Thank you Western Heating for another quality service call. We had forgotten that it was time for a yearly follow-up but the Western Heating team contacted us & set up an appointment right away. Kenny who performed our annual inspection & tune up was very friendly & professional and discovered an issue with our A/C that we were not aware of and explained why we may not have noticed it but it was not cooling to optimal levels. Then Jacob, also very friendly & professional put his knowledge, training, & experience to the test to thoroughly diagnose our system and corrected the issue. Jacob then explained with much detail what he had found & how he corrected it and how he added some safeguards for potential future diagnoses if ever needed. We’ve gone thru several hot days since the repair and it’s working great. We’re quite pleased. Thanks again!

AC unit was very noisy (we could hear it at night when we tried to sleep) furnace internal unit was also very dirty. Quite an improvement..it is amazing.

They do alot of customers for me and did the hvac for my house! They are the best in town, they always have good pricing and are honest and great hard working people that I really appreciate along with my customers, and my guys at American gutters always love them and can’t wait to use them for my new house!

I called Western Heating & Cooling to have them come out and see why my heater was not coming on. They sent out Michael Brown who came out and solved another heating problem that struck us two winters ago that was due to frozen condensation pipe under the house on our HVAC system. Mike recognized me when he stepped out of the car and asked how that work was all holding up. Well Mike got to work and after some work he found the problem. Two small birds had gotten into the vent pipes and worked their way all the way into the blower motor and were stopping the fan from turning and causing the problem. Poor Mike had to dig out those poor birds with some long length needle nose pliers. Very gross for sure! I appreciate Mike and his efforts to get us all fixed and the amazing customer service he provides is appreciated. I personally think he should get a raise!! Western has been great to work with. Will continue to use them going forward.

We have been using Western for several years. Their technicians are highly professional and very courteous. This year our heating system would not turn on. I got it going by manually turning the inducer motor, but we asked them to come out and do the yearly maintenance and check out the system. Jacob found the inducer motor was drawing high current and found that the thermal switch was malfunctioning. He spent a lot of time looking at the system to ensure it was working properly and answered all my questions.

Excellent experience! Our technician (Jacob) was extremely professional and friendly. He was able to service our AC quickly and efficiently. He even went the extra mile to check that our part was covered under warranty (it was) and saved us money. I highly recommend Western for heating & cooling services.

Michael was wonderful and it took very little time for him to diagnose the problem with my furnace. He explained so much of it to me that I now understand the furnace better! He was very personable and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone and I would recommend Michael as your service technician.

This is our first time scheduling service with Western; we requested a tuneup for our HVAC systems. Jacob arrived timely with a big smile, very professional and pleasant to work with. He found some concerns with our system which needed to be addressed before he could fully complete the tuneup on our system. He communicated clearly, provided an estimate for the repairs within minutes and was on his way. Within a couple days, I had received communication from their office that the parts had arrived and they scheduled my repair appointment. Jacob returned along with another tech, Matt. They completed the repairs, tuneup and tested everything. They made sure that I understood my warranty, and how I could reach them if we had questions. It was a very personalized, professional, and friendly experience with a local business! Will 100% do business with Western again.

The Western Team took good care of us with a new Heat Pump and Furnace combo - the install team was on time to the jobsite, and completed the work within the timeframe they promised.
all my questions were answered and we are now enjoying our new furnace and heat pump.

Called Western Heating and Cooling early on a Saturday morning after waking up to a burning electrical smell coming from our furnace. My entire house filled with toxic smells, so we turned off the heat. Temps just droped and with no heat we called everyone in town. It was 5am and no one was answering, so we started to panic. Melissa called me back right away. My saving grace! She was able to schedule Todd to come out the same day. My husband was thrilled! Todd diagnosed the problem, provided a temporary fix, and we had an estimate for parts the same day. I called the following week, approved the estimate and Todd came back in less than 3 days to repair the furnace. He brought Jacob along to help. They were very respectful in my sons nursry when I asked them to remove their shoes to inspect the breaker panel. Each visit they were on time, respectful, and most importantly got our heat running! Reasonably priced too.

The technicians we worked with were good, however the customer service we experienced was pretty frustrating. A technician had an accident involving our toilet and caused a huge mess for us to clean up. He was apologetic and obviously accidents happen - but when I contacted customer service, they barely apologized and didn't offer us any kind of discount / coupon / compensation etc. We continued having problems with our furnace/their work and every time I called back and told them how disappointed we were, I was met with a pretty snarky attitude from the customer service rep. They did eventually waive some charges for us, which I appreciate, but it would have been great if they could have been a bit more understanding and kind. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I hope my review encourages some training for the customer service team.

This was my first experience with Western. The office was great to work with as far as scheduling and pricing.
The technician they sent out to diagnose the problem was Jacob. He was excellent. Knowledgeable, yet modest.
I asked if he minded me looking over his shoulder and assisting him. He did not.
He diagnosed the problem and a few days later when the parts came in, he came back and fixed it. Western heating will be my go-to now for my furnace maintenance and repair. Thanks

Juniper was awesome, came right out when my heating unit died & was able to diagnose the problems very quickly. She was knowledgeable about the details of how my unit works, what had gone wrong (& led to other issues), & gave me excellent info on what steps to take next.

She & Jacob were polite, friendly, & reassuring, which really eased my rather panicked (& shivering) mind. They'll be handling the necessary repairs, & I'll definitely call them if any future issues arise. Great service from a great company! 👍🏻
