I was referred to them by a friend, and when I called, I spoke to Mike who sent help out immediately.

Joey arrived promptly and got right to work. He quickly determined the issue was in the main sewer line, which a video scope confirmed. He first tried an electric drain auger, but the blockage was severe. He then returned with a hydro jet, and within a short moment, the blockage was completely cleared from my 100-year old pipes. No BS, no upselling, just problem solving.

If you take anything away from this review, let it be these two things:

1) Make sure your five-year-old isn’t flushing toys down the toilet.

Mike has come to our rescue twice now. We first called on a Sunday evening with a serious issue and he was at our door first thing Monday morning at 7:00 AM. He saved our basement from flooding in no time at all. The total cost was $103.00, Even though he had a fully booked day he made the time to come by and fix our plumbing! Look no further!

This company was an absolute life saver. I was called by my tenants on a Saturday afternoon because of a bathroom plumbing emergency.
