Caliber did our complete underground water main replacement, connecting all 50 apartments, with exceptional efficiency and care. Trevor and Kevin led the month-long project with minimal disruption to tenants, being always sensitive to their needs. We highly recommend Caliber for a professional approach and friendly service in relation to major work of this kind.

We wanted AC for our elderly mom and called Caliber. Have used them dozens of times commercially for repair, emergency calls, and new TI installations. Always our plumbing and mechanical go to company.
Was extremely pleased with the care, cleanliness, responsiveness, and thorough job installing an entirely new system in a different orientation in the attic of a 1930 bungalow completely remodeled in 1992. All the ducting had to be re-routed and a suspended platform built to hang the coil, furnace, and filter boxes.
They even returned the next day to replace a bad smart thermostat that didn’t work correctly as intended.
The following week the air quality for fires in Oregon plummeted, but her new adjustable air filtration unit with a 4”MERV 11 filter kept the air clean and breathable.
I now buy my filters for less through them rather than get lost in the online shopping or big box wall of wrong size filer options.

Caliber did our gas line relocate with the addition to our home in Lake Oswego. Justin was our contact and his staff were great to work with. They did the prep work prior to NW Natural moving the line and his employee returned that day to complete the hook up and made sure we were “back to normal.” Thank you for your professionalism and outstanding service.

I recently had the displeasure of needing to replace my furnace and A/C unit in my home that I purchased almost 20 years ago. My displeasure turned in to a pleasure when I was referred to Caliber by a neighbor. Prior to choosing Caliber I had several companies give me bids on the job, all of them were competent, however none of them impressed me, and the brands of equipment they wanted to install were less than impressive.

When I spoke with and received the bid from Caliber it was clear that they would be the best fit for the job. The bid that they provided was clear and straightforward, the American Standard products being installed were the highest rated for reliability and satisfaction. I confirmed the job with Caliber on a Wednesday and they were ready to install the next morning, much sooner than I had expected.

The installer arrived on-time, was professional and respectful, and was clearly a very competent professional that knew exactly what to do and how to get it done right. The team at Caliber gave me confidence that the job would be completed as promised. The job was done quickly and the installer left my garage cleaner than when he arrived. Caliber exceeded my expectations and the new American Standard system is performing beyond what I thought it would.

Dan did a great job understanding what we wanted and installing a floor drain, p-trap and trap primer in our second floor laundry room. Dan is a experienced plumber, professional and courteous. My wife is happy and my dogs liked him :)

Helpful in reviewing a project and making sure I didn’t have any gas leaks

Just got the pleasure of having Barry Quick from Caliber Services come and do some plumbing work.
It’s always nice to have a true professional come in give you an assessment, fix it and when you shake their hand, knowing they give you their best.
Unfortunately, five stars is the maximum rating I can offer.

Our older home has required a few plumbing repairs recently, and we are grateful to have had Caliber when we needed them. Scheduling has been easy and the customer service is impeccable. Their professionalism makes a stressful situation less difficult. Highly recommend!

During the last snow storm my water heater went out. I contacted many plumbing companies that were all telling me that they couldn't make it out to my house for 3-5 days. I contacted Caliber Plumbing and spoke with Kevin. He was so nice and helpful and was able to provide me step by step directions over the phone on how to re-light my water heater within minutes. Kevin went out of his way to help me and my family during the worst possible time. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team for any services.

Caliber helped us out of a nightmare when our plumbing backed up. They cleared two lines to the septic tank but the problem was not resolved. Then they dug the lid up on the tank to verify it was not draining so we knew the cause and could call a septic company. Barry was especially conscientious and helpful.

I’m not one to spend time to write a review. However, caliber deserves this one and five stars. I’ve had multiple company’s out and they have all told me I have to replace my hvac system as it’s 18 years old. I called caliber and talked to Ed. He clearly explained the pricing and travel time.
Robert came out and evaluated my system. He was very honest and respectful. He told me a part was bad but he could get me up and running. The part was $35.00!! He also let me know my unit was older but I should get at least another year out of it.
Thank you again caliber! At least now I can save up for a new replacement and I will be definitely calling you guys back.

Cole and his team did a good job on our home repipe - while a 100 year old home does come with it's challenges (and surprises), they were able to get everything installed in a timely manner.

We’ve had Jacob Budd at Caliber as our plumber TWICE in the last week or so. Most recently, he came out today within 30 minutes to help with an emergency. Jacob is an EXCELLENT plumber: positive attitude, a great communicator, and skilled in his work. We will ask for Jacob every time we need a plumber.
