The experience using Kneeland Brothers was top notch. They put a new roof on in 2022. We had a minor issue during the ice a month ago with a minor leak. They sent a guy out same day and he fixed it no questions asked. Wish more businesses were like this.

Matthew was very professional and helpful! Not only was I blown away by how much extra they did without changing the quote I was also very happy with the quality of the finished job. (Painted the exterior of my house and garage) I had a few other projects going on that I was doing myself and Matthew gave me free advice and ideas. I was in the process of selling my home and during that sale an inspection found a leak in the roof. There wasn't much time to deal with it prior to closing on the home. Matt Kneeland provided a quote within a couple days, and worked me into a busy schedule for a complete tear-off and re-roof. But the best part was their attention to detail. I noticed that not only was the roof itself done quite well, but they took the time and effort to paint all the exhaust vents to match the color of the roof. Now, maybe that's a standard thing these days, but I don't think so.

Another pretty great thing was that they worked on the weekend just before Christmas (Monday). When I chatted with one of the guys that was working that Saturday to tell him "Thank You", I was ready to be met with a rather unhappy individual because they were working on a Saturday, let alone the Saturday just before Christmas. Instead....the young man smiled, had very kind things to say and on several occasions said (...and not sarcastically) that they were genuinely happy to help and glad to have the work.

Each day they worked on my roof they were either early or perfectly on time. I could set my watch by it.

All in all, this is a truly top notch service provider. I recommend Kneeland Brothers as highly as I can for any roofing needs you may have. I haven't used them for anything other than roofing, so I can't speak intelligently to other types of work, but I'm going to guess that if they bring the same group of people and work as hard as they did on my roof on the other items, you should hire them.

Kneeland roofing just replaced my roof last week. It had 3 layers, so they had to remove all the old layers and plywood. They started on a Tuesday and were done by Friday afternoon. They did a wonderful job. It looks great. The crew worked very hard and made sure everything was cleaned up when they finished. I am extremely pleased and would definitely to refer this company to anyone who needs a roofing company.

We had several estimates to have our roof done. Then we did our due diligence. We chose Kneeland. Matt was always on time and very responsive to our questions and concerns. They guys who did the work were professional and courteous. They always cleaned up after each work day. Our roof looks wonderful. We would definitely recommend this company.

Matt provided an easy to understand straight forward bid and was very responsive to any questions I had. The crew was very punctual, hard working and extremely nice. Every evening they cleaned up really good and left their supplies tidy and in one place. On the last day they made sure there was no debris left behind, not even a little and even swept up the debris in the attic that that came through during the tear off. I would definitely recommend them as a company to do business with. The roof looks AMAZING and beyond any expectations I had about the finished product.
