Same day response by staff when we called in our issue, and next day installation of a new HVAC system! Brew and John were responsive, fast, and lovely to work with.

Family HVAC installed a new outside unit and condenser for us when our old unit died during one of the hottest weeks of the year. I called them on Monday and I had a new, working system up and running by Friday - no small feat given all the equipment shortages right now. The workers were courteous and prompt and everything was exactly as advertised.

Josh and Brew installed a new HVAC system and water heater - they did an amazing job and made it much better than the original installers had it. I would highly recommend them!

The weather hit 90 degrees in mid-April and everyone had to turn their ACs on at the same time. I'm sure a lot didn't work, just like our company's two AC units. We called at 9AM on the hottest day of the year (so far) and Alden, one of their service techs, was there by 2PM. He diagnosed the problem as a bad thermostat, which he replaced. Alden then made sure the ACs were producing cold air before he left, and even changed the filters, too. Alden was professional and explained everything...and the service charge was very reasonable for any call, let alone a same day "emergency" service call. Highly recommend this company.

My A/C unit died, and familyHVAC came out to diagnose. Brew was super honest, very professional and knowledgeable. We chose to get the unit replaced, per his opinion (it’s a 22 year old unit). Their financing options are amazing, he went over rebates, rates, and everything they offer. They’re affordable, professional, and caring. I will be referring everyone to familyHVAC!!

On the morning of the coldest day we’ve had this Winter, I woke up to a cold house. I reached out to Family Heating & Air Conditioning and scheduled a same day appointment. A technician named Brew arrived within the scheduled time frame and was able to diagnose & fix the problem within 20 minutes. He even called back a few hours later to make sure everything was still working. I would definitely recommend this company.

When our oil heater went out, Denise was a treat to work with, especially late at night. she got us all set up with a knowledgeable technician and made the process quick and easy.

Two days after Christmas and my heating system wouldn't lite, a 43 degree day and I called Family Heating and Air Conditioning.
