Chris, from Casey’s Plumbing, came out promptly to explain the options I had when a pipe broke going into my house. He explained everything without pressuring me to go with the highest option. Once a plan was in place, Chris and everyone at the office had permits and equipment arranged so he and Mark (who was also great) could be out bright and early the next day to do the work. It took them all day to get everything done; but, I’m happy to report, I have water!!!! I would highly recommend Casey’s to anyone who has need for a fantastic plumber.

Great guys to help with plumbing problems. We have a clawfoot tub that was leaking from several spots and could NOT get the supply stops to budge but after a conversation with Tim we were able to get them off. We called another plumber before Tim only to get told we wouldn't get an appt until Friday (this being Monday) and with our main water shut off we called around and found Tim at Liberty plumbing more than happy to help us out on Tuesday! Great plumber(s) give them a call! Thanks Tim!

I own 4 commercial properties and 3 residential, and i dont trust my pipes with anyone but liberty. They will not be your lowest bid, but literally nothing ever goes wrong with their plumbing and they have fixed all the issues i have with others work. Tim is honest, hardworking and excellent at what be does. A rare breed these days.

Tim is as honest and hard working as they come. We are newer homeowners in an old house. Tim figured out several strange plumbing problems we had. He was a prompt and clear communicator. Even when one project spiraled into a bigger one (as old homes like to do!) Tim stuck with it and explained what was happening every step of the way. We are very happy to have all the repairs done and would recommend Liberty Plumbing to anyone.

I contacted Perfect Service to fix our sink that wasn't draining. After scheduling them to come out a few hours later, Mike called and offered to have someone out in about an hour which was great. Joey came out and snaked the drain, made sure it was clear, gave me a recommendation to keep my pipes working well and even cleaned the area around where he worked. I'm very happy and highly recommend them!

I replaced my kitchen sink and discovered a leak in a part of the drain which I was not comfortable fixing myself. Mike diagnosed the issue quickly and was extremely professional, nice, and reasonable to the extreme! I would recommend him to anyone!

This is an easy review to write. On Saturday, 9/6/25, my sewer line backed up. There was a bit of flooding in the basement. Drains and toilet weren't working. I called Perfect Service and got a very quick response. Mike was at my house in about a hour. He flushed the line. Everything was working again! However, a camera inspection revealed old clay pipes with extensive root invasion all throughout and at every joint. He recommended a new sewer line. He insisted I get three bids before agreeing to use his company. Three days later, the new sewer line was put in using the trenchless sewer line replacement method. I now have a new sewer line! My garden and yard were not impacted or damaged. I am very happy. I give Mike and his crew all the stars available. Perfect Service Plumbing and Drain is an excellent company: honest, reasonable pricing, with top-notch work.
Perfect Service Plumbing is now my go-to for all plumbing issues. Thank you, Mike!

The Perfect Service went above and beyond to quickly fix our toilet water line in SE Portland. It needed to be moved to accommodate a new toilet and Mike came out ASAP, fixed it for 1/4 of the price we were quoted from another plumbing company, and was so incredibly fast and helpful. Can't recommend him enough!

Best plumbing experience ever! Made an appointment for an estimate the same day and got service scheduled for the next day. Fast, friendly and excellent work. Suggested a future de-burring of the sewer pipe to extend its service life and prevent future clogs. Replace main cast iron drop pipe that was 80years old and cracked. Mike was great to work with and his crew was outstanding. Recommend without hesitation.

I had an issue with my shower that another plumber couldn’t figure out. The dudes at George Morlan had no clue either. But, they gave me Mike’s card and they were excellent.

I’m a female & it can be annoying to try and talk to dudes about home repair because they have a tendency to give you the run around — Mike did not. He seemed confident in my ability as a homeowner to try my own fix, but also didn’t make me feel like an idiot when the problem was a simple shower head issue 🤣

I feel legitimately lucky to have selected Perfect Service. It can be a helpless feeling scrolling through the companies that Google shows you when you have a plumbing situation and zero expertise. I had a great experience start to finish. Mike was friendly and fast. The price was borderline unbelievable compared to the first company I called. I paid less than 10 percent what one of their competitors quoted me! I truly believe that some outfits try to take advantage of the emergency nature of plumbing problems. Like I said, I feel lucky that I called Perfect Service—I just wish I called them first
