Rated only three stars because pricing was very high after comparing with others, even for working on a weekend. Was not able to provide an estimate upfront on the phone and unfortunately wasn't in a position to shop around by the time of the service.

Our first dishwasher started acting up about a month ago and we needed a plumber to assess why it was not draining like it should. After all the home remedy suggested fixes, we finally called Proline Plumbing. Tristan was timely and their service was great. Ironically the dishwasher decided to perform perfectly while they were here, but having them here helped to highlight where our Frigidaire dishwasher was at and if things went bad again what our options would be for replacement and installment and disposal of old dishwasher. Thanks, Tristan!

I got fleeced. Gas company determined I had some small leaks in the piping around my furnace. I agreed to a $69 service fee and a $75 diagnostic fee from Proline Plumbing to assess the issue and the work needed to be done.

The technician decided pretty quickly that he would need to cut out a portion of the gas pipe and replace it. The other option was to replace a lot more piping which he didn't want to do. He made both fixes seem very difficult and labor intensive.

The quote was $789 for the work. I asked for a breakdown between parts and labor which he could not provide. I'm in the hole $150 already, I want to get my problem fixed while I have someone out there so I decide to just get the work done.

I realized that he never showed me the leak before cutting into my pipe so I ask him if he confirmed there was a leak. The answer was no. He just took the gas companies word without performing his own tests. Not sure why I paid a $150 service and diagnostic fee at this point while missing the most essential part of the diagnostic, confirming the leak.

The leaks were there. The work took him about an hour to do. 2 hours total onsite with some back and forth for a total of $933. They did end up cutting the service fee for a total bill of $858. The guy was very nice. I think the work was described as more difficult and time intensive than it was. The diagnostic was incomplete before deciding to take a saw to my pipes. Overall not a great experience. I think the leak is gone, but I can't see myself choosing this company again.

Vlad showed up right on time and got right to work. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned up when done. He was a delight to work with, I would highly recommend Proline Plumbing for all of your plumbing and septic needs!

Chris and Eddie came to fix a leaky pipe I had in my condo and shared the pipe with my condo neighbor. They were very nice and easy to be around. They didn’t have to cut into too much drywall and found the issue without much investigative damage. They were also nice and patient, never frustrated or rushing off to the next job (I knew they had apts after mine). I give them a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!

Needed same-day service and they were able to get here within hours. Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional. Hristo was great, got the job done well and was super nice. All around an excellent experience. (Can't really speak to price. Since I needed someone quick I called around to a few places and just went with who could come that day. But based on what I was hearing and past experiences, the price feels very reasonable!)

Very efficient was here even before they said they would be here between 2-6pm. I was impressed also the charge was way below many plumbing companies I check in Boise to come to Horseshoe Bend. The other companies wanted to charge basically as much what this company charged to drive out and repair what the other companies just wanted to drive out here. It’s redicuious what these plumbers want to drive 30 miles. When it takes as long driving or more from Meridian to South Boise and more time. Needless to say they are the best! Thank you again for all your help! You saved the day!

Andre was excellent. He was professional and kind. He repaired clogged toilet and heater in shower. He was quick. He also stepped out of this role and saved me by picking me up after my fall in my front yard, saved my puppy from a near accident with oncoming car and then walked three houses away to deliver my payment to my landscaper. He got me safely back inside my home after all of this! He definitely deserves an award.

I would recommend this company for plumbing issues. The appointment was easy to make and there was availability within a day. I called dispatch to day of the appt to ask a question and the woman I spoke with was helpful and friendly. My Technician arrived in the window of time provided and walked me though the process as he tried to diagnose my issue. Pricing was reasonable for the work completed.

Our hot water heater was about 11 years old and had started leaking badly. We called Proline Plumbing for help and they sent Dustin over same day and he replaced the unit in a few hours. Very happy with Proline Plumbing and Dustin.

Our technician was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and arrived quickly after we called during an emergency plumbing situation.

Buyer beware! WAY overpriced for no reason but being scammers. Called for an emergency. I knew it was going to be a fee for the emergency, but when the plumber showed up (nice guy just doing his job) he told us that the manager was quoting us $700 total to jet the line. The manager was quite aggressive and pushy, denying that this was an extreme overcharge. We found someone later who didn’t even have to jet it and it cost us a total of $110.

We had an interesting start to our weekend when our [outside] waterline busted on Friday afternoon.

We scrambled to find different plumbers who could respond to an emergency situation let alone conduct the repair for the pipe.

Proline & their team was amazing with their response time on a Friday evening & their next day repair. Their customer service dispatch team was excellent with scheduling us & updating us through the process.

The technicians - Tristan, Viktor, & I believe Alex(?) - were professional, respectful, & excellent with their work.

I’m extremely disappointed with the pricing and transparency of this service. I was charged a $200 'show up' fee on a Sunday, which I expected would be applied toward the work. Instead, after arriving, the technician quoted a staggering $1,200 flat rate just to hydro-jet a sewer line.
The cleanout was already open, accessible, and ready to go—this should have been a straightforward job. Charging a flat rate (usually reserved for installs like water heaters) rather than an hourly rate for drain cleaning feels like a rip-off. I ended up paying $200 for 15 minutes of paperwork and a quote, with zero actual plumbing work done. Be warned: the dispatch fee does not guarantee reasonable service rates

Had our garbage disposal fail resulting in billowing smoke from under the kitchen sink. We needed to be back up and running quickly and they were able to come on a weekend and quickly replace it. The plumber seemed very knowledgable about everything and quickly explained the problem and the options for fixing it. Called them at 3:30 PM on Saturday and everything was completely fixed by 5:30 PM the same day.

The three sinks we had in the house were on their last legs-leaking, cracked, eroded. Darren was again exceptional in removing the old sinks and installing the new ones. Another great job by Darren and Proline plumbing!

This is the second time we’ve called for plumbing help in Portland and both experiences have been excellent. This time, Grant and Brandon took care of our leaking toilet quickly and efficiently. They explained what caused the issue and showed us how to prevent it in the future. They also helped with some extra maintenance around the house to make sure we stay leak-free. Grant and Brandon were professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend their plumbing services!

After reading some great reviews, I decided to call a local plumbing company for help with my clogged drain. Grant and the team showed up right on time and really knew what they were doing. It turned out we had tree roots growing into our main drain about 50 feet from the house. They found the blockage fast and fixed it right away. They also gave me a fair price for coming back to do a thorough cleanout, not just a quick fix. After finishing the job, Grant showed me a video from the drain camera so I could see exactly what they had done. I’m very satisfied with their friendly and professional plumbing service.

After searching online and checking reviews, we decided to contact Noah's Rapid Plumbing LLC. We got an estimate right away, and Tanner arrived promptly to handle the job. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain every step, and made sure we understood what was happening.
