I had a problem with my heater called Kop's HVAC within few hours hour Steve arrived and fixed my problem. I received prompt Professional & Friendly Service. I highly recommend Kop' HVAC.

I have been dealing with these guys for over 10 years and everyone is wonderful, knowledgeable, courteous and very kind. They just put in a water heater and heater. If you need work done these are the guys you want to do it.

I have known Steve and his brother Mike since the 70's and they always do quality work for me.I would recommend their services to everyone! They replaced my old main electric cable running from the main Peco line and upgraded my breaker box

The things I like most about Kop's Repair is that Steve answers phone calls promptly and tries to offer intelligent diagnostic ideas before turning a small job into a big one. It's good for customer relations and it keeps tenants feeling that they're in good hands.

They showed up on time. When they were done the install the area was cleaner then when they started. They were professional and walked me through how to change my filter and when. Also explained everything I needed to known. I'll always use their services and definitely tell my friends and coworkers to use them. They are a little expensive, but worth it.

We had KOP come to replace an old pipe that was beginning to produce small droplets of water very slowly. After paying $486 to have the pipe replaced, a new leak occurred from a separate pipe connected it. This leak was more significant and was leaving a puddle of water. After coming back on 2 separate occasions for all of 5-7 minutes to seemingly tighten the pipe, it was still leaking. After the 3rd call I was told "I don't know what to tell you, you should shut the water off" as well as "I can explain it to your husband and show him" as if I am not capable of understanding. So after spending almost $500 I have a new, more significant leak and will have to try and fine a capable plumber who actually knows what they are doing and can assist. Completely unprofessional and the audacity to want to speak to a man when the wife was the one leaving work to take care of this. What a shame that this company is unable to actually fix a problem they caused.

Steve arrived promptly at quoted time. He diagnosed and repaired issue. Checked all possible reasons for my outdoor unit. I was very pleased with the service call. Will use again for any future issues.

All I can say is that Devyn at Kop's HVAC is awesome! We had an issue this morning with our electricity in our finished basement which we were in no way able to deal with ourselves. Devyn came out ASAP and we are so thankful. We know that he had a crazy busy day and appreciate his willingness to check out what was going on. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and efficient. He quickly identified the issue and unfortunately found some other pressing and dangerous electrical issues that he suggested we also fix. He went over everything that was going on, the paths he would take to fix them and cleared the pricing with us for each issue before proceeding with the work. We are so happy that everything was fixed so quickly and have peace of mind knowing that the originally shoddy and dangerous electrical work has been correctly redone. 5 stars, would absolutely request Devyn at Kop's HVAC again!

Kops HVAC has done maintance and repairs to my moms Ac and Heating system along with other odds and ends jobs she may have needed done for yhe past 25 years. In the summer when temperatures were close to 100 degrees they came right out promptly to get her AC working. Last week her heater was not working at all.and they came right out to diagnose the problem and she needed a new unit. They again came right.out to replace it and did a great job very knowledgeable respectful and cleaned everything up. Tonight with the cold temperatures i called them bc pilot went out and they made the trip at 730 pm to rel lite pilot and get the house warm again. I am thankful for their dedication and services. As my mom is 90 yrs old and they care about their customers. I recommended Kops HVAC to anyone who needs service. They are reliable caring and trustworthy. Steve Kops has serviced my rental properties for several years. Doing both electrical and heating service. He has proven reliable and reasonably priced whether I needed a minor repair or major upgrade. I completely recommend his contracting company

On Friday, July 14th, I got home @ 3PM and my home was a little warmer than usual, I checked my AC and it was off and would not turn on, the circuit breaker tripped and I reset it, still it would not turn on. There were Thunder storms while I was at work.
I called KOP's HVAC Repair. Steve the owner answered and listened to my problem; he told me he could make out in about 1 Hour or 90 minutes.
When he arrived, He checked everything out and found my Thermostat had shorted out. He had one on his truck.
I feel lucky that the first call I made was to KOP's.
He had my AC back up and running by 7PM on one of the Hottest Days of this Summer and this was an Emergency!

I found these gentleman to truly care about their customers. After I contacted them, they arrived on time and began work immediately to diagnose the problems and to explain the cause of the problems and most efficient and cost conscious way to remedy the issues. They even went out of there way to take me to the local hardware store to get the fixtures necessary to complete the repair. Will definitely use them for any future needs.

Response was immediate. They were here within 2 hours. Gave me options for repair. Mr. Kops was pleasant and quickly repaired toilet at a reasonable price. This is the second time I’ve used Kops plumbing and certainly will use again. Earlier this year they replaced my heater and air conditioner and I was very satisfied. Steve Kop and his brother, cleaned serviced my HVAC air SYDTEM a few days ago and I'm very pleased with their work and the results . Very professional, fast to respond. My Daycare Center had an emergency heating problem and KOP answered the call at 6:45am! What a god send! Steve Kop and his brother replaced my heater and more around the Christmas holiday, which was the coldest in 30 years. We did some comparative pricing and their price was a bargain. Somehow they managed to get a unit right after the holiday. Prior to that, they performed some maintenance, which was not a fix but enough to keep my temperature in the upper 50’s so I could avoid freezing pipes. The new unit was installed at the first, possible opportunity. Excellent experience, all things considered.

Excellent work with very reasonable prices. Had work done on my Heat pump and other plumbing work ( replaced outside and inside faucets and safety shutoffs) that I needed. Will definitely be using them again. They came fast and got the work done right.
