Very impressed with Zantronic. It was super easy to make an appointment online, fast response to the date I chose. Frank Mugo knows what he is doing, and he saved me a few hundred dollars. Happy I didn’t have to replace my dishwasher! He is also very polite. Will call them again

I booked appointment for 1/2 on 12/27 and no one showed. I called and spoke to the same girl I booked with (strong accent) and she was clueless and said she needed to check. I told her she even quoted me their diagnostic price etc. I asked if anyone was coming out, she said no and tried to rebook. I said I won't be using their services. Time off waiting is money to me. They need better administrative help apparently!

Frank, the owner of this business was excellent in his conduct, professional in his approach to our refrigerator problem and was able to order the right parts and get it fixed. Frank responded to the request for service promptly for our older front load washer. Within 5-10 minutes he diagnosed (and confirmed) what we thought was the problem and went through options. We decided to replace, which was his recommendation. Frank provided prompt, professional service with clear information for us to make our decision. I would recommend him based on this experience, and will keep him on our call list.

Our dryer stopped working at our business. I contacted Zaintronic and Frank was able to get us on the schedule right away. My washer stopped working. I was able to get a repair schedule for the next day. Frank was friendly and on time. He determined that the motor was bad and advised it would be almost cheaper to buy a new one, and it would have a warranty. I would definitely use them again.

Frank is such an honest gentleman. He has serviced several of my appliances, and each time he has been fair and affordable. He recently examined my Samsung front-load washer, and told me honestly, it is not worth repairing. I will be calling him for future appliance repairs because of his character! You need to have him service your appliances!!!

Our oven stopped heating up. Frank came out the next day and fixed it for a very affordable price. He's super nice, and will explain everything to you before doing it. 4.9 stars isn't enough, don't bother looking anywhere else for appliance repair!

Update 2/20/26: Frank just repaired a burner-control knob on our GE range. As before, he was punctual, professional and fair. He also always manages to impart some appliance knowledge during his visits which is invaluable when considering future purchases. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Frank was an absolute rockstar. I contacted him through the website, and my appointment was confirmed shortly after. Frank showed up on time, was polite, and very pleasant to be around. Not only did he fix my broken dryer quickly, but he also explained what was going on, why it broke, and how he was going to fix it. There was no money exchanged upfront. When it was time to discuss payment, he clearly explained the cost and reasons behind it before he fixed it. I cannot recommend his services enough. If I ever need to call another appliance repairman in the future, he's the only one I'll be calling."

Frank did an amazing job replacing an oven coil and fixing an aging LG dryer. He was highly professional and went above and beyond, even cleaning out the lint from inside the dryer before reassembling it. He explained everything clearly, and had both appliances repaired within few days of my initial service call. I highly recommend Zaintronic!
