I ordered parts six weeks ago to be delivered never showed up had to go in and pick them up myself they charged me again and now I'm waiting for my credit back

Normal HVAC wholesaler, disinterested staff, don't acknowledge you are even in the store. Don't bother calling, you will be lucky if anyone answers, usually get the phone system asking if you would like a different branch because if they are even slightly busy, they will not answer. Have been unable to reach this branch by phone for several hours on multiple occasions.

Absolute garbage customer service. Ever since Ferguson bought these guys out they've been total trash. You order parts half the employees don't actually order the parts. Wait times on the phone and parts absolutely ridiculous terrible terrible terrible company

Been using airefco for nearly 20 years. Been great. Especially when there was a local hadco. Now that Ferguson has purchased, it has gone right in the toilet. Long wait times on the phone to order parts and equipment!! It has gotten to the point that I will just call Johnstone and have them get a replacement part through this party. It reminds me of Lennox nowadays. Iam thankful that we are not a carrier dealer cause that would suck

I delivered here. Was given a bad attitude from the start. He unloaded me quickly and explained why it was "call for delivery." I had no idea about it. I'm given a date and time and I show up. Not a fun place for a big truck. Get there early so you can maneuver. You can park on the side of the building parallel to the dock overnight, but the homeless are 100' away, with their barrel fires and tents. One was throwing a tantrum. Screaming for a while. Wouldn't suggest female drivers (unarmed) park there. Between the first drop in Spokane and this drop, I won't be doing anything involving Airefco in the future. Being treated like a dumb dog isn't acceptable

Cornel’s recently replaced my hot water heater and installed a recirculating pump for hot water on demand during the times of highest need for my household. Their bid was competitive - and they were able to complete the work that very afternoon. Jake was professional, explained things to me well in layman’s terms, and completed the work efficiently. I’ll definitely use Cornel’s again.

Cornel’s was super responsive to our semi-emergency and came out next day when I called on a Sunday. Eric came out today and cleaned an epic clog out of our main drain. He was able to come out early, diagnose our issue quickly and get us back to having working toilets in no time. Eric was professional and honest throughout his visit which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be using Cornel’s going forward!

Scheduled shower drain leak repair on weekend. Came first thing Monday morning. Price estimate felt scammy and overpriced. Work was done quickly. Left a mess. Said he would send referrals for fiberglass repair but did not. Appreciate the quick service but did not love the customer service and price.

Our water heater failed unexpectedly, but Cornel Plumbing saved the day by sending Jake out incredibly fast. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all our options clearly. We decided on a full replacement, and the entire installation process was seamless. We highly recommend Jake and the Cornel Plumbing team for their efficiency and expertise!

Had an issue with what I thought was my plumbing recently and called Cornel's out to take a look. Scheduling was easy and the service was very good! Eric quickly found the issue which was not plumbing related but was something dead in the crawl space. I would recommend Cornel's if you need a plumber or HVAC technician - pricing is good and the service is friendly!

Kevin was absolutely the BEST and he helped us get three toilets installed and fixed our kitchen sink. Such a consummate professional and all around good person.

Juan also did an exceptional job! I really valued his expertise and problem solving.

Eric was hugely efficient and jumped to work having first explained a couple of options for us. He was very polite, extremely clean and genuinely thoughtful. He got the problem resolved pretty quickly and that was that. He was a pleasure to have in the house and was clean and tidy.

Jake was super helpful getting us a new water heater installed today after our very old one went out over the holidays. He was timely and tried a few other solutions before we decided to fully replace it.

Jake was Super kind and made sure he fully explained both the issues and the functionality of the new unit in ways that made sense to us and helped us feel confident in not only him but also Cornel’s as a whole. We will definitely keep using them for our heating and AC. Thanks Jake!

I had them come out to diagnose a gas furnace issue two days ago after our furnace stopped blowing hot air. Unfortunately I had to be at work and their technician came when my wife was home. The tech looked at the furnace and decided that there was a crack in the heat exchanger, causing the unit to cycle continuously. I’m not sure how they came to this conclusion as there was literally no other signs indicating this issue. The quote was estimated to be 10-12k for a new furnace. I had a second company come out for a second opinion and after a short time found the board had failed and needed to be replaced. See pics. So for $600 I got my furnace repaired and it is working perfectly.

Either this company sends out techs that do not know how to thoroughly diagnose HVAC units or they are a scam, looking for quick cash flow. I will not ever use them again.

Requesting service was easy, and they had next-day availability. I had a burst pipe and Thomas was able to repair it quickly and effectively. He was personable and communicative about options. Recommend!

We had an issue with reduced flow from our bathroom sinks. Scheduling with Cornel was easy and arrival punctual. Jake came out and quickly evaluated possible reasons for the decreased flow and experimented to find solutions. In this case, we had a buildup of sediment from an old water heater and he explained a viable temporary fix along with a cautionary word that will need to replace the water heater before too long. But there was no aggressive sales or pressure. Jake was informative, professional, helpful, and friendly. He offered expertise and assistance and felt like he really understood what we were going through and that plumbing is a necessary but inconvenient expense. All in all the experience was terrific, the solution satisfactory and the price agreeable. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Eric was polite, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Best plumber experience hands down. Got everything working quickly and helped me plan ahead to address other concerns I had.

Brendan also came in and did a great job installing a new water heater. No one tried to upscale me anything and all was simple and affordable.

Tim handled maintenance on my HVAC and went above and beyond on cleanup. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Juan did an excellent job fixing my plumbing issues. He repluaced the toilet seat and also changed a water pressure reducing valve that maintains a safe operation water pressure in home. . He was professional, honest, and very skilled at his work. Everything was done quickly and efficiently,,
Price not cheep at all but I highly recommend Juan for any plumbing work.
