Even though the prices of services were pretty spendy, the technician, Ozzy was very informative and up front on the costs and what he would be doing. I highly appreciate the way he carried himself and how he became someone i could trust to get the job done correctly. He showed up very fast and got the job done just as quick. Timely, prompt, professional and informative service. Matthew was professional, polite, and knowledgeable in his visit to assess a water tank alarm/leak issue. He was thorough and patient in explaining not only the repair, but helping me understand options and my system. I’m completely satisfied with Matthew and D&F’s service.

We have used D&F plumbing three times. Each time, the repairman (most recently Eddy) were fantastic. Not only did they do good work, but they are super nice, explained things well and kept us informed of their progress. The office staff and schedulers are also great and enjoyable to work with.

Calvin was great. The valve at our water main in the house failed and they were able to come within an hour, another hour later new valve and no leak. It was expensive but you get what you pay for and they did a great job.

Our service technician John was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He identified the problem in short order and was able to make the fix within 90 minutes. Very satisfied.

Loren W. was the plumber who handled my angle stop replacement in our downtown condo, and he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy throughout the process. I am so impressed with the quality of service from D&F Plumbing. They are professional, competent, and excellent communicators. I had a whole house water filter installed and I am so pleased! I shout out to Riley Betka who did a whole house inspection. His mannerism made me feel listened to and confident. If I could give D&F Plumbing 10 stars I would! What unbelievable service. I needed a backflow installed in a sprinkler system ASAP.When I called in I expected to get a call center or some other kind of runaround.Instead Danielle answered the phone,listened to my problem and said these magic words "We can have someone out there today .He will give you an estimate and if you approve it he will have everything on the truck to complete the job."
A short time later I got a text confirming my appointment and introducing me to Nathan the plumbing pro that would be solving my problem. They even set me up with a tracker so that I would know when Nathan was going to arrive. Nathan could not have been nicer, more helpful or more professional. He quickly accessed the situation , provided a reasonable estimate and got to work.I am very satisified with his work and with D & F Plumbing. If you need a plumber call D & F Plumbing first !

Michael did such an amazing thorough job on our sewer main line. He discovered a tree root in our line and worked till almost 8pm after a full day. Great attitude and hard worker.

We discovered a crack in our toilet tank and never having replaced a toilet before called Henco who had done a sink repair for us a while back. They sent Chris Greenwood right away and he suggested we just replace the tank, not the whole toilet, which I didn’t even know was possible. He got it done the same morning, saving us money in the process. Definitely recommend calling them for something like this! Faster and cheaper than expected!

Needed emergency work for a failed supply valve on my toilet that was leaking into wall. Brantson did great, quick work and made sure I was well informed on any issues he found.

Reade and Sergio replaced my water main today. Henco Plumbing was professional, prompt and easy to work with. From Estimator Nolan to Installer Reade they did a great job.
Previously Jose came out to fix a leak on the main line to get us back with water service on a Saturday and stayed until 9:30 PM to make sure we had water until Henco could replace our water main.

Michael is amazing Plummer. He was professional and very knowledgeable and helped us solve our problem. I appreciate all his help and l am a super satisfied with the work he did for me!

Michael did a great job, was prompt, friendly, clear with communication, and made a stressful situation not stressful in the least after aiding us in our home.

We were having issues with our kitchen sink draining one evening so we called at 7pm and Michael (who was incredibly kind and helpful!) came to fix it by 8am the next morning. A great experience all around, we will definitely be using them again in the future!

Michael did a very thorough inspection of our sewer system and diagnosed the problem quickly. A detailed synopsis of the repair was presented along with a fair quote for the extent of the repair.

Michael was super cool and helpful! Unclogged the toilet and gave us quote on our recalled pipes that same day! PLUS no wait time on the scheduling, next day appointment!
