying. after doing some research what they actually repaired was my waste and over flow along with one pvc pipe(about a foot long) and some fixtures costing less than $150.That leaves $884 for 3.5 hours of work that's one fancy plummer at ~$252 an hour.
When i tried to call one of the owners Brenda Casey picked up but could not explain to me why it was that high only that they have a 2.5 year warranty for their parts. Lets see if i would have just gone with a $90 an hour plumber by estimating a little, stay with me people, 4 hours at $90 an hour with $150 in parts leaves me with (4 x 90) + 150 = $510. Does a $524 dollar warranty on $150 worth of parts make sense to anyone? Well while speaking with her I ballpark exaggerated the price of paying an extra $700 dollars and ask her if she has ever paid for a $700 dollar insurance on $150 worth or parts? all she said was "yes I have" Fantastic customer service Brenda.
Don't waste your time and money even trying to call these people I just hope this helps anyone save the trouble and headache. -
I have been using Casey's Plumbing for years. My experience with them puts me at ease, knowing I am in good hands with excellent results. I know that I can trust Casey's with my plumbing needs. They are 5 stars in all areas, especially Chris!

Weird and rude experience. First scheduler was nice, told me a plan, let me know how they work, etc...they cancelled last minute and rescheduled for a couple weeks later due to their plumber being sick. Got a call the night before from the owner who was super rude and told me that since my entire house needed to be replumbed (what???) that they probably couldn't send someone out tomorrow. I asked her to clarify and explain and she said she was the owner and obviously we had lost trust at some point and that we should cancel. Reading the other reviews I think I got off easy. Do not hire these people.

I've had an ongoing relationship with Casey's Plumbing for around 10 years. I first had them re-plumb my house. The last big thing I had them do was repair a leak in the water line from the street to the house. They are not cheap, but then again, they are professional plumbers, not handymen, and I've never had problems with their work.

Casey’s Plumbing was excellent! We had a water heater explosion (maybe not that dramatic) in our house. They walked us through what to do and dispatched an awesome team out the next morning.
They worked quickly, walked me through everything they were doing and then showed me how to use everything. These guys were the absolute best!
They are my go to guys for all things plumbing. A million thank you’s! -
Good sevice. Our plumbing problem and options were well explained. The plumber was knowledgeable, made the required repair effectively and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. The price for the service seemed reasonable. We would use Casey’s Plumbing again.
