Michael and Cesar did an amazing job inspecting the entire system of plumbing at my residence; explaining their findings and cleaning a clogged drain, before scheduling the upgrade needed to keep my house sustainably functioning over time. IN gratitude for their good work; Very Professional, courteous and conscientious.

Michael was here to investigate a problem with a sewer leak in my home. He was prompt, professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend him and Henco for any plumbing services you may need.

We called because when our upstairs clothes washer drained it all spilled out of our ground floor toilet, flooding most of our first floor. Michael went above and beyond for us today. He found the blockage in our sewer line with his camera. He explained everything to us and set up the repairs for next week. He did excellent work and has customer service skills.

Michael came over and unclogged our business drain. He was able to give us an estimate and fit the scope of work in a timely and convenient timeline for our business. We will be using HENCO again for plumbing needs.

Michael was absolutely fabulous! Stayed at the house for hours and was so determined to figure out the problem. He fixed the backing up problem with our pipes and was friendly at the same time!

Updated review because after 3 weeks Henco has failed to provide either original invoice or a receipt for the $1,400+ I spent with them. Original rep Michael promised he would send it and when I told the person doing the work the next day he also promised it would get to me. Got 4 calls asking for a google review after I already left one, but no invoice sent. Reps were robotic and clearly reciting scripts aimed at getting as much work done as they could beyond the original request. The work was quality and the workers were professional enough but the failure to send a receipt or invoice is a major service failure.

Great work fixing a busted pipe connecting our hot water heater. Quick response time on a Friday afternoon. Helped to have the Sunset annual plan that put on us the priority list with Henco plumbing

I had a wax ring fail on my downstairs toilet. I called Henco Plumbing and they dispatched someone the next day. Cody with Henco Plumbing services came to my house and quickly resolved the issue. Cody was professional and efficient. I recommend using Henco Plumbing services for all your plumbing needs. Michael also fixed a clog and our garbage disposal promptly and efficiently.

I took the day off to them check a clog, diagnose and hopefully fix a small sink pipe as well as check the incoming pressure of the house. My time slot was 12-5. After waiting until 2:30 and no word or no show i called to find out the technician is still at the previous job. Then called at 4:15 still no show no word. By 6:30 still nothing so i called to let the teller to cancel the technician because it was too late into our evening by now.
At 8:45 i received a call from the technician (bless him for that) to still offer to come check things out. I didnt think would be fair to him OR my family at that point.
I called the next morning to get the earliest appointment and was hit with the 10-2 window. i then took the day off again to meet with this tech. No word from this technician until he finally showed up around 11:45. He scoped and snaked my drain for 430 bucks but "barely got through to that clog" I asked to maybe go through a different pipe, which was open and no fixture and would get to the other side of that clog. He said it would be an additional 430 because it was a separate hole... at that point i was so annoyed i did not want to continue.

After talking with upper management they offered me 200 credit or "how about this. We can credit you 150 dollars towards anything over 500 dollars or 250 dollars off anything over 1500 dollars." I was offended and said no thank you. BUT "well if for any reason you change your mind I'll add it to your account for future use"

Tech was professional but wasn't happy overall. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Michael, was so great. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he really passionate about what he does. Grateful for the time he put into our home and won’t be forgotten. Henco plumbing services was prompt in their communications and I would work with them again.

Michael did an expert job explaining everything to this "older" woman, so that I understood and could ask questions as needed. He is a very pleasant representative of Henco, and I would be happy to recommend his services to anyone who asked for a referral. Very nice, knowledgeable young man.

I sent a request for a quote for service through google for water line repair to three companies. Henco was the first to respond and is actually the only one who called. They sent Chris Greenwood to assess what was needed. He was professional and friendly and explained everything that was needed to repair a broken main water line. He completely put me at ease and offered to contact another company to set up restoration and pumping out of the crawl space.

After that was done Henco sent Jesse Duran and Nick Whiting to replace the water line. Both of these guys were exceptionally friendly and advised me of what they were doing and checked with me every step of the way in case I had any questions. What I thought would be an all day job was completed in less than 4 hours. They cleaned everything before leaving and made sure I was satisfied.

I highly recommend Henco and will call them in the future for any plumbing needs!

I hired Henco to replace a Delta shower faucet cartridge. The technician was timely, efficient and respectful- my issue is not with him necessarily. My dissatisfaction is with their lack of transparency with billing practices. It is customary to provide a breakdown of the job that includes time/labor, transportation fee and materials. Henco refused to provide an invoice breaking down cost of work. Yes, I paid an astronomical amount for a simple issue- 610.00 for a shower cartridge replacement! However, it seems like they set their prices arbitrarily which to me is dishonest.

I will not be using them in the future.

Henco was great. I called them the night before and they came the next day. Drew was the plumber they sent and he was friendly and in and out in an hour. I would definitely recommend asking for Drew and in the future I'll be sure to ask for him too. Thanks, Drew!
