Jeff Walker was extremely helpful. I came up to Aloha to help my grandmother and thought with Lowe’s it would be a simple installation through their company.

They did not.

Michael came the same day I called. He was helpful & polite. He seems to have fixed the issue & helped set up the next steps in process. I was able to speak to him with questions. The service for the second day was expensive, but necessary, & I appreciate that it got handled in a timely manner. Now I hope all can move forward in process smoothly. I appreciated his service. The dispatch in morning at 7am was courteous aswell.

We had Michael come out the very next morning - spent hours checking, diagnosing, and scoping our "problem". Our sump pump finally gave out. Michael was very thorough & professional, and explained his findings as he went. We really enjoy someone who's personable and has a sense of humor! On a recent Saturday morning, my neighbor knocked on my door to point out that I had developed an artesian spring in the middle of my front yard... a leak in the main between the meter and my house. Loy from Henco quickly offered solutions. I was impressed with the equipment that was brought to the job, and with the friendly professionalism of the crew, Nick and Sergio. Obviously I am quite satisfied with Henco.

Michael helped me out today with clogged sinks. He was on time and worked efficiently. He was very respectful of being clean and communicated well. He gave a fair bid and stayed until the whole project was done. He found some areas that would need improvement to prevent this in the future and wrote a bid, showing me the video footage to explain the problem. I felt very happy with my service from Michael and will be using them again.

Michael was great. He gave a thorough inspection and let us know honestly what needed to be done. Service was scheduled immediately because we also run a business out of our home. We really appreciate the honesty and quickness Michael provided. We would definitely recommend him to all our friends and family for their plumbing needs.

I originally thought Hemco Plumbing did a good job when they came out to fix my sink pipe. Unfortunately about two months later the same pipe broke again. I called them back and they told me to schedule between 12 and 5 pm. The confusing part is that they called me at 9 am. I could not pick up but when I returned the call they told me I had to reschedule even though I was still within my original 12 to 5 time frame.

Now I have had three different people contacting me to reschedule and I honestly do not even know who I am supposed to be talking to. It feels very unorganized and frustrating. On top of that they cannot even guarantee me that they will fix this free of charge even though it was their work that failed in the first place.

I wanted to give them a good review based on my first experience but after dealing with this I am very disappointed.

Brantson helped us with several plumbing issues and was extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond our expectations, quickly diagnosing and resolving each problem. He was very professional, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing plumbing work. Henco’s pricing was also very reasonable, and they were extremely easy to work with.

Michael with Henco did an excellent job. I had a backup in my basement and Michael called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived promptly and got right to work to find my issue. He was able to find the blockage, get it scoped and communicated the issue with me right away. He explained everything and was able to schedule a follow up service with me immediately. Great communication, prompt and clean service.

80 hours. That’s how long it took from initial diagnosis to complete system replacement. The whole team was outstanding at every step, from Nicholas’s initial consultation, to Aldo and Nolan’s installation (the electricians were also fantastic). Everything was explained clearly, options were presented with clearly articulated differences. I would recommend without hesitation.

Henco was fast and professional. The appointment was set up for the next business day; Colten arrived on time and quickly finished the gas line work we needed. He answered all my questions and was super nice. I appreciate and have confidence in his work.

A big shout out to you and Bryce for your service this week...Started with an early arrival to our home...Booties put on as soon as they came inside...Did a walk around to show them what the projects were...They listened, asked questions, and began the work...Fan installation in 2 room including wiring...They finished the work, cleaned everything up before they left...Outstanding!!! Thank you so much for your professionalism, care, concerns that we had about the projects...Can't thank you enough!!!

We had an issue with the grinder in our below-level bathroom. We called Henco and they sent someone to take a look. Michael came out to inspect our issue. He was prompt, thorough, and informative. He inspected everything and was able to diagnose the issue, show us the problem, and provide us options. We decided to schedule the work and he was able to work and get a time that worked well for us in light of our situation and schedules. I would recommend Michael and Henco.

Barry as always solved our plumbing issue. We will continue to hire Caliber for all of our plumbing needs.

Jacob Budd was the best ever!!!!

These gentleman did a fantastic job on a hard project. I will be using these guys in the future. Budd, Jake, and Dan are fantastic and work incredibly hard.
