Really helpful staff. I was doing a shower installation and needed help understanding how to do the plumbing. The team here got me set up with Pex and Shark Bite connectors. They got me all the tools & materials I needed and were very attentive to my questions. Very thankful for their support and guidance.

Had a sewer leak emergency. Rose City was on it in a couple of hours, Jake was knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Have had a lot of people work for me, this guy is a good one. Hope to use this company again under less hurried conditions.

Amazing service and professionalism - and in the aftermath of the ice storm! I called about burst pipes and Mike offered to come out THAT DAY (my friends were being scheduled a week out by other plumbing companies). When there was an unexpected delay, Jessica called right away - great communication! The next day Shawn came out and proved to be the hero of the hour. He did everything he could to avoid tearing apart the walls and ceilings, and ended up finding a tiny opening he could crawl through to get to the problem. Two hours later, the leaks (turned out there were several) were fixed. No gaping holes or sheetrock repairs. I was expecting this to be a nightmare, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Rose City!

Excellent plumbing company with reliable service. Have used Rose City Plumbing many times over the years. First time was to fix a leak from a toilet installation from another plumbing company. Since then have used them to install a water heater and other small projects. Definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

After calling a half dozen fire sprinkler system businesses and another half dozen plumbing businesses, Rose City Plumbing was the only one willing to come out and take a look at my leaking residential fire sprinkler system. My system uses PEX tubing; a common plumbing material. Miguel came out twice to fix two leaks that occurred about a week apart. He was on time and did high quality work. Rose City Plumbing's prices are very reasonable. I can't say they are cheap or expensive because no one else was willing to take the job or even give me an estimate. I'm a satisfied customer and happy with every penny I spent. I will be calling Rose City Plumbing for all my home plumbing needs in the future.

Had great service from the team to fix up a leak. Found the leak in between the walls of our bathroom and garage from a pipe. They were able to take care of the leak with ease. They also went out of their way to come back and move water heater back after our drywall was repaired.

We had the pleasure of chatting with this company about our issue. While we ended up not officially working together, I really appreciate the transparency of which they operate. It is obvious that they have a sense of morality in the way that they run their business. We had a pipe burst in January during the cold weather spell in Portland. At the time I had no idea who to call and every one I did call was extremely busy. My family was in a hotel because we did not have running water in the house until the pipe was fixed. I was able to reach out to Rose City Plumbing and Jake got in contact with me via text and arranged to come within two days to take a look and provide an estimate. When Jake got to our house, he was able to identify and fix our issue on the spot and my family was able to move back into our home. I appreciated the professionalism, patience, and kindness from Rose City Plumbing. I appreciated Jake sending timely texts and updates regarding confirmation of our meeting time. I also know our neighborhood streets were still icy, so I appreciate their willingness to take things slow to get out to our house! Afterwards, Rose City Plumbing provided me with a timely invoice that detailed the issue well that I was able to submit to my home insurance company. I definitely recommend Rose City Plumbing!! Water leak emergency 8pm on a school night. Mike, the owner, came to the house. He couldn’t have been nicer and capped the pipe, then came back the next day to finish some important maintenance work he discovered. Highly recommend!

Absolutely recommend! They answered the phone first thing in the morning, got someone out same day to clear a kitchen sink blockage. Ended up needing a 75 foot snake to get the job done. Steve was pleasant and professional, cleaned up the area when he was finished working and handled a crawl space like a champ! Thank you for timely, affordable service!
