I had an upstairs bathroom leak into my dining room. They were able to come out the same day and find and fix the leak. They were also helpful with next steps for getting the drywall holes they had to cut repaired. I will definitely call them next time I have a plumbing problem.

Shawn - diligently changed out the cheap original shut off valves under my kitchen sink and chased down a problem when he turned water back on. And he replaced my disposal. Everything came out great.

Rose City was quick to respond to all communication. They were courteous and professional. Ben was the skilled tradesman who came out to investigate the issue and repair the problem was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and on-time. I will use RCP going forward for my home's plumbing needs.

Rose City Plumbing did a great job fixing a bad leak from our shower into our ceiling! I highly recommend them. They came quickly, explained what had failed with our shower drain and the steps necessary to repair fiberglass shower & drain. Owner Michael Davis is amazing as were his crew!

Great prompt service! I called them at 4pm on Monday for a non-urgent garbage disposal replacement and they were here Tuesday morning! Also recommended a rebate by the local union to save money.

Did a good job at repairing the items needed but $385 for less than two hours of work is ridiculous. This was just labor and did not include any of the $18 in materials.

I've had Watson's out to my house twice now. Once for water main replacement and once for snaking a line. Both times were great, and all the fixtures and joints installed were marvellously soldered.

Dwayne of Watson Plumbing/Crown Plumbing, is the most capable and responsible plumber Ive ever had at my apartments. He has regularly gone above and beyond what was asked of him and I highly recommend him. The company itself is also pretty stellar.

Rude person on the phone scolding customers because they could not answer their phone then canceling appointments to punish them? Really bad customer service.

Refused to help in a water faucet emergency for a tenant claiming that they have to have my landlord permission to fix anything which is not reflective of Oregon state Tenant Rights Laws.
