Great experience with Nolan today. I called for a leak in my specialty vintage style tub and shower faucets. I admire Nolan’s ethics for evaluating the repair and potential for damage and then advised me seek another professional with some familiarity with my set up. He truly put my interests first.

Nolan is the best! He is so easy to work with, shows up on time, does beautiful work, all at a very fair price! When I asked him about two other projects another plumber had told me would be pricey and require additional contractors, Nolan came up with creative solutions that would achieve my goals and save me a ton of money. I will only think of Nolan/PDX plumber for my plumbing needs!

Needed to get a handle on the natural gas hot water system that came with the house that I bought. Nolan was great in making sure the system was in good working condition, and spent time providing some great information in case I wanted to change it out for some reason. Would definitely recommend!!

Nolan was patient running through the known conditions of our plumbing and asked questions about our goals for immediate repairs and long term repiping. He was easy to communicate with and happy to problem solve based on our house’s construction constraints.

I planed to get bids even for the small work that needed to be done but decided on the spot to have Nolan do the work same day.

A few hours later, the repairs look good, our leaks are resolved, and we have a bid for a bigger project to repipe. I definitely saved his number for next time and should thank whoever recommended him on a Reddit thread. I felt great supporting a locally owned outfit.

Nolan kept me updated throughout his repairs. Gave me options to save money. We ended up spending a little more but everything was very thorough and built to last. He got me on his schedule within a week as well which was important to repair a toilet and leaking shower in a rental unit. Nolan even did a few extra bonus things for my water system while he was there.

Pdx plumber was very responsive with scheduling an appointment, showed up on time, gave an informative bid. 2 days later installed my water heater, was very thorough to flush out the pipes to ensure great flow. On Christmas Eve I was attempting to do some quick plumbing work myself. Long story short had two Gate valves fail on me. Very old house with very old plumbing. The two valves which were the shut off for the kitchen faucet are positioned in a tight space, sandwich between the ceiling and some HVAC ducting.
Sent an email to PDX plumber late on Christmas Eve and got a response on Christmas Day. He set up a time to come out to see me the day after Christmas. At first, we thought that he might be able to just repack the valves. But one of them was so old it started to disintegrate. He replaced some piping and put two New quarter turn globe valves. He put the valves in a much more accessible area. I can’t say enough about him, his work was fast, Clean and Thorough.
He was incredibly affordable for the quality of work he did. He will definitely be our new go to Plumber for all our plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend him.

I had a GREAT experience working with Michael Kraft. He was very helpful and thorough when helping me with my issue! We had many issues locating a part and Michael took the time to reach out and find exactly what we were looking for! His positive attitude and strong leadership is very evident in the workplace!!
