I can’t recommend Quality Heating and Cooling enough! The owner, Arsen, came out last minute, late at night, when our heater stopped working and got everything fixed quickly and efficiently. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and most importantly, the heater is working perfectly now. It’s such a relief to find someone dependable in an emergency. I truly appreciate the dedication and excellent service!

Called on a Friday evening with gas furnace issues (very old unit, well overdue for replacement). Spoke to Mike who was extremely helpful with determining whether it was safe to run until a new unit could be installed. By Monday afternoon, our old unit was out and the new unit was installed and running. Technicians were all very professional.

I wanted to highly recommend Qualitech for their outstanding service, friendly staff and overall ease to work with. We always have a great experience. They came out quickly and put in a new heater today, so we will be warm tonight! They are open 24 hours which is also very convenient.

Your service technician, Tyree, performed the yearly inspection of my heating system on March 28th. I was very satisfied with his overall service. He arrived on time for the appointment. He introduced himself apon arrival and advised what his check up would entail. When finished, he provided a report that my system was in good working order.
Tyree did recommend that I install a surge protector to protect the electronics of my system. I thought this was a good precaution and I did have him install such a protector.
Tyree was very professional and represented Custom Aire well.

Tyree Very clean work replaced filter,checked system,both inside and outside Heat pump units,checked WiFi,updated system,cleaned inside unit!! Running, cooling system at temperature, flushed drain line. Checked out system.

When I first called I was very nervous to have someone come out and tell me my heater was broken but after Joe came out even though it was late he told me it was a simple fix and not going to break my pockets right before the holidays .. I am so grateful for an honest company who has employees who truly care and want to help people... Thank you for fixing my heat :)

Tyree communicated timely and often with us. He was able to find the correct thermostat and worked to make sure everything worked well. We appreciate his thoroughness and courtesy.

Custom Aire was the only 24/7 service that turned out to be an actual 24/7 service. We had a 4-day long power outage and when power returned, we had no a/c. I called Custom Aire and about 3 minutes later a tech called me right back. He came at 7pm to let us know what was wrong with the unit. He did a temporary fix for good reasons and today out a/c is up and running, just in time for the next heat wave. Great company that understands service and dedication.

Custom Aire did the semi-annual maintenance on my heating system which I had purchased from them 8 years ago. I've never had a problem with it and this visit was up to their usual high standards. Technician was thorough and informative. Made practical recommendations to protect both heater and hot water tank (which I had also purchased from them 8 years ago) that offered low cost options to extend the life of both without trying to upsell me on replacement equipment. I would highly recommend Custom Aire because I have found them to be honest and trustworthy.

We had the absolute best experience with Custom Aire, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them.
