Fantastic!!! Frank Mugo, technician and the employee at Zaintronic Appliance Repair who handles the service requests are the best!! They answered the original call, listen to my appliance malfunction description and immediately scheduled an appointment, all on the 1st call!! Frank arrived on time, analyzed the appliance repair necessary and quoted a very fair price of everything. He returned a few days later and fixed the appliance. I had called two other repair shops the same day as Zaintronic and both cos. have yet to return my original call. I am now officially "Team Zaintronic" for all maintenance needs!!! Oh yeah, Frank Mugo is the best dressed technician as well!!🤓😃

Frank from Zaintronic was amazing again!! A continued issue with my icemaker turned out to be ultimately caused by my failure to replace my water filter....but nonetheless- he responded so quickly to being called back when the new ice maker wasn't making ice, and within a week had the additional parts needed ordered and installed, and charged nothing but his cost for the replacement water intake valve. He is so fast, professional and personable. A true gem in a world where honest and reputable repair professionals are very hard to find.

Frank Mugo was assigned to our repair evaluation and the installation of the dishwasher’s new drain motor. We appreciate his timeliness, professional approach to his work and his pleasing personality. It was easy to initially schedule the work on line through the company website and the follow up phone call from the office confirming the date and time of the initial appointment was very prompt. The price paid for this work was reasonable. The overall experience of working with Zaintronic was very good. Very happy with our experience! I made an appointment for dryer repair and Frank was able to come out the same day. He was very knowledgeable and honest. The parts needed were ordered and he was out just two days later to do the repair! Highly recommend!
