Were very quick to dismiss me because I was not a commercial account. I asked for a referral and was told to look online google it. I was looking for snow plowing on a regular basis a d spring landscaping. I have a large yard so their loss.

Excellent work. Was very pleased with the results of retaining wall. The work was done professionally and the guys building the wall were fantastic.

Joe and his team did incredible work installing a new retaining wall with beautiful stone, a new French drain and a new concrete pad. I plan to call him first for any other work I need done.

They do a lot of hardscape in the Pittsburgh area. They did a good job with our retaining walls and hardscape. They are professional with a reasonable price, thus I would recommend them to anyone.

Joe provided an estimate with suggestions (we asked). We have had compliments from neighbors. We definitely recommend Leo's and will be using him again!

Leo's Landcaping gave us a quote soon after we contacted him. Our retaining wall next to the driveway was done in a professionsal manner in 3 days. Amazing! There was no debris and the driveway was spotless. Highly recommend this local business.

Leo's Landscaping (LL) rebuilt a retaining wall along my back yard about July 2018. I believe that the wall was well-built with a good base and with good drainage gravel behind the wall. Also, it was "tiered" or "stepped" to accommodate the change in elevation along the wall. The wall still looks solid 5 years later. Their price was comparable to other contractors I spoke to. So overall I'm happy with the results.

Things I'm less happy about:
1. Wall curve -- I had asked that the wall be built in a straight line along the survey line of my yard but, without discussing it, LL put a slight curve in the wall to enable meeting the corner of the garage at one end of the wall. This may have been the best way to build the wall but I would have appreciated being consulted before changing the specs.
2. Yard torn up -- The heavy, tracked equipment that LL used to remove the old wall, to remove about 2 truck-loads of soil to prepare for the new wall and to transport materials to and from the road destroyed most of the grass in the back and side yards and part of the front yard. They also cracked a portion of the sidewalk along the front yard. I think if heavy plywood had been placed over the sidewalk it might not have cracked. They did reseed the yard and I did water it but the seed was mostly ineffective and the grass has been replaced by weeds and clover. They also agreed cut back some hedges while doing some reseeding and many of the hedge clippings were not removed so I had to remove the dead clippings from the hedges later.

Despite these problems I think LL was probably the best choice of the approximately 7 landscapers I spoke to about rebuilding the retaining wall.

Leo's Landscaping replace 2 walls along our driveway. All the workers were very professional and courteous. The work was done when specified and finished in a timely manner. Yes, I would recommend them to anyone in need of some landscaping.

This was a big year for home projects at our house. Of all of the contractors that we dealt with, Joe Leo and his workers were by far the best. Joe came in at a reasonable price vs. the other bids we got, but more importantly than that, he was honestly invested in making sure that our work looked great and was what we wanted. He came with us to the nursery to help choose plants, made the suggestion for stone that we ultimately chose (which we wouldn’t have even known had existed otherwise!), stopped by several times to talk about plans, and made other great suggestions, all of which were better than our original plans! Ha ha! When we had a question one night, he even left his house and came over at 7:00 in the evening! It was a level of personal care that’s tough to find anymore. Once the work started, he and his workers did so well that we decided to add more to the original list. We couldn’t be happier with how everything looks and would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
