Need an appliances, quality and reasonable. We needed a range for a tenant at a moments notice and it was no problem.

They answered the phone on the first call and they picked up my old refrigerator for free to recycle it. I hope they are able to fix it and find a new home for it.

Had a recent appliance kick the bucket and Jo's accepted our old one with a curbside drop off for free and saved us what the dump would have charged us

i've had Jo deliver several appliances to me and family members. Always a good experience.

I appreciate the fact I could drop off appliances for free, even after business hours. I received friendly, knowledgeable service.

Do not go here. Neither Jo or his technician knows what they are doing, the warrenty is a flat out lie and i got the impression they didnt even want to fix my machine, Jo was telling "its the board" and that "it cant be fixed" before he even looked at it.

Nothing is actually refurbished, the warrenty is a lie, if anything breaks joe will claim its your fault and make you pay for the part. Most of the prices rival new appliances and the non exiestant warrenty lasts 90 days intsead of 2-5 years.

Jo took 120 from me, did nothing but tell me "the baord is bad" and left. My brother who is an electrician fixed my dryer in 5 minutes, was a fuse not the board. Jo is a liar and a thief.

Absolutely awful. He just repeats himself and doesn’t communicate well at all. Likes to tell you that you are not a professional of loading and unloading appliances. Not a problem solver at all. No common sense. Just don’t go there at all. Don’t drop off anything that he can repair and make money. He’s a joke. Not even worth a star.

I called this place of business today. Hoping to find a part lost during a move. Whoever that answered the phone has very poor customer service skills or just didn’t want to take the time to try helping me out. I now understand why they’ve got very poor ratings. It’s a pretty common part I would think. All I got was a “Nope” and then click. Call ended. How lame. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Takes advantage of elders and disabled veterans!! Told them exactly what was wrong with washing machine and they still charged me $100 to come out to look at it themselves because they didn't believe that I actually knew what was wrong with it to begin with, then they try to charge me $97 on a $12 part. Purchased the part elsewhere and ended up fixing washing machine myself after watching a how-to video online. Try to do online research yourself before calling anyone for repairs that you may or may not need help with!!

The tech showed up to look at the broken intake valve that busted on my fridge. Said he need to check with his distributor for part. I paid him up front $170+ something when he came out to look at the fridge. Then he left a message later saying that his distributor can’t find the part anywhere and have not heard back since then. NOT recommended. Took the money but did not fix my fridge. The technician seemed clueless also. I tried to support small local business but this will be a hard pass in the future.

Rude unprofessional took my money said the dryer worked. iI did Not. called back left message, didn't receive call back, called from other phone and was told we don't check messages. Made another appointment to fix dryer and no one showed up. So called aging basically I was told I payed and now I have to eat the cost. They are liars and thiefs as far as I'm concerned.
