Honestly, it worked out for the best—we wouldn’t have found this great plumbing team otherwise. We were able to get a service appointment just a couple of days after calling. Brandon and his coworker arrived right on time, and they were both friendly and professional throughout the visit. The rates were very fair, and we even ended up paying less than we expected because they offer discounts for military and law enforcement families. Even without the discounts, their prices are some of the best around. In the past, we paid much more with other companies for the same septic tank work. After finishing the job, Brandon took the time to explain how to properly care for our septic system and even replaced the screws on the tank covers for us. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. We’re happy to have found a dependable plumbing company that’s honest about their pricing and always delivers excellent service.

We had another plumbing company try to clear the line, but the problem came back a couple of weeks later. When they returned, they said they had done all they could and told us we needed a major repair that would cost over $6,000. Looking for another opinion, I called and had Grant come to help. He quickly took care of the issue and assured us the main line was actually in good condition. He cleared the sewer line all the way to the city tap—about 80 feet—and removed a lot of roots that were causing the blockage. Grant also used a camera to check the line and showed us that everything looked solid. He gave my mom helpful tips on how to prevent roots from growing back into the pipes. The price was fair and reasonable. I definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs. Later on, our community pool in Portland stopped working because of a plumbing issue. I reached out for help, and Grant and Brandon were quick to respond, arriving when they said they would. They carefully diagnosed the problem, found a clogged pipe, and explained that they would return with the parts needed for the repair. We also needed a new sump pump. Grant and Brandon came back the next day, installed the new sump pump, and replaced the line going out to the pond. Thanks to their hard work and professionalism, we were able to get the pool running again that same day. These plumbers worked efficiently and were respectful and friendly the entire time. I appreciate their dedication and highly recommend their services.

I had water backing up in my shower and master bath toilet. It turned out to be a problem with root intrusion in the main sewer line. Anthony was so professional! He explained the process every step of the way. He and his team had to excavate my front yard and dig 6ft down to get to the problem. After fixing the blockage/pipe, they put my yard back, cleaned up the mess and carried away the debris. It almost looks like they were never there! I highly recommend Realistic Rooter! I used Home Advisor to locate a plumber to replace a hot water heater. Realistic Rooter called back almost immediately and came out within 2 hours to check out the hot water heater to verify it needed replacement. Long story short, he replace it the after noon! He was efficient and professional. I would recommend Realistic Rooter to anyone requiring a plumber.

Had an emergency sewer main clog for Thanksgiving. Called first thing Friday and Anthony was able to come over that afternoon and get it all fixed! Friendly, no sales pitches to get me to spend more money. I will definitely be calling again next time.

Free initial assessment made sense, quote sounded fair. Great communication, guys were 10 mins early for a 3 hour job. All questions answered. Final cost was as quoted. Wife was happy with the hot bath. Keeping these guys on the Rolodex.

We had a rinnai tankless h2o heater installed and a full house repipe, with pex, performed by Realistic Rooters. Anthony's team (Tyler, Levi, & Brian) was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience was made and an excellent job was completed. I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and their flexibility during our project.

Able to schedule work for the next morning when our sink plugged. Contractor was here at the appointed time, worked neatly and effectively. Clog was cleared in less than an hour at a reasonable charge. I would recommend and will use them again if the need arises.

Yesterday I called and Anthony came out the following day, let us know when he was on his way, he called us with more information and all the required work to update a bathroom. Gretchen and I are Realtors and we will definitely call this company again. In fact we really don’t want to share his information because were afraid he’ll get too busy. Lol
I have not talked to any plumbing company who is as enthusiastic, prompt, and as knowledgeable. He even has a team that does other work like sheet rocking, installing cupboards, etc.

Anthony & son were very punctual and replaced my water heater and removed the old one. There was a plumbing malfunction that caused a slight leak and he came back and repaired the leak for no extra charge the following day. I highly recommend Realistic for Water heater replacement.

We had a difficult to access outdoor drain filled with silt. Anthony and assistant Levi found an access using a video camera, and were able to get it open. They had to make three visits and only charged me the standard fee despite several hours and trudging up and down a steep hill. Hats off to them. Friendly, respectful, and professional!

I had a leak in The crawl space. They arranged a company to clean it after the company I hired bailed out the day before the service was supposed to occur. The front office is amazing. The service was great and my sink is functional. I’m having these guys come back to replace the rest of the drain lines as well. I can’t thank these guys enough!

Levi was on time and got my floor drain cleared quickly, even taking the time to answer all my questions. It’s hard to compare prices, but it seemed like a better value than some of the national rooter companies. I’ll definitely be using this company again.
