Grant Fournier, a self-identified water heater geek, came and assessed my setup, which is quite complicated and involves two water heaters and a pump. We discussed several ways of fixing the problem, and he gave me estimates for each, starting with me sourcing a new booster heater and him installing it, to replacing both of our water heaters and the recirculation pump. I selected what seemed the best option (having Plumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists source the new booster heater and install it, so it would be warranted through them) and signed an agreement. Grant came back a week later and did a great job of the installation, which cost me about $900 more than the retail price of the heater. One thing he did _not_ do was check the output temperature at the sin with a thermometer; when I did this myself later, I found that the new electric heater was within 2°F of the set point, but the pre-existing gas heater was way off!

This would be a 5-star review if the office staff had been better. They had trouble scheduling, and rescheduling, and rescheduling again for the installation, calling to have me make a payment on the wrong estimate, being unable to send the correct estimate, and spamming me with irrelevant email. Perhaps I should have bought the new heater from Amazon, in which case I would have had it the next day, rather than waiting a week? I was willing to pay more to have everything done by the company, but didn't expect that this would also cost me a 5 additional days of cold showers.

Very professional. Very quick to respond and great communication arrived on time. Perform the service in a very fast amount of time provided a great detailed explanation. Pleasure to work with. Would recommend to others. Also provided a couple options based on the findings in which way we could go quotes. Kamryn was great.

Great service, called in the morning and they were at our house in less than 3 hours!. He explained what needed to be done, and prices and options. He was very personable and worked very hard! Great experience!

The actual service people who came out were wonderful. There was water under my water heater, so the assumption was that it was a water heater issue and the first guy they sent out was a water heater tech who was great but determined that the leak was actually coming from the pipe right next to the water heater, so I had to wait until the next day when their plumbers could come out. They were nice and fixed the issue quickly (under half an hour to partially drain the water heater, replace the section of pipe, and get the water heater emptied of air and filled back up was $600).

There have been other parts of interacting with this company that I very much haven't enjoyed and that certainly don't make me more likely to return or recommend them. First, somehow they maintained the contact information for the last person who ordered service from this address rather than creating a new account because somebody knew contacted them and happened to live at an address they had been to before. This means that they emailed my quote with pictures of parts of the inside of my home to somebody else. It happens that this person knows who currently lives there and was able to forward it to me so I had the quote, but sharing pictures of my home and what work I was having done or considering having done was a big violation of my privacy and it did not make me feel very secure about their handling of my information going forward. Next, they contacted me again the day after the actual leak it been fixed to push me towards their quotes for a water heater replacement stating in there that they had given me the quote several weeks ago when in fact it was 2 days ago and they hadn't even sent them directly to me. I responded asking them not to contact me except about active appointments and yet they still bothered me several days later asking for a review, disrespecting my wishes not to be contacted.

So the guys on the field are great, but the company's handling of information and files is somehow very screwed up.

Had a collapsed drain line impacting laundry room and kitchen sink. Unfortunately the house is on slab, so no crawlspace. Other plumbers wanted to remove counter tops, cabinets and possibly flooring (at my expense) so they could cut concrete floor to replace the pipe. Major hassle. But PSRS had a better idea. Dig down along the foundation to access the collapsed line under the slab from outside the house. No impact to interior of house. Ran new drain line from laundry room, and kitchen drain to main sewer line outside the house.
In addition, they were able to come out next day after I called to survey the work and provide a quote. I was held up for almost two weeks waiting for another company to provide a quote, which they never did. So I called PSRS back and they scheduled and completed the job in just two days.
Very responsive and kept me "in the loop" for the full project. From initial inspection to job completion.
Highly recommended.

Plumbing & Sewer Specialists delivered as promised! Our 30-gallon electric water heater was successfully replaced with a 40-gallon one. It was particularly challenging due to the tight closet space typical in a manufactured home as ours was but Grant F. proved his expertise. Very professional, courteous, and respectful of property. Wore shoe covers and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend because of their trustworthiness!

The team from Sewer Renewal were first rate. Dylan, Jose, Taylor and Omar are hard working young men. Very professional, communicative and polite. They treated our yard with care and did a great job working around all of our plants in the yard. They left our property in really good shape once job was complete. I highly recommend them. We are happy to have a new sewer line.

They were clear communicators, didn’t charge to come out for an estimate (in contrast to all competitors I spoke with were charging $50 or more), able to come quickly, and Adam clearly assessed the situation and thoughtfully got it resolved. He was patient with my (many!) questions and explained clearly what he saw and proposed to do. His estimate was right on and he was fair. The invoice also contained his notes and I received a scope video as well. I did a lot of research choosing Plumbing & Sewer Renewal Specialists and I am super happy I did! Highly recommend!

Plumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists were great! Tristan and Jesus did a tremendous job repiping the entirety of my new home. Both were friendly, easy to talk to, and hardworking. They did a great job keeping me up to date with the progress of the 3-day job, and my wife and I felt truly taken care of. This place rules and we’ll definitely use them again!

We hired plumbing and sewer renewal specialists to relocate our house shutoff valve inside the garage and replace the water heater. They were the low bidders on this job of 4 that I received.

They relocated the valve to a more convenient location inside the garage and explained the operation of the required pressure regulator valve. When they replaced the water heater, they selected a slimmer model to fit in the space. Other bids were charging more to move and disconnect other ducting. They also cleaned up the gas vent and gas line connects so they are now compliant.

Excellent job overall.

Water Heater of course went out at the absolute worst time. Found you guys on google with great reviews. You guys reached out within about a minute to my inquiry and quickly had a tech on the way. Grant was my tech he was very friendly knowledgeable and professional. Showed me multiple options because of the age and shape my water heater was and warned he may not be able to fix it. I liked how up front Grant was with everything and even though he said it might not happen he was able to troubleshoot and replace the necessary part. Water heater kicked back to life he doubled checked everything including our water pressure and was out in a pretty timely manner. In the future I would not hesitate recommending you guys and I will be upgrading to a newer one in the future and hope Grant can come and install it. Definitely saved the day.

We were in need of plumber for a couple household plumbing related upgrades. A neighbor had some work done and was happy to share their positive experience so we made the call. The scheduler was friendly, fast and efficient and was able to schedule an estimate same day. Their electronic system is too notch and thus so is the communication.
Tristan, a very knowledgeable, friendly and thourough plumbing professional did a complete walk around with me regarding any concerns along with our priority projects. He wrote-up 3 separate quotes so we had options on how we wanted to proceed. Tristan garnered our trust so we opted for the most complete quote. We coordinated the install date, time and Tristan scheduled Jesus an apprentice to accompany him.

Tristan and Jesus showed up, removed their shoes on-time and got right to work taking good care of the surrounding area. Several hours later, with a couoke check-ins the jobs were perfectly completed by two worthy professionals. Glad to have a reputable go to plumbing team for any future needs. Tristan and Jesus were a great team!

We hired Plumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists to do two projects for us and are very pleased with the outcome of both. They cleaned out a blockage under our sink (see pictures) as well as installed an exterior clean-out for our mid-century house. Everyone was professional, efficient, and took care to not damage our property. Their pricing was also very competitive. I passed by their van on the highway. They were stopped so i called the number to see if they were ok. My dads a master plumber and it reminded me of my dad. Havnt gotten there service but i get the feeling their great. The lady over the phone was really nice. Be safe everybody

I witnessed one of their plumbers exhibiting road rage and yelling and cursing at another driver, I saw everything that happened and the other driver did nothing to deserve any of the yelling or cursing from that plumber. If that’s the kind of people they hire or how they represent their company. I would never use them and I would suggest other people not use them either.

Same experience as one of the other reviewers, Cascade Plumbing Co. white van driving aggressively on hwy 30 near Cornelius Pass, tailgating multiple vehicles, speeding, passing cars on the right, changing lanes without signaling. What sort of company employs people that drive like this with the company name on the side of the van?

If their driving abilities reflect their plumbing abilities then I wouldn’t trust them to use a straw. The driver was driving towards Columbia city in a van around 4:30, very aggressive driving. Not too smart with a logo plastered on the van.

Driving behind one of the vans on I-5 north, 12/10/21 around 4:30pm at around exit 14 and the driver almost caused a HUGE collision. they were tailgating a car in front of them, flashing their brights, brake checking other cars and braked so hard that they went from 70mph to 30 in probably 5 seconds flat. Almost caused a giant multiple car collision. absolutely not okay, and i cant believe that after several reviews stating similar things, nothing has been done about it. Absolutely unacceptable.
