We had a need for same day plumbing fix so our kitchen project wouldn’t be delayed. Michael made time to squeeze us in. He made quick work of it and installed high quality parts. On top of that his rates were very fair. So excellent all the ways!

Right on time, he knows his business, an incredibly nice guy was Mike AND I was surprised at the end as I expected the repair to be more costly. Had such a great experience with On The Way Plumbing. From the first inspection with Michael and Jake, to Michael and Nate completing the work - everything was done in a timely manner with expertise and care. Michael is a true expert in his craft. After getting an incredibly costly bid from a different company, which included tearing into exterior and interior walls and requiring a full tub replacement, Michael was able to complete all the needed work without any demo and without replacing the tub. He also pointed out a section of piping that needed a replacement which the other company had missed. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

We had a leak from our upstairs tub that was dripping through our downstairs light fixture. On The Way Plumbing sent someone quickly, and they managed to diagnose and fix the leak right away, with minimal cuts into our drywall. The price was pretty reasonable, too. They worked closely with Oregon Restoration to make sure we didn't have any lasting water damage, and I appreciated how thorough everyone was. It was a positive experience, would recommend!

Our plumber was Anton, and we really liked him. He did good work, worked fast, and was very direct and honest as we discussed various aspects of the project. I will happily hire them again.

These reviews are legit!!! Of the four companies I reached out to, they answered the phone as soon as I called, while the other three went to voice mail and of those three only one called me back TWO days later. They scheduled my appt and sent someone the following day. Kamryn arrive and was really patent withy my excited jumping pooch ad walked me through what was happening (or not happening) and gladly shared his knowledge with me. He was friendly, professional, and if had another appt after me, I would have never known. He made me feel like I was his only customer for the day. I am stunned companies still exist who provide this level of customer service in 2025! Don't waste your take waiting for other companies to get back to you or makes you feel like you are just another appt - start here!

Great communication from the office, easy scheduling and quick response. Kamryn came right over and explained everything up front; then we went room by room brainstorming solutions for replacing my interior sewer line, trying to come up with the option that did minimal damage/demolition to the home. He was thorough, professional and came up with some truly great ideas to get around obstacles. The scope of work in his estimate was super-detailed too. Unfortunately the bid was twice what we received from another company, so we did not hire them.

We had a large team out today to work on a HOA project. Zach, Noel, Jorge, and a site supervisor arrived at 0830 in the morning. They continued to troubleshoot together as the property continued to have less than ideal conditions. After they completed one project and left, we had to call them back due to an additional leak. Not only did they come back they organized for equipment/ supplies as well. Noel and Jorge stayed until 930 in the dark and rain. Not only did they started a second job after working a full day, they were happy, laughing, and provided insight to the neighbors that were impacted.

I had an estimate for the installation of two gas ranges this morning. Joel was great. He arrived right at the beginning of the appointment window. He was very respectful of our home and careful about our escape artist cats. He checked existing systems thoroughly and clearly explained the process moving forward. We've had a tumultuous move-in, but Joel gave me hope that this step is going to go smoothly! Great first impression!

Kamryn was really thorough while giving me an estimate for various options for replacing/repairing a pipe under my basement. He seemed really knowledgeable, professional, and explained things in an easy to understand manner. I was very impressed.
