Had Tyree from Custom Aire come out for an AC repair today and couldn't be happier with the service! While the repair was on the pricier side, Tyree was absolutely fantastic - extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He clearly knew what he was doing and explained everything well. The AC is working perfectly now, which is exactly what we needed. Would definitely request Tyree again for any future HVAC needs.

Brandon was on time, covered his shoes, and went to work. In less than an hour he had checked the ac, changed my filter, and provided suggestions to improve ac performance with no sales pitch. No less important, he was gracious.

Jonah was very professional. Explain what was needed to be done. He is also going to find the cost of a new motor for me. I appreciate all he has done. Thank you. Very nice young man.

Today was our first maintenance check since the unit was installed. The unit has been running excellently and today Tyree, the custom air tech came and checked the entire system and all the pressures. He was very polite and explained everything in detail and made some suggestions which I will consider. We are very happy with custom air and even recommended them to my cousin who also had them install the same unit we purchased. We highly recommend them for installations and service.

The Custom-Aire company is an amazing easy company to work with. From the estimate phase to the installation everything is thought out and nothing is overlooked. The techs that did my installation were very professional and considerate. The covered all my floors with clean tarps and kept my informed every step the preformed. Upon completion they cleaned up so well I had to do nothing !!! They explained how it all worked and gave me all my paperwork. I am so pleased I decided to go with them and if you want quality work like I received you might want to call them too!!! My wife and I highly recommend them !!

I had an issue with my heater. The water in th radiators remained cold even after the burner kicked on. The lines needed to be bled. The technician was prompt and courteous. The issue was resolved quickly and no issues since. Thank you.

pleasant, competent and thorough!
He will return on Friday to install the heat lamp. I am always very pleased with the

Derek and his team were not only highly professional but also very attentive to our needs. Our home had a 50+ year-old oil boiler for a (water) radiator heating system and we were looking to replace it with a new, natural gas boiler. Custom Aire's quote was (by far) the most competitive and the work was done to specifications. There were no "hidden" costs, and one of the technicians (Zak) even returned days after the project was completed to install a smart thermostat I purchased since it needed special wiring. Derek's team was even able to connect with a contractor to remove the massive 1,200lb. oil boiler and the (rusting) oil tanks.
