Qualitech Heating and Cooling installed a furnace in my home that is not working properly. The owner mike came out and didn’t even take a look at the furnace installed but instead told me it was the thermostat. i shared my concern of my heating only working on 80 degrees and he insisted the furnace was working properly. He finally placed a new thermostat and it was in fact the furnace not working below 80. I took pictures and sent to him that the only time the room temp is matching with thermostat temp is when i turned the thermostat on 80. He started to ask me why am I still cold when the house is at 77 temp ignoring the fact that the thermostat was on 70 yet my house is reflecting a different temp. I have yet to find a resolution with the company and unfortunately it seems like i may have to take some legal action for resolution. This was the absolutely worst experience and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

We recently had to replace our entire AC and heating system unexpectedly. We called Qualitech and they were able to come out to look at our problem the same day, and got us scheduled with a crew for the next day. The professionalism and knowledge of the team, value of the installation, and response time was nothing short of exemplary. Highly recommend for your heating and cooling needs!

Can’t recommend Qualitech enough. For the past almost 10 years, I’ve reached out to Qualitech for furnace replacement and diagnostic across 4 apartments. I’ve had a particularly good experience with Arsen. Personable, reliable, and extremely attentive when urgent maintenance is needed. I was placed in touch with Mr. Alket at Qualitech through a friend of a friend. I needed a new boiler system as natural gas was being brought by PECO to my house. [UPDATE: Since we have 2 EVs I wanted to decrease my electrical burden. That meant getting rid of the electric water heater. Mr. Alket disconnected and disposed of mine and installed a new 50 gallon gas water heater. Because of the business he gave me an AMAZING price. I'm very grateful. If I decide to swap out the oven and clothes dryer, I will be calling Mr. Alket for the lines and installation.]

Mr. Alket took the time to consult with me and offer me my choices, explaining the pros and cons of each choice. Together we made a decision as to how to proceed.

He provided me with a written estimate and insisted I do my due diligence and research his company and other companies as well. I had no qualms about taking Mr. Alket's advice or trusting his abilities. I was not disappointed.

My old boiler was removed the new one installed, tested, and my original 2 zones were expanded to 5 zones! I am still waiting for PECO to install my meter and turn on the gas so I can't yet comment on the outcome, but I have no doubts that the job was done properly and well. [UPDATE: PECO has installed my meter and turned on the gas. No issues! After 9 cycles of purging the air the boiler started up like a rocket :) Both the gas boiler and the gas water heater are working like a charm! Again, installation was clean and tidy.]

Mr. Alket's crew were neat, respectful, efficient. His electrical team came on a Saturday and fished all the wires for my new zones. All the thermostats/controllers were replaced, including the old ones for the zones he didn't add. [UPDATE: Mr. Alket made sure I was happy with the job before accepting final payment. He asked about specifics. I mentioned that the new thermostats were not programmable. He said he'd look into it and get back to me about replacing them.] The entire job was finished in two working days plus the Saturday for the electrical. [UPDATE: I had been told by PECO they would come the 28th but they had a cancellation. Mr. Alket was able to adjust his schedule and the NEXT DAY I had a gas water heater installed and working seamlessly.]

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Alket and Qualitech Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs. Not only was the installation professional and pleasant, I have a feeling Mr. Alket will be there if I ever need him in the future for this project or any new ones. In fact, I will be using Mr. Alket later this year to install a whole-house generator. [UPDATE: At the same time he installed the gas water heater, Mr. Alket installed the line for the gas generator I'm getting next. I'm impressed!]

If you're looking for an honest company with skilled and kind techs, this is the one. I was afraid to call since I have a thirty-year-old (and it looks it) gas heater. I've had bad experiences where companies take one look at it and try to instantly sell me a new install rather than fix a problem. Qualitech came out within an hour of my call and fixed my old heater. Was super impressed, and we're planning to finally get a new heater and it will certainly be installed by these great guys. Mike was fantastic. My highest recommendation.

The technicians who came on a Sunday and fixed my heat on this cold were very polite and helpful. They looked at my heating system and found the problem. They took their time and talked me through how I should care for my heat, even though they came on a Sunday. I would say they were professional and reasonable with their price.

Mike and his team were amazing! They showed respect for both me and my property. They were prompt and professional, courteous and clean. They replaced my furnace and my air conditioner. I would highly recommend!

This past week, my heater decided it had lived its life and quit working—at 10 PM, no less. I’m so glad I found Qualitech Heating & Cooling! They came out that same night to diagnose the issue and attempt a fix. Al was incredibly helpful and transparent about the situation, which ultimately required replacing my 28-year-old unit.

There was no hard sell—just an honest discussion about replacement options, all of which were very reasonably priced. The next day, my new system was seamlessly installed, and we couldn’t be happier with the results (and having heat again!).

I can’t recommend Al and Mike enough. They run an honest, reliable family business—something rare these days amid the rise of private equity-owned service companies. Qualitech is now my go-to for any heating and cooling needs!

If you need experience, honesty, customer service is unbelievable and need an HVAC co, call them. Arsen and Al made a promise during a heat spell and completed it with no complaints or lateness. Family owned and it shows, very very satisfied and know I’m taken care of, price was great too. Qualitech HVAC if the way to go!!!

Mike came out to do a consultation on our HVAC system that stopped working and by the next day we had a whole new system. He and his team were very responsive and willing to explain all the questions we had, 10/10 service.

Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system and clearly explained the necessary repairs. The pricing was fair, and now my system is running like new. I’m so glad I found them—they'll be my go-to for anything HVAC from now on!

Had the team out at my house today installing a ductless mini-split system and they did a fantastic job. Arrived exactly when they said they would when they called on their way in. Kept me informed to a couple of challenges they worked through and demonstrated the system(s) right after sweeping up some of the debris from the installation. Super nice and I wouldn't hesitate to have them back.

I had a leak in my HVAC unit and the AC shut off. As a result, I was concerned I might have a very expensive repair bill. Thankfully, I was able to get a quick appointment with Qualitech. They diagnosed the problem, and to my delight, it was not the expensive repair I'd anticipated. Further, the technician calmly explained the issue, how it happened, and how to resolve it--should it happen again.

I've been very pleased with the HVAC unit Qualitech installed for me a few years ago, and the service I've received so far! Highly recommend!

6/19/25: The leak persisted so Qualitech made another visit. To my delight and surprise, I was not charged for the visit.

In addition, the technician showed me what had happened to cause the leak and how I could avoid the issue in the future.

Replaced failed outside air conditioning unit with a larger unit. The new unit required a different refrigerant, a new coil and a new line set. They took care of everything, including the power requirement changes. They did everything for a fair price, on time, and very professionally. I highly recommend using Qualitech for your HVAC needs.

Came out after the snow storm for a diagnostic test since furnace stopped working. Of course furnace turned on perfectly fine when technician was here but he was patient and explained what to monitor and will contact again if problem persists.
