I worked with Brad, Eddy Strand and Danielle, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They were fast, efficient, and very communicative, and they got the job done quickly. We had a challenging situation involving an HOA, but they helped me navigate it and ensured the leak was resolved promptly. I truly appreciate their great service and will definitely recommend them. We will keep them in mind for future work at the property management company I work for. They did an excellent job, and it is greatly appreciated.

JW Geotherma installed a heating/AC unit installed for me 11 months ago. My son went to change the air filter and the bottom filter bracket came off. He went to reinstall it and discovered it was held on with tape. We called the installer. He said "you just have to tape it back on." Knowing the set-up (doing anything myself would violate the warranty), my son investigated (he is a steamfitter).

My son goes to the manufacturer's website and sees that the installer was lying. We were being hustled. So I called D&F. First thing the next morning Manuel from D&F shows up, installs the bracket, and was super pleasant. He confirmed our suspicions.

Nothing makes a customer more angry than being hustled by a contractor who behind the scenes sees you are dumb. Half my family works in the trades including my oldest son, so we knew what to do. Call D&F.

Set up appointment for estimate to replace water main line from meter to house. There is $139 charge. But they are open to boring and trenching. A lot of companies only want to bore. My line is 29 yrs old, PVC no leaks. I'm just being pro active. Person on phone/text was excellent. Knowledgable & Friendly.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at D and H Plumbing. They were absolutely phenomenal. I discovered on Sunday that my water heater, located in the garage, had developed a slow leak. I managed to get through the night and scheduled an appointment online first thing Monday morning. Within minutes, I received a call confirming the issue and bumping up my appointment to an earlier time than I had selected, a much appreciated surprise.

Nathan Bruhn, the technician, texted me about 30 minutes before arriving. From the moment he showed up, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He confirmed my suspicions about the leak and walked me through a couple of replacement options. Impressively, he was able to have a new water heater delivered to my home and installed it the same day. From arrival to completion, the entire process took just over four hours.

Nathan didn’t just install the new unit, he waited for it to heat up, checked the water temperature inside the house, and even took the time to show me how to flush the system, recommending I do it annually to extend the heater’s life.

While he was there, Nathan also provided a quote for repiping my home from CPVC to PEX, something I had planned to address later on and forgot to mention to him.

I’m incredibly grateful for the prompt, professional, and thorough service. I highly recommend D and H Plumbing, and especially Nathan, to anyone in need of plumbing work. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience!

I agreed to a quoted package price for a rain drain snake service and accepted the number. Timing was critical due to flooding in my crawlspace from the heavy January rains, and I didn’t have the flexibility to get multiple contractors out for estimates. That was my mistake. Based on the company’s reviews and my initial intake call, I had good reason to expect professional service. What followed was unacceptable. When the technician arrived, he struggled to determine which “upfront package” to charge me for, despite there being lower-priced options. He even commented that the prices seemed very expensive and may have recently been raised without his knowledge. That immediately raised concerns about how their pricing is structured. The visit lasted just under an hour. He ran an electric snake through a backyard rain drain line and briefly inserted a camera approximately 20 feet into the pipe, though nothing was visible due to standing water. The snake did not clear the clog, and the technician’s diagnosis ultimately proved incorrect (confirmed later when another contractor successfully resolved the issue). Despite this, I was billed an astonishing $1,131.50 for less than an hour of unsuccessful work. This price included an additional $140 trip charge added at the end. It was not clearly disclosed that this trip charge was separate from and in addition to the package price I agreed to onsite. When I called to discuss the bill, I was told the technician could have stayed an additional hour for the amount I paid. That option was never presented to me during the service call. Had it been, I absolutely would have asked him to continue working. The manager stated he would “make it right” by reviewing the situation with his supervisor and adjusting the bill. Since then, I have made three additional calls (all routed to a phone tree or answering service) and submitted a message through their website. It has now been nearly four weeks with zero follow-up. The problem here is not just the price, it’s the lack of transparency, inconsistent explanations, surprise charges, questionable pricing structure, and complete failure to follow through. I walked away feeling taken advantage of and now ignored. If you choose to use this company, proceed with extreme caution. Get every fee clearly itemized in writing and confirm exactly what your payment includes before authorizing work. When you’re dealing with a time-sensitive issue, it’s easy to feel pressure to “just get it done.” That urgency worked against me. Learn from my experience and do not make the same mistake.

Very disappointing experience. I sent them the email below describing the issues and did not get a response. Instead, they send me several communications requesting that I leave a review so I posting the email that I sent below.

Prior leaving a review as requested I wanted to let you know how disappointed I am in the service I received yesterday from the representative who took my call and from Robert. When I called and spoke to your representative I stated that I had two plumbing issues that I needed addressed. The two issues were my kitchen sink needed the drain cleaned and that I wanted the under kitchen sink drain pipes replaced. The representative asked me detailed questions regarding the issues and stated that Robert would be able to clear the drains and replace the under sink pipes. I asked her if Robert would arrive with the needed parts and she assured me that he would arrive with a fully equipped truck and could handle the job.

When Robert arrived and reviewed the job he immediately stated that he could not replace the under sink traps because he is only a drain guy and not a “journeyman plumber”. I was surprised and disappointed because my needs were shared in detail with the representative that took my call and I called a plumber because I needed a plumber. I would have called Rotorooter and saved a LOT of money if I only needed a drain rooted.

Robert’s machined failed after a few minutes and he spent the majority of his time here trying to repair his rooter machine. He was not successful with the repair and could not get the machine functional. He finally used his tiny rooter and was successful unclogging the drain. The clog was only 3-5 feet from the drain and a very simple job. Robert left a mess which I vacuumed and cleaned after his departure.

The total job took Robert about 15 minutes and almost an hour spent trying to repair his rooter machine.

Unfortunately, I feel like a victim of “bait and switch” and feel like I have been ripped off.

John Hurst showed up and performed an initial inspection and assessment. He would have suited up and went to attempt repair but with the water in the crawl space restricting access to the sump pumps. I decided to remove the water first and do some tests myself where the solution could be a relatively simple process. I appreciated the willingness to proceed and giving such good advice. His advice to replace my water heater was well timed. Thanks to John and D&F Plumbing.

My normal plumber wasn’t available so I called and was very impressed with D and F plumbing. John Hearst did such a wonderful job of explaining exactly what he was going to do and he did an entire walk-through to see if there was anything else in my house that might be an attention. I would definitely recommend D and F plumbing and John was so personable and very professional!

On behalf of our condo’s HOA I called D&F to investigate a water leak in one of our hallways. We had dealt with this company before and found them to be reliable and honest about time and pricing, as well as employing competent service people. I received text messages with estimated time of arrival that included a picture and a brief background of the serviceman, along with a link to track his location so we would know exactly when to expect him. Once on site, John communicated what he was doing and why with my representative on the property and then directly with me by telephone. He provided costs for each stage of his service call, photos of the problem, an honest assessment of the situation, and what steps were required to finally resolve the problem. John and D&F made it easy for me to remotely address our plumbing issue.
Before retirement I owned a service oriented business that included emergency water system and electrical repairs and I would have loved to have had someone like John as one of my employees.

Eddy from D&F Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is an exceptional plumber and an even better human being. He arrived prepared, professional, and incredibly kind. What truly stood out was how he went above and beyond by walking us through the repair process step by step, taking the time to explain everything in a clear and patient way.

It’s rare to find someone in the trade who not only has the skills and knowledge but also genuinely cares about empowering customers and building trust. Because of Eddy’s guidance, we now feel so much more confident with future home maintenance.

If you’re looking for someone who combines expertise, integrity, and heart, Eddy at D&F Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is the guy to call. Highly recommend, and will absolutely reach out again for any future needs!

My shower was backing up so they snaked the pipes after running a camera through all the lines. Very thorough and he explained where all my lines were. I live in an older home and it’s had pipes added over time. They came the same day I called which was helpful and reassuring.

The charge for replacing a pipe under my kitchen sink was $615. It took half an hour of the plumber's work and a $20 plastic pipe. The plumber did what appears to be a good job but the price was just absurdly high. I would recommend the services of D&F Plumbing only if you don't mind the inflated price. As for me, I will be asking my condo board to replace their recommendation of D&F with a warning about their pricing practices.

The technician was gave me an update at each stage & explained each step completely.
Price is what it is, but I’ve used d&f for decades. Work is high quality & guaranteed.
Techd have good people skills & are skilled.
It took 2 hours to replace the 71 y/o faucet in original sink. It would have taken me more than that with several trips to Aboy plumbing.

We had a major leak with no sign of water just the sound of water. I called a couple of places and they were unavailable to come soon enough. I called D&K plumbing at 4:30 pm and Phill showed up at 8:00am the next morning. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing along the way, so there were no surprises.
He was not only able to find where the leak was located, he also repaired the break and cleaned everything up afterwards. And the job was completed by 4:30 pm. just 24 hrs from the time I made the call out for help!
I “HIGHLY” recommend this company to anyone looking for top notch, fast & friendly plumbing services. TY

We are very happy with the service we received from D&F Plumbing. They responded quickly & Nathan did a great job replacing parts in our 1998 shower faucet. I normally try to tackle my own repairs but felt this job was a more than I wanted to do.
I would highly recommend them & appreciate their great service.

Derrick Miller is the best plumber. I live in a older home and he has successfully fixed my combo bath/shower when other plumbers said I would have to cut a hole through a wall to fix it. Also replaced my leaky kitchen faucet and it looks beautiful. He is personable, leaves the workplace clean, and is very knowledgeable about all issues.

We had an ancient hot water heater go out, D&F had a same day appointment for us and we were back in hot water! Brad and David were great with coordinating the service call, Derrick and Loren both provided stellar service! Professional all the way around, highly recommend.

Called on Sunday, was able to schedule an appointment for Monday. They kept me up to date with what time they would arrive. Quickly assessed that we needed a new hot water heater (which we already knew) They had a new one delivered and installed and just a matter of a few hours. Nathan was professional, cleaned up the space afterward and was easy to work with. Thanks for the great service!

Don’t bother with D&F. It’s very rare I feel compelled to review a place, but I just had to say something. They charged $120 to come out and estimate the job. Their estimate was $8000 (minus 10% “discount” so $7200).

I thought it was an insane quote for the work, so I asked if the guy who came out could have someone call me. Nobody did.

Then I called them and got a call back later that day. The guy said “I’m not a plumber” and didn’t have any idea about code, permitting, or plumbing in general. He just wrote up estimates. I told him their estimate was way off. He told me he’d call me back. They never did.

I got another estimate two days later. Same job, $1850 bid. That’s $5350 less!!!!! An actual plumber (the owner) came out, did the measuring, asked the proper questions and promptly sent me an estimate, which I happily accepted.

D&F, did you even want my job? Or were you just collecting the estimate fee, which you’ve kept. I literally paid for the pleasure of having two folks not fully understand the scope. From the telephone operators (who felt like an answering service) to the estimators, the entire business felt like it’s geared towards maximum profitability and not service to customers.

Even one worker I talked to said D&F used to be good, but now all they care about is money. It’s very, very evident.

Eddie and Alex were awesome! Wonderful crew! Polite! Respectful, efficient and timely! So courteous to not leave a mess, and also communicated the steps and discussed preventative tips going forward. Actually got the work done faster than we thought. So very pleased! D & F is definitely the repair company you want to use .!

I was informed by two contractors that my upstairs toilet was the source of a leak that dripped into my kitchen after the contractors checked for water with hand held monitors. One of them recommended D & F Plumbing. I made an appointment with D & F to have a plumber come out to repair the leak. Calvin King arrived and checked for moisture. There was some water by the toilet so Calvin took up the fixture to check the wax ring, the flange, and the bolts. Since the toilet was at least 15 years old I asked Calvin to install a new one to eliminate any chance of a leak. When he completed the job he flushed the fixture 4 times with no sign of leaking. A small hole had been cut in the kitchen ceiling which lies under the upstairs bathroom. Calvin said, “ I’m going to check to make sure I’ve taken care of everything.” When he made an examination he discovered that there was a broken pipe that was responsible for the leak. It wasn’t the toilet. Calvin came back today and repaired the pipes to resolve issue. I’m grateful to Calvin for his professionalism, his courtesy, his willingness to listen and clarify things that may be unclear, and for the fact that he located the ultimate source of the leak so that the situation is resolved completely. I’m thankful to D & F Plumbing with special applause for Calvin King who truly went above and beyond. He’s my Plumbing Hero!
