Save yourself time and get into contact with Anthony! He personally answers phone calls and is honest you throughout everything. I dealt with a sewage backage in my basement and it was pretty much worse case scenario with the previous two plumbers I had come by to check it out. Although the system will eventually have to be replaced, Anthony gave me some options to buy me some more time since I wasn’t expecting such a expensive fix on my home! Don’t deal with plumbers often but Anthony is great and will definitely ring him for future needs.

Anthony replaced an old rusted garbage disposal and realigned the under sink drainage pipes. He was efficient and the work was wonderful. I highly recommend him for plumbing work. He has done several projects for me.

ALL drains were clogged suddenly.
I called and REALISTIC ROOTER came within a couple of hours!
Anthony went into the basement and studied the pipes....I have never had a plumber do that before. He knew exactly where the clog had to be. He was right!! He had us up and running again in no time!

Well Anthony came to unplug drains on a semi-Emergency call to our home. He arrived approx 2-3 hrs after the call. He immediately set to analyzing the problem & came up with an estimate. His son showed up to assist and they finished unclogging the main drain & also pressure washed all lines in house + one clogged roof drain..! Cleaned up well and were finished in about 2 1/2 hrs.. Very courteous & thorough, rates were ok // even had shoe covers for inside work...Would recommend for sure, & will call again if needed !

We want to thank Anthony for being so amazing! He answers his phone personally, (which is extremely refreshing), he is quick, friendly, and affordable! If we could write him a 10+ we would! He is knowledgeable at his trade, and he is very kind to explain things well so that you understand exactly what is going on. The only reason we would hesitate to write this review is because he is going to get so popular he is going to become hard to book with,lol ☺️ My mother says thank you, so I say a million thanks for not taking advantage of a retired person on a fixed income in a difficult situation. The work at my house has been perfect. I had re-piping inside my house; a new connection to the underground watering system outside the house; a toilet repair; and a faucet repair. All work is guaranteed for three years. Very reasonable prices. Best people.

Anthony has worked on a few projects at our house, including a massive underground pipe replacement that was quite the epic job. He's very communicative, his prices are fair and he shows up on time. Happy to recommend Realistic Rooter to anyone.

My water main burst on the Saturday before Labor Day. I called many plumbers and they either were not working that weekend, or would only quote me the "holiday weekend special" price. Somehow, Anthony answered my call. Not only was he willing to head immediately over, but he fully explained his pricing and how he would tackle the problem trying the easiest route first (my driveway is over 100' long). Within two hours, he had my water main line fixed completely. He fixed it using a method that would allow minor ground shift (the cause of the issue). This was all for a very reasonable price.
Anthony has great communication skills and a calming personality. Both of these traits were helpful in keeping a nervous homeowner calm.

Anthony & Melody are fantastic. We had a pipe to our tankless water heater freeze, on New Years Day. Anthony came out, got our warm water going again & proposed a long-term solution. I highly recommend Realistic Rooter.

I needed a garbage disposal fixed or installed and Anthony came and absolutely helped me fix that problem. Then, I asked him if he could figure out why my dishwasher stopped working. He was very patient with me and figured out that I accidentally pushed a button that shut down my dishwasher and figured out how to turn it back on.

Then, as he was on his way out I mentioned that my daughter messed up the shower doors and that my dad could not figure out how to fix them and asked him if had any recommendations for a handy man who could come out and fix them...

No joke, he went into my bathroom, figured it out and fixed them! That is above and beyond my expectations for customer service and I will never use anyone else for my plumbing needs. Anthony- thank you so very much! You have earned yourself a lifetime client!

I love Realistic Rooter! Anthony came by today to install a countertop and sink with p-trap and new shut off valves in my bathroom. He noticed a crack in the marble countertop (which I thought was a seam), and encouraged me to send it back. Never a great start to the day when your wife says I think we need to call a plumber. I'd gotten a couple of recommendations for Realistic Rooter and decided to give them a shot. They were immediately responsive and educational as they fixed the issue...with a three year warranty;-) Day didn't start good but it finished great!

The story begins with a faulty kitchen sink line. After the cleanup was completed I hired this company to fix the line. The owner came out and inspected but did not confer with me about a plan of action. Without my approval he put a temporary fix on it. I wanted a permanent fix and explained this to the owner. I asked him why he would think that charging me nearly $1000 for a patch and then another 2500 for the actual fix would be economical. I mean I could have just waited another couple weeks for the real fix. I was grateful for the $600 credit but I really wanted the temp fix reimbursed. This owner is shady and I feel he was just looking to make an extra profit by completing work that was not authorized.

We had a great experience with RR. Anthony walked us through the whole process and explained in detail what we needed to know to make a decision to do a pretty big job. He was no pressure and compared other bids we had gotten. They were swift and professional. The job required breaking up concrete in our garage and when they finished looked perfect. Thanks RR!
