We wanted to get our pipe fixtures replaced, and talked to multiple companies to get quotes - from the beginning we were impressed with their service and the price was good. Brenden came out and replaced all of our valves super efficiently and was really generous with chatting with us and explaining the details and our options. We would happily work with Cornels and Brenden again for any future plumbing needs.

Juan did an excellent job. Thorough, easy, talked through all the steps and options, and connected me with a mitigation company to address the work Cornell's couldn't complete. Would recommend.

Tyler arrived on time and got right to work deep cleaning our furnace and performing routine maintenance on our water heater.

We had my shower faucet not turn the water off , piece broke and so it was running non stop. We turned water off to the house. This company came in, told us we would not be able to fix this and even if we found the part they would charge 800$ to fix it. They said more then likely we would need a new pipe in the wall at 5k. So I paid them said no thank you. Took the broken part to George morlan and they had fifty in stock lol. Part was 40$. Called Roth who came out immediately and charged 200$ to fix it. Said easy fix. We could have done it ourselves if first guy didn’t make us nervous about it. We were so stressed thinking we needed to spend 5k when we paid 200$. Heard this from quite a few people who called this company in the past so beware. Not sure of all the great reviews when an easy fix was going to be a huge upsell for new plumbing. And imagine the cost when they cut through my wall on top of it. Ugh

From beginning to end, our experience with Cornel’s Plumbing was amazing. We have a 1953 home with a lot of 'DIY' history and original galvanized steel pipes, so we expected some major hurdles. Evian, Baxter, and Ben K. handled the entire modernization of our supply and waste lines perfectly—and they did it at a price that beat out their competitors!
​Their communication with us was 10/10—always upfront and willing to answer every question. But what truly left me speechless was their communication with each other as a team. Watching them work was incredible; it was like they could read each other's minds!
​I know our crawl space was a major challenge, but they did a FANTASTIC job navigating it. They even discovered our toilet was leaking from previous damage; we bought a new one, and they gladly installed it and even disposed of the old one for us! We had electrical grounding in our quote, but they informed us it wasn't actually needed and lowered our price accordingly instead of just charging us for it. I was also incredibly happy with the finish work—the new faucets and spouts look beautiful and really modernize the space.
​The crew worked overtime to ensure my family had running water and a working toilet for the weekend. They were incredibly kind to my family and our dogs, and even offered us drinks or food when one of them went on their lunch runs. They took on a big project and absolutely nailed it. If you want a team that is honest, professional, and genuinely pleasant to have in your home, ask for these guys.

We had the unfortunate luck of having a plumbing issue and a furnace issue at the same time. Cornel dispatched techs for both the HVAC system and the drainage issue. Hunter J was professional, efficient and pleasant when fixing the issue with our furnace. It was a minor issue, thankfully, and he noted the need for cleaning the blower wheel as well but didn’t pressure me at all when I declined. He gave me some helpful info to know about the furnace for future upkeep. Eric B was professional, knowledgeable, kind and honest when addressing the plumbing concern. He got in the crawl space to assess our drainage pipes before beginning his work which was reassuring to me. He tried a cheaper cable solution first and when that didn’t work he cleared the pipes with the pressure jet. He was attentive to safety and quality and upon completion he double checked to make sure things were operating as expected. He also provided me with helpful info about our drainage pipes and incoming water lines, things to watch out for, anticipated future needs, etc. He was personable, pleasant and respectful and answered all of my questions. He was attentive to make sure our cat didn’t get out when coming/going. When in and out of the house he took his shoes covers on and off repeatedly. He cleaned up any mess thoroughly. I was genuinely impressed with his skillful and thoughtful service. As a homeowner it can be hard to find quality, trustworthy service but I received just that today. It made me want to use Cornel again for future needs

Jake and James showed up on time, listened to my concerns with my water heater and provided me with options to fix the problem. They were both very thorough, and professional with their work. I really appreciate how they walked me through the entire process. Going forward, I feel much more informed on the care of my water heater. I will use Cornel Plumbing again for all future maintenance and repairs. Thank you for the great service.

James and Matthew were very professional, courteous, and great to work with. They both let me know the problems with the repairs being attempted on the toilet, and looked for ways for me to make the best of the situation. The faucet switch out in the kitchen went great. The toilet was repaired as much as possible.

We were notified by the City of a potential water leak. After finding no visible leaks we called Cornel’s Plumbing and they came out and determined the leak was in the main line. They were out the next day to do the job.
Technicians Nathan and Nathan did a terrific job in replacing our main water line from the house to the meter. Courteous and very respectful. Job was completed in 1/2 day. They also replaced our kitchen plumbing and disposal.
Would definitely recommend them.

Kevin was great. He easily fixed the initial water heater problem we called him out for. We also had him look at our bathroom sinks which have leaked for years. He also fixed those. I’m impressed with the documentation including videos of completed work. If you want a top-notch plumber, then Kevin is your man.

Both Hunter and Eric were great! We initially setup an HVAC tune-up, then decided to take care of some drain/plumbing issues as well. Both techs were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Adding an update to say that Brenden was super helpful and informative as well. Between all of our various needs this whole team has been a well oiled machine.

Our hot water heater developed a leak after 24 years of service. Cornel's was able to send someone out the next day. Jake came out gave us a couple quotes based on what some of our needs and concerns. He walked us through some of the pros and cons. He was able to get us a new unit the same day. He had the old unit out even before the other technician had delivered the new unit. It was like a well oiled machine. Total time was less than 3hrs. Jake was a joy to work with and was willing to answer all my questions.

You never really appreciate your toilet until you don’t have one that functions. I called Cornel’s Plumbing and they sent their tech Eric out within just a few hours. Eric was professional, courteous, transparent and went above and beyond to trouble shoot my plumbing issues. I’ve been dealing with a lot of shady contractors lately and it was nice to have someone competent and trustworthy for a change.

My experience with the Cornel’s team was top notch service for the installation of my furnace. Randy provided great customer experience by showing empathy when he said “ We will take care of you” . He listened to my concerns and addressed it professionally. Edgar & his team came out quickly to install the new furnace. Thank you for all your hard work and gain my trust for any future project.

I worked with Cornel's to replace an old furnace, identify a leak in my basement, and remove an old water heater. There were a few hiccups in installation (mostly due to the location of my furnace - in my crawl space) but what matters is that the Cornel's team worked hard and quickly to address my concerns. All the technicians I worked with (Nathan, Ed, Brenden) were polite, responsive, and helpful.

I just wanted to thank Jake & Colby of Cornel's Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. They did such an amazing job for us today. Completely replaced our water heater in just 2 hours. They were very polite, knowledgeable and just plain good guys. 5 stars for sure.

I called Cornel because I saw the positive reviews. My sink would not drain. We scheduled, and I was told Eric would be here between noon and 2. Eric arrived in a timely way, have me a very clear and fair estimate, and got to work on a nasty drain clog. Throughout, he was polite, communicated what was going on, including explaining why this happened. I truly appreciate his hard work, my sick working like a dream, that he cleaned up thoroughly when he was done, and let me know what next steps might be to prevent this from happening again.
Update: I've had need of Cornel's services a couple of times in the last week. My water main, as it happens, was cracked. Cornel was quick to cone by again, give me an estimate, and completed the work. Kayne Richardson was the journeyman on this, and his apprentice, Jaden, and he were great about communicating what was going on.
I can't say I'm happy that the main needed to be replaced, but I am pleased that there is a 20 year warranty, and the work was done carefully and in a timely way by them.

Had an awesome experience with Eric at Cornel’s! He showed up on time and was really detail oriented, going through all possible scenarios before diagnosing the problem (which was thankfully just a clogged drain that didn’t even need to be jetted!). He was extremely thorough once the work was done too and spent about 15 minutes flushing everything out and filling up fixtures/sinks yo make sure all of the clog was out.
