Grant Fournier, our technician came out, looked at our tankless water heater and had us back in business in no time with hot water. He let us know the issue and sent an email with two estimates that same day as well. We used Plumbing and Sewer Renewal before and would do it again.

Great work! Just bought a new home and there was a small leak in the toilet. He went to fix it and saw the previous owners had masked a much bigger problem and we had to replace the toilet. He helped us get that done super quick and now we have a perfectly working toilet! Appreciate you Brandon!

After years of putting this off, chose Sewer Renewal for their experience in CIPP lining. Replacing 40 feet of sewer with just a 3x5 hole was more like it. Wish I had before and after pics because our job crew was fantastic. (Added after original post) Jose, William and Taylor were awesome, did a great job putting our yard back together. Comforting to know the work was done right. A full days work for 25years peace of mind!

Adam was great! Super professional, super knowledgeable, got the job done cleanly and tidily. He taught me some stuff about how to avoid destroying my pipes and also avoid clogs. :)

We at Om Massage were very impressed with Plumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists. They came out to provide us with a free estimate and were extremely detailed and professional throughout the process. Their team explained everything clearly, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made us feel confident in their expertise. Excellent service — highly recommended!

Had a horrible backed up sink and washing machine, happened on Saturday. They got me in on the earliest available appointment. They were here by 9 o’clock in the morning Monday, and the service was fast, courteous, plus was given some great information to help this from happening in the future, as we have an older home. Would highly recommend them

We had a clogged sink. I reached out via their website and had a text message within minutes. We scheduled for the next day and they were out first thing in the morning and got us unclogged. The tech was great and helpful

My experience with Plumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists has been great! Kamyrn was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful during the estimating process. I have a construction background and often when speaking with vendors I am talked down to, and I never felt that with Kamryn.

On the day of the work, the team was delayed by issues on their previous job of the day, but once they started working, they were impressive. Taylor and Sammy cam first to dig out the bad sewer line, and Joel arrived later to lead the plumbing, and everyone was professional, kind, conscientious of space, and did amazing work. And even though it was Friday and they had been working all day, they stayed until nearly 8pm to make sure we had working water for the weekend. These guys were great!

Overall it was a fairly unpleasant experience. The tech Dylan was nice and polite. He was punctual as well. The tech was not the issue. The issue was the insane quote to replace a $14 wax ring. They quoted almost $800 to replace the wax ring and flapper. It was almost $600 for just the $14 ring replacement.

Tony was totally professional. Told me option. Work was done fast. Price was great And left me some more option for down the road. Thank you good company

Tony was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to unclog my kitchen sink in less than an hour. I'm highly satisfied with work and will monitor the sink to ensure the clog does not recur.

Purchased a new to me 124 year old house. Contracted through this team for a clogged downspout and sewer pipe lining. Courteous technicians and quality work. Highlight on office manager Wendy, who has been very communicative and personable. Definitely recommend.

Had an excellent experience with Sewer Renew Specialists. Selling our 85-year-old home and there were some offsets between the old cast-iron sewer pipes. Their team did an excellent job repiping the sub-foundation old iron pipe along with a root intrusion in the yard. Highly recommend them. Professional and punctual.

WOW I've had endless house nightmare problems and have truly had to hire dozens of companies/contractors/workers etc. I've been scammed by some people and am now very wearing about who I hire.

Kamryn spent 2 entire hours at my house, going very in-depth about the issues and potential fixes. He gave honest opinions on what he would do or not do if he was in my situation. He spent the time to show me his camera scope of the pipes, testing out the lines.

Unfortunately due to the jurisdiction of my county/city I live in the CIPP I wanted to hire him for isn't possible, but now that I've had this great experience with Kamryn I'm definitely going to go directly to this company for any future plumbing/sewer problems

Kamryn quoted whole home repipe of our drainage system and cast iron sewer line out to the main. He was quick, professional, and provided a competitive bid with thorough SOW. Omar and Juan worked hard to wrap the job up in just two days including excavation, plumbing, back fill, inspection and restoring landscaping. They also were very accommodating in updating quote to replace cement panel instead of patching where pipe was dug out. Would highly recommend hiring them for any drainage issues!

I had a pretty significant water main leak and Plumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists helped me out greatly! Grant, an amazingly nice, knowledgeable and the friendliest, most helpful plumber went out of his way to come assess the problem and provide help after normal business hours. He also connected me with a restoration specialist to help me get started on that process. Tristan & Jesus returned the next day to fix the broken valve. They were knowledgeable, efficient, very friendly and went over the repair and plumbing situation so I fully understood what the situation was. They also took great care to take care of the landscaping around the work area. Overall, everyone was so helpful, reacted very promptly to my emergency situation and provided immediate help in a stressful situation.
