Matt and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were incredibly responsive, quick, efficient, polite, and respectful of our property. Highly recommended!

Matt and crew replaced the roof on our house and garage. They carefully removed the metal roof on both structures allowing us to save many pieces for a future project. The estimate was clearly written, giving us options and price structures which helped us choose exactly what we wanted to be done. I gathered estimates from various companies, and selected Kneeland Bros. because their bid was clearly written and less than the competitors. Matt took time to share all the material options and warranties, without being pushy. And...he stuck to his price!

I was impressed with the crew. They worked hard every day and were always pleasant to talk to. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves every day - right down to searching for nails, screws, and scraps! The quality of the work speaks volumes. A job well done!

We chose Kneeland Brothers to replace our roof because the owner took the time up front to really talk through the current condition, options, and pricing with us. We appreciated how thorough the bid was, and follow up to our questions. The crew did an excellent job in preventive care to protect the yard and landscaping, windows and siding during demo. They took the time to communicate status during the job. We are very happy with the work that has been done highly recommend Kneeland Brothers roofing!

We needed to know the condition of our roof and how long we could wait before replacing it. We called 6 roofing companies for estimates. Matt was the only person to go into the attic and on the roof (several other companies did neither just handed us a bid). He took pictures, explained the situation, and offered a couple different solutions.

In the end their pricing was fair, they took time to understand what we wanted and answer all our questions, and the installers were awesome. Hiring this company was one of the best choices we've made for our home. I highly recommend Kneeland Brothers.

Eh, they were just okay. They showed up a few hours later then they said they would, I had to call to check in and see when they were coming because I have dogs and I needed to bring them inside when they came.
When they got there they took quite a while and we're working past dark, they couldn't seem to get their mower to work for a while so their equipment seemed a little sub par. Also quoted me $120 for mowing raking and removing a fire pit from the previous owners, and then never removed the fire pit and said that would be $300 so there was some kind of communication breakdown there. Overall probably won't be calling them again. But to be fair I gave them 3 stars because they did make my yard look a bit better; they mowed and raked all the leaves as discussed, so that was good at least.

Jose came within 5 min to check out my bushes and tree that needed trimming and got the job done same day. Super friendly and him and his team did an exceptional job, couldn't recommend enough.

Jose and his team were very professional and did a fantastic job. Jose came out to quote me the day after I called (talk about great service) and gave me a fair price. He showed up on time the day of the job and the second day as he promised. I own an acer and a half and with a newborn my husband and I had let the property go to the way side for a few months. Jose and team did a lot of work for me. They trimmed back all the bamboo and blackberry plants along my fence line, mowed and raked my front 1/2 acer, weed waked and mowed my dog run, removed black berry infestation around my chicken coop, cleaned up my walk pathway from all the weeds, put in a truck load of rock for my landscape, sprayed weed removal, hung some lights that fell down, cleaned out my gutters (195 ft on a 2 story home) and installed gutter guards. He charged me cost for materials and a great price for 2 days of work. His team was polite, kind, respectful, and fun! Jose goes out of his way to make the client happy. His team cleaned up after themselves and left nothing but pristine landscaping. I was impressed. I will definitely be calling them again for monthly services! A big thank you to Jose and his team!

This post is way overdue. We hired Adam in November, 2019 for our driveway construction and house digout. We had only lived in the area for a couple of years and were not familiar with any of the local contractors. Adam was recommended by Louie Family Enterprises for our excavation/land development. He's local, grew up out here, and just a small family business. He was extremely prompt and professional, and very responsive. He did a beautiful job with the digout and final product, and he completed the whole project in only 3 or 4 days. He is a very nice guy and was a pleasure to work with. I liked him so much on our first meeting that I didn't get any competing bids, so I can't say how affordable he is. But, I can say that we are extremely happy with his work and definitely feel that it was worth every penny. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excavation/property development.

From excavator placement of large rock to stabilize a failing slope abutting my house to grading and graveling my driveways Jobin Construction’s work was high quality, on-time and completed at a reasonable cost. They went the extra yard to work my job in. Excellent equipment, operators and ethics!

Once again Jobin has done a great job for us on one of our additions. Zac was very helpful in finding the best match to the existing roof and didn't spend money where we didn't need too. I always appreciate the professionalism they bring to a project and look forward to working with them again.

In 2022 Adam removed a failed culvert and installed a new one for my tree farm. The job was large and required working with state regulators. Adam did the work with amazing efficiency and in a very short time frame. Every aspect of the job was handled with care and professionalism. Adam is a very personable and easy to communicate with individual, with great technical ability as well. The project has held up perfectly. I can recommend him without any reservation.
