Isaiah came out and was amazing very courteous and knowledgable doing the estimate. When they came out to do the work they exceeded our expectations. Clear comunication scheduling. They removed the tree, all the debris, and cleaned up. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Scheduling was easy, everyone on time as promised, everyone courteous, asked if any concerns before starting, worked completed as stated on quote, everything removed / cleaned before leaving and pricing reasonable. I have used Pell in the past and plan to use them again as needed. Would recommend.

My property was in need of much tree work which had accumulated: pruning, cabeling, removal. Pell Tree helped me to prioritize; we set a schedule and all went well in spite of challenging snow conditions. Their team is so very capable and considerate as well. I am much relieved, feeling my unruly property is more manageable.

If you want exceptional customer service (front desk to the cutting crew), professional tree removal/services, and no damage/cracks to your driveway or lawn, you've found the right company. We needed three large white oaks removed that were near our home. Two other large, well known tree companies provided a more expensive quote that included using a 60 lb crane on our residential driveway (that essentially means we'll be paying thousands of dollars after they leave to replace/repair our driveway). That's not how Pell operates. John, the owner for 30+ years, came over, assessed the property/scenarios, figured out how they can accomplish the job without a crane, and provided a competitive price with no heavy equipment (only manual climbing and cutting). All we had to do was sit back and enjoy the show that the expert climbers and cutters put on (pics attached). We now have peace of mind, and our driveway and bank account is pretty happy too. We found our tree servicing company for life. Highly recommend!

I've used Pell Tree Co. to prune my Crape Myrtle for the last 5 years. Everyone including the office staff has been very helpful and do an excellent job. I'm always very happy with the pruning and clean up afterwards. Thank you for another job well done!

The crew did a fantastic job trimming our tree and removing a huge holly bush and grinding the stump. They maneuvered their trucks and chipper into our backyard (which is tricky with hanging wires and narrow pathways) without any problems. The tree looks great and they cleaned up everything in the yard and patio as if they hadn’t been there. And the price was more than reasonable. Highly recommend!!!

Great company. Provide prompt service at very fair prices. They’ve removed a number of trees from our property. Attached is a photo of recent tree they removed. Happened before New Year and they had it removed within a day.

The Pell crew was very courteous and professional. The company has good equipment that the crew knew how to use properly. Safety was always a priority as well as the condition of my property. I would highly recommend Pell for ANY tree work and pruning work.

Doug and his team did an amazing job power-washing our entire house. They took the time to tailor the treatment to our specific needs. They were on time, did the job with little or no interactions with us and were finished the same day. Our neighbors ended using them too and so far the soft-wash is holding up great.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. My mother received multiple texts like this and other ones including “are we doing this or what?” When it came time to cut our lawn. This is no way to speak to customers, especially ones that are supposed to be on a cutting schedule. I advised them my mother had undergone surgery, and she would be recovering - she then received the attached text.
They then said they would come whenever they could - it’s been 2 weeks and no one has showed up and we haven’t heard anything. I do not know the name of the man my mother was texting, and that is for the best. They should not be allowed to speak to paying customers or anyone like this.

J & S responded quickly to my inquiry about services, offered great rates, arrived on time and, most importantly, did an amazing job! I would recommend them to my friends, family, neighbors and anyone else looking for quality work and great customer service!
