The worker tried his best to help me but I still do not know what is actually wrong with this heater in this house I just purchased this should be against the law to sell stuff like this. I was told I could get my ac checked because the weather. I will try this company again just have to actually get what is going on with these units.

Air Changes were very informative and prompt regarding their arrival time. The service Technician was very professional and pleasant. We will refer them to our family, neighbors and friends.

They provided a quote of $1,600 but couldn't guarantee anything. So I called to get a estimate from a different company and showed them the estimate. They said some of the things were not needed and provided a MUCH lower qoute....and they explained everything in layman's terms, very simple to understand. I had to keep asking Jared (air changes cooling) to please explain things to me in simple terms cause he was talking to me as if I were a heating and cooling professional but They were polite and I wasn't going to leave a review but they keep sending me texts and emails which is annoying.

Matt from Air Changes Heating and Cooling,LLC came to my emergency call within hours and was able to identify the problem and make the repair saving me money for buying anew unit for another 5 years!! I will however call them back when I am ready to install a new unit per their direction!!!! Thank you for being honest and super efficient!!!

I put in a service inquiry request to about 5 companies and they responded first. They even offered to come that evening. The technician called before coming, was prompt and professional. He explained everything from the beginning through the end of the process. The technician got our water heater working and noticed that we had another issue that could have caused a major issue with our gas line. I was grateful as it couod have been fatal if it was not handled. I would definitely recommend their services for all of your hvac needs and would use them again! Thank you so much.
