Their responsiveness for an estimate and their price was outstanding. Donna kept me informed about the scheduling. They showed up on the day they were scheduled, the tree is gone and not a single branch was left in the yard. I would absolutely use them again.

These guys were professional and quick!
They took a few weeks to get us on the schedule (which we were aware of) but once we were scheduled, they came on time and didn’t waste any time! Removed 4 trees, one HUGE black oak that was right next to our side door! Removed 3 other trees; red oak, black oak and white oak, and those stumps) and 3 extra stumps that were in our yard, and even ground a few extra roots they saw! They were absolutely professional! You can’t even tell they were here, minus the few wood chips at the ground stumps! I can certainly say I will be calling them again, for any Tree removal work I need done!

Pell Tree was absolutely great. They removed two trees for me recently and treated my hemlocks for wooly adelgid. Very knowledgeable and they clearly take pride in their work. Definitely a 5 star from me!

The people here really know their stuff. I had two other estimates comprobable to Pell but the other companies just wanted to cut limbs off and call it a day. Pell diagnosed a bug problem with the tree and recommended a treatment and to thin the limbs throughout. A compromised limb from the bugs broke off shortly after they trimmed and they even came back out to clean it up.

I was contacted right away after initial phone call and got an estimate …the guys came out and the dead limbs were cut out of my tree…luckily just before the days of high wind…work done well and great clean up…would definitely recommend.

Every time I use Pell Tree Company, I have been more than satisfied with their service. They are wonderful and always go above and beyond what is expected. I will continue to use them for any tree work that needs to be done. Their prices are reasonable too!

We have used Pell for multiple tree projects around our home, from complete removal of large ash trees and pruning of dead limbs, to preventative treatments. We are impressed every time by the thought that goes into completing the work while preventing damage to surrounding areas (structures, plants, lawn, etc.) even when heavy equipment (bucket trucks, stump grinders, etc) is required in tight spaces. The crew has always been punctual, courteous, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. A++ operation.

I called a number of tree service companies to get an estimate to take down a 2+ story tree next to my house, along with some other tree pruning on 2 other large trees. They were the first to respond with estimates and were very reasonable. The timing of the job was in the middle of winter when the weather conditions were fairly unpredictable. Donna and Chris were excellent in helping to coordinate the job after having to reschedule the original date due to winter weather conditions. I was out of town when the work was performed, but communication with Pell Tree Company was fabulous. When I returned home, the yard looked cleaner than when I had left. I also received a courtesy email to confirm that the job was performed to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again and would recommend for this type of tree work.

Recently got tree removal service from Pell. Took a while to get to us due to high demand following a violent storm in the area and the need to service critical areas with priority from the storm damage, but they got to us within 3 weeks and provided excellent service. Crew was well equipped, efficient and very professional. Trees removed and yard was cleared of debris and tidied up. I would use them again.

Pell was great to work with in taking down 15 large ash trees on our property. They were quick, clean, and very easy to work with. They left our yard in great shape. Very highly recommended.

Our neighbor recommended Pell (they did a great job on her trees), we then requested an estimate for 3 large oak trees, which was VERY reasonable, ( it which also included a "treatment" to save 1 of the trees). They came today, in the extreme heat, and did a fantastic job. They actually went above & beyond. They got right to work & didn't stop until they were done. The crew was SO polite & kind, we just can't say enough!! The crew chief came & checked in, again, an absolute pleasure, & Patty, the office manager, was wonderful! We won't use anyone else. Could not be happier with the work performed at my home. The crew arrived on time, took special care to trim the tree carefully so as not to damage the fence below, cleaned up the area better than they found it all while the rain poured down. I was very impressed by the attention to detail and professionalism shown. Also really appreciated the entire quote process, online acceptance of proposal, straightforward billing etc. The entire experience was positive. I won't hesitate to reach out to Pell's next time I need tree service.

I absolutely do NOT recommend Pell Tree. In February 2022 we hired Pell Tree to remove old and overgrown trees and shrubs in our backyard. They did a great job and we paid them $2,900 and they offered to complete the new landscaping for us. They completed the project in April 2022 and we paid more than $6,000. I reported that the large Star Magnolia did not survive via email with photos on May 1st 2023. Andrew left me a voice mail a few days later saying they would be out to replace it in 2 or 3 weeks. They never showed up or returned my calls. It is now one year later and the cornerstone of our landscaping is dead and looks horrible.
