We had a backed up sewer grinder and it was leaking in our garage. I was able to get a hold of ProLine and they were able to get to us within a few hours. Dustin explained things well and was very helpful. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.

I hired Proline Plumbing to fix a backed-up basement drain. They charged me $1330 for 45 minutes of work, which seemed steep, but I trusted they resolved the issue.

It's worth saying this was considered "after hours" - I believe they charged $200 to drive to my place in inner SE, and $230 to "evaluate the issue", and $900 to "run a snake 15 feet".

Unfortunately, I wasn’t home at the time to verify, and when I returned the next day, the drain remains clogged.

Great company! Timely and efficient. Both techs (Darren and Ivan) that worked on our water heater were fantastic.

Scare tactics are unprofessional. While they got the job done, I hate being up sold. We called them because we needed emergency plumbing services, and they did get the job done, it just sucks that the four other plumbers I talked to afterwards said that what proline charged $1500 for, they would have done for $175. I called them because I had a great experience with one of their plumbers in the past, but now I know that was just a good person working at a bad company.

Edit: yes, I just wasn't the one who called it in, that was my business partner.

Emergency plumbing needed on short notice due to a broken water valve under my sink. They responded promptly, fixed the issue efficiently. However, they were probably the 18th plumber I called—surprising no one else was available. Nonetheless, grateful for their quick response and professionalism.

From start to finish, this is a great company to work with, the dispatch was quick to respond with good pricing, Vlad(technician) was friendly, informative and easy to work with. 100% will be using them again!

The person who answers your call is friendly too.
But fees are too high in my opinion. And they charge just to come check something out. Even if they were the ones who did the service a couple weeks before. You get a year workmanship warranty from them. But if you have any questions or concerns. They'll charge you to come take a look. And you will only not be charged IF they found a problem that they can't say isn't from them.
I don't agree with how they deal with their business. Of course it's nice for them as a company but you feel cheated out of your money as a customer.
Also unfortunately you have to be available in a 4 hour window. You can't schedule a time any closer, but you can call like an hour before your scheduled 4 hour window and see when they will arrive approximately.

Id only recommend them if you have an emergency and there isn't any other services available. I believe they are available 24 hrs a day for emergencies. Their prices are only worth it if it is an emergency imo.

Proline is great! Tyrone was exceptional—super awesome human. He was super experienced and skillful and I totally trusted him. Was able to fix my toilet and put in a new faucet in under 90 minutes! Will request Tyrone going forward.

Once again, Tyrone provided excellent service, was on time, very professional and personable. He walked me through what he was doing and provided photos along the way. Definitely will call Proline and Tyrone again when needed.

Tyrone was professional and made our job a priority, and didn’t give us the run around that we had been getting from other contractors that our home warranty company sent out. The dispatcher was professional and efficient. The tech was professional, concise, timely and got the job done. Everything was communicated in advance and the price seemed reasonable, especially for the weekend after Thanksgiving. We will use them again.

Proline was great in getting a technician to come out in a timely manner and maintain their cool when I was a little stressed about not being on-site when the technician came early. Adam and his partner came to help troubleshoot my issue, the cause of which wasn't very clearcut - but, he was able to provide a couple of appropriate solutions and pros/cons of each, all while being friendly and approachable. I anticipate needing more related work in the future and will be reaching out to them again once that time comes.

Nice technician willing to come on the weekend quote 3900 to replace water heater. Stan hot water man quoted 1450 to do it on Monday. Very polite person still cost 430 for them to come out. Our fault I guess for not asking before they came.

What a phenomenal experience during one of the most stressful situations. Chris is an absolute rockstar…. He was fast, so courteous, explained everything, showed me every step of the way what he was doing and why, and was so patient and full of grace. We woke up this morning to a flooded house with water pouring into the kitchen from the ceiling, and as I’m sure any parent can relate… when you have an almost 2 year old and you’re almost 8 pregnant… it’s chaos and such a horrible feeling to see disaster strike.
Chris showed up so fast, and worked through all the situations and helped to diagnose that the leak was from Lowe’s installing our washing machine incorrectly. Chris allowed me to take pictures and videos, and explained everything to me so I could help when the water restoration company shows up and also when Lowe’s comes to disconnect the washer and replace it.
Overall, I will admit I was feeling chaos and doom until Chris showed up. His professionalism is unmatched, he is friendly and made me feel supported and genuinely cared for as a customer. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
If you’re having any plumbing issues or find yourself in a disaster… don’t hesitate and call!! You will be so thankful you did. Hopefully you’ll get the pleasure to work with Chris and your day will quickly turn from chaos to feeling hopeful and under control!

A few weeks ago Chris came out to give us a quote for waste line replacement. He took the time to explain what he saw, how he would fix it, and I felt he gave us an honest recommendation. Eddie, Alex, and Chris did the work over two days. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. The day after the job was done we gave ProLine a call because we were still having an issue. Eddie and Chris came back out right away to take a peek. I will definitely be calling ProLine again when I need to replace my water intake pipes. Highly recommend!

I've had issues with plumbers in the past. But these guys are legit. Every technician I've had has been professional, cordial and most important, they know their stuff. Andres was no exception. He went up and above what was necessary and greatly appreciate it.

Tyrone was so awesome. We have been trying to solve this issue with more than 5 different plumbing companies, and he was able to find the true issue in such a short amount of time. He was incredibly nice and understanding of financial burdens. As long as we are able, he will always be our only plumber. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Absolutely the best.

Same day service was very nice, most other places I called needed 1-2 days to get to me. My technician Tyrone was very friendly and fixed the stuck nut on my old kitchen faucet in less than 5 mins.
I was a bit taken aback by the prices. $69 for them to come out, $155 to remove the nut and I was quoted $254 to install the new faucet I had already purchased (took me less than 10 mins) plus an additional $155 per angle stop to be updated. I’m glad Tyrone was upfront about the costs before doing any work and I’m glad the company policy is to ensure things are up to code but I just couldn’t pay $650+ for a faucet install.
