These guys are great. Professional, provided detailed overview of the issues with our system, along with a the solution. I had used them to address the HVAC with my parents estate. I noted I would use them again and was not expecting to have to so soon. Glade we did!

It was Christmas Eve and boiler wouldn’t light. Called around and had no luck until family heating! They were the ONLY one who had someone and they sent Brew. So very thankful for them being so quick to respond and have someone come and fix the issue that was knowledgeable. Highly recommend

After turning on the A/C yesterday afternoon I noticed that the house was very slow to cool down. I called this morning and the tech came this afternoon. He determined what the problem was and replaced a couple of parts and now everything is well. A couple of minutes after he left, I heard a knock at the door and it was the tech again. He said he noticed my storm door closer had become detached so he fixed it. It was the end of the day and I'm sure he was anxious to get home but took a couple of minutes to perform an act of kindness. Employees like this make it a pleasure to deal with your company.

When I had issues and complaints about the pricing of the repair of my furnace I got a phone call personally from Farrell the owner. After explaining the high cost of running a business I realized why the price could be so high. I did not use them and he returned my deposit on good faith.

Brew, Joe, & apprentice were great! Joe worked efficiently & finished exactly when he said! They left my home exactly the way they found it, nothing left behind! Joe took the time to show & explain all work that was completed! I will highly recommend Family HVAC to my family & friends! Great job from start to finish! Thank you so much!

I couldn't be more pleased with the professional and rapid service from Family HVAC. They were able to quickly repair the oil furnace which suddenly decided to stop working on Christmas Eve.

Family is the perfect name for this company. Initially called them in December for a repair on our aging system. Found out we were emitting high levels of carbon monoxide and the system had to be red tagged. We sat with sales rep and went over everything from house size, duct size and usage. Ultimately we chose our new system. We were offered very competitive financing options. We decided to pay in full but was nice to have options. We set an install date. Communication through out was exceptional. On day of install, the guys showed up ready to go. We had a full system install. Heater, AC & thermostat. Guys wore protective wear on shoes. Covered floors and steps. Install took about 7 hours. Tested and explained system before leaving. Made sure we had all paperwork and contact numbers. Followed up the next week to make sure all was well. Then came out on Sunday to open the AC unit up. It was just a flawless process from start to finish. Great to see young people being trained for a career. Polite and well versed on the trade. I would highly recommend them for any and all your HVAC services. We have the full service plan and will only use them for our system.

I called Family Heating & AC this morning for an issue with one of our heating units, and they had a team scheduled to come out that afternoon. Alden and Francisco arrived on time and were very pleasant. They identified the issue and replaced a part under warranty, which got our heat up and running again. It was a great experience!

This company is nothing but amazing. I explained my heating situation they were able to schedule for a WHOLE NEW system the very next day. Not only did they complete the job but I advised the thermostat I wanted to use at my home and they made it work. Ran new wiring and everything. Family is a straight up company. They stood behind a new blower motor that was defective out of the box. No questions asked. They showed up with a new one, installed it and all was right in my world. Fast service. Constant communication via text as to when to expect their service to arrive. Brew, the company rep, was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining options. Installers mannerly, punctual, and make sure areas they are using remain clean. Upon completion fully explain what they did and if any concerns to call. Definitely will use this company as my go to for any heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend this company.

Denise was very attentive to our needs and getting a technician out to our house. Brew did an amazing job at diagnosing our problem and getting us temporary heat until the unit could be replaced. They were also able to get us scheduled the next day for the replacement unit. Josh, Joe and Chris did another amazing job at installing the new unit. They were extremely clean and professional during the install. Definitely would recommend them for your next install.

Our technician Brew was amazing. He was there on time and was very knowledgeable, and friendly and professional. He was able to fix our heater that had stopped working. He explained everything to us and had our heater working better than before quickly. Pricing was reasonable and they explained everything before work was done. Will definitely be using them moving forward and would recommend them.

They resolved a billing issue in a very professional manner. It was very clear that they value their family business and take pride in their work. The technicians/professionals are great but the real stars are the ladies who work behind the scenes!

Had annual service for AC UNIT completed today,’z
Team did a great job, The team is very professional, showed up on time. Did the HVAC service also installed a Wi-Fi programmable thermostat and got our AC ready for the upcoming hot summer months .
They also cleaned up afterwards
