Bill was great! Explained everything. AC is running great. Even came back on a Saturday to replace rusted out flue. Very happy with service!

I known Steven and Michael Kop for 48 years, They are honest, reliable and very trustworthy. They installed my ceiling fans in my house about 25 years ago and did an excellent job. The fans are still working. They also came out during a snow storm to replace my water heater. Steve also replace my mother's heater , There always ready to get the job done no matter how much work is involved, They do an excellent job from start to finish !

Bill Cobbs repairs did a wonderful job today for me. Bill was very pleasant and very thorough happy with his work would recommend him for any electrical air conditioning work.

My heating unit broke in the middle of the worst winter we’ve had in a few years. I called the number on the unit and William called me back the same day, he told me over the phone to do a couple of test and the heat came back on! Unfortunately an about a week the heat went back out. Before I even got a chance to call him he actually called me to check on me to make sure it was still working. When I told him it was not he immediately set up an appointment to come out to look at it. He was kind, friendly, efficient and a perfect gentleman. He had it working in no time. Thank you so much for the awesome service! I will definitely tell all my friends and family about your business.

I got service on Saturday because my heat was not working . Bill came out and after checking everything said it will 395 for the cost of repairs. The repair that he did was clean the flame sensor , and the pipe he repaired was the pipe he ripped open to get a sensor so that he can check it. I feel i was taken advantage of because of the situation i was in. The review on here are mostly from people that they know from living in the neighborhood.

Great service, reasonably priced and come out right away. I used this company to replace my heating unit and hot water tank each time Kops Repair were informative and accommodating. I truly appreciate the excellent quality of service provided.

Kop's came out to our home after we received a bogus estimate for 2 unit repairs from a separate company.

Kop's repair hands down is the best! They replaced my heater and central air unit. Very clean, super nice, and reliable. I live in a condo so all paperwork must be in order and they had no problem supplying everything we needed. Financing is available too! Highly recommended!

The KOPS electrician who came to my home today was very knowledgeable, professional and was thorough and completed the work in a timely manner. Today 7/23 Kop's install a new toilet in my home he was very focused on his work and did an excellent job. Also I thought my other toilet was seriously damaged and Bill the Kop's technician managed to find the problem and fix it and it was not as serious as I thought it was. Thank You Kop's and Bill their technician for a job well done. I will call again if needed.

Kop's Repair, LLC first showed up to handle what I thought was a minor leak… turns out, it was more like a full-on waterfall cascading down my living room wall! Thankfully, Bill jumped into action with a solid temporary fix and gave me clear, honest estimates for the bigger repair.
