I thought he Did a great job hard working to get the job done. Did what I asked him to do. So I paid him and he told me he would be back tomorrow to finish the clean up. He knew I was handy capped so I can not do the things I use to do because of my stroke and being operated on 5 times on my left foot because of spasmatic deformity. So do not pay him before he finishes the job he did not do what he told me he would after I told him about my other estimate. AlSo he did not cut alot of branches in the back plus there will be aleast 27 yard bags of debrid( beware ) make sure you check don't be stuid like I was.Thanks Steve Michnuk

I do need to add a caveat to this 5 star review. John did really excellent work, worked hard, and was very responsive. However, setting the terms of the project were felt very hasty through only text, when I’d hoped to talk through things in greater detail or even have a visit in order to get an accurate estimate. But he stuck to the agreed upon price even after seeing the larger scope on the day of the project.

Then, certain details of the project had to be reiterated several times. He did always go back and make sure then everything was done right, and even then some. Be very clear about your expectations and he will make sure you receive good work for a very fair price.

Jon was an absolute professional and did a fantastic job putting up the Christmas lights framing out our home. He worked hard and got the job done right, no short cuts. Price was very reasonable but I decided to give him a bit more than the agreed price for doing such a great job. I would highly recommend him and he didn’t leave until everything was done correctly. If you are looking for someone to install outdoor Christmas lights, you cant go wrong with J&S Property Solutions!
