Bernard addressed two issues with my dishwasher. The first issue was simple but the second issue was a door that clicked every time you opened it He took 30 minutes or more to asses the cause. Looking at every part of the door. Finally an answer, I’m impressed with his integrity and work ethic. Thank you!

Scheduled service was on time and Neil, technician, was efficient and professional. My problem was solved in one visit.

This was not Sear's best work. The new AI chatbot (there is no option to speak to a human) is a disaster. The technicians blame all issues on the chatbot and say they are powerless (maybe AI take over is starting already).

The initial visit is kind a of scam. They ask you to take a picture of the model number of you oven and write a note about the error code. I thought the technician was going to do some kind of testing, but they literally showed up, made sure that the picture I took of the model number was correct and then wrote down the same error code that I had sent them...was that visit really necessary? Then, the technician accidentally ordered the wrong part. We waited a week for them to come back and replace the wrong part only to realize that the wrong part was ordered (after they had replaced it). They then ordered the correct part and were supposed to come back the next week, but missed the appointment. The technician called and rescheduled for Monday morning. The next day, the AI chatbot contacted me said they needed to reschedule to Tuesday. When Monday morning arrived, guess who showed up to my house (it wasn't the chatbot). Apparently, we are all supposed to know that the AI chatbot is not reliable, but no one calls you to tell you what is really happening. This is no way to run a business.

In all, I had to miss 4 days of work to get my oven fixed. Not their best day.

John was very pleasant and knew exactly what to do to make the repair. He was conscious of keeping the surrounding area clean and his fix worked wonderfully. I have my Snowthrower back again. Thanks, John

David was fast, efficient and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He was also polite and nice. My only complaint is that the AI service on the phone for scheduling appointments did not work very well. My husband and I kept getting hung up on.

The dishwasher had the pump replaced and it works fine BUT, the technician did a horrible job of reinstalling the unit. It isn’t level at all, the drawers slide back into the unit unaided. Also there is a 3/4” gap between the left side and right side of the dishwasher being flush with the counter. Not good work at all. Additionally, there is no way to directly complain about the poor quality of the installation either online or by phone. The website is endless loops and bots, and the 1800 number is all automated. Really think hard about this when you consider purchasing a warranty from Sears.

I scheduled at tech to come back out to correct the problem. After waiting all day from 7-5:00pm, no one showed up.
Caveat emptor…..,

Bob was so nice and so pleasant. He spent time making sure my oven was working the way it should. Talked to us about what he was doing. I've never used the convection bake option and he explained to me how to do that.

Scheduled an appointment online over the weekend. They returned my call first thing Monday to confirm the appointment. The technician was running late, but I received another call to inform me of that to ensure that the new timeframe was still acceptable (it was). The technician arrived at the newly rescheduled time, looked at the two issues i was having with my cooktop and oven. Explained the situation and gave me options. We opted for the biggest issue to be repaired, which was an ignitor switch inside the oven. While he didn't have the part on him, he assured me he would be back between 12-1 the next day and he was. Highly recommend.

The service was on time and the dishwasher works again. Very pleased that it was taken care of.

Our washing machine stopped working. And then my two toddlers came down with a GI bug. EMERGENCY! I have a home warranty and their technicians were booking 10+ days out. I called Zaintronics and booked a service appointment for the next day. Frank was on time, diagnosed the problem, and even sat at my computer and completed the home warranty form so I could be reimbursed. As soon as the parts came in to fix my machine, he called me (I didn't even need to follow up), and was over the next day to fix the machine. To our disappointment, the machine (10+ years old) could not be fixed even with the new parts and an hour of Frank's time. Again, Frank sat at my computer and completed the necessary paperwork in order for the home warranty provider to reimburse me for a new washing machine. He then left WITHOUT payment, as that is how the home warranty providers work - they don't pay service technicians if they are unable to fix the machine. Finally, he called me a few hours later to tell me he had been notified that my claim was approved and I would be reimbursed for a new machine. He offered recommendations as to the type of machine I should purchase based on his experience as a technician.

Needless to say, I will be contacting Frank at Zaintronic for all my appliance repair needs in the future. I recommend him to everyone!

Frank no longer repairs Samsung refrigerators but neither did Samsung who never showed up for the appointment. But Frank took time to go over the issue and give me as much advice as he could. Quite impressed.

Frank is very professional. He came, diagnosed our washer, ordered a part, and returned to install it. The washer seemed to be fixed, but then the initial fix didn't correct the problem. Frank came right back and wasn't able to get it working, so he gave us a full refund with no questions. I would use his company again because he is honest and trustworthy.

Highly recommend Zaintronic for appliance repair. We had a GE range burner and our LG washing machine drum detach completly (fully shot) and the initial lady who took my call was prompt in getting my appointment set up. Frank Mungo took care of everything very quickly. Range was fixed within days. We needed a new washing machine as it was cheaper to buy new than the repair. No more LG or GE appliances for us. He is a very honest, professional, knowledgeable person, and has such a pleasant demeanor. He will be our go-to if any of our appliances are in need of repair.
