I really wish I could give 0 stars. I just moved in my home and wanted to use a local plumbing business but I regret it! My husband and I called to get our bathtub fixed because the water wouldn't go down the drain we didn't really know exactly what needed to be done but we had issues with the water staying in the tub when we took a shower. The first time the plumber came he was able to get the water down the drain but then we realized that we couldn't stop the water if we wanted to take a bath so we called back because we paid $325 so we expected it to be fixed completely. Another plumber came back and said that we needed a full Tub Drain Linkage Assembly and it will cost us an additional $575. So we said we would like to shop around. When the plumber left and we showered that night, we noticed we had the same exact issue we had originally. The water did not go down the drain anymore. We immediately called the company and spoke to the owner. He said he would refund us $125 from the previous service if we wanted the Assembly installed. My husband and I called back the next day and the owner was RUDE! He said that he didn't want to hear it anymore and that we don't do refunds and in a very sarcastic tone "I will just mail you your $125 check." Stay away! What a horrible experience for a first time homebuyer.

TSQ responded quickly to a clogged sewer line issue at the complex where I live. They team that addressed the issue were very prompt, polite and patient as I described the issue. They assessed the situation quickly and took action. They were able to resolve the issue very efficiently and made sure all of our questions were answered. Highly recommend and will use them for any future plumbing related issues!

does not stand by their previous performed work. when you call, they tell you "I'll come by tomorrow" or "I'll send someone out later today" - then no one shows up. this happens multiple times.

Our lateral sewer pipe blocked and waste was coming out of the cleanout in our garden... A different company (a nationwide franchise that I won't name) came out, and failed to get more than 30 feet from the mushroom vent before deciding it was blocked there and (long story short) left it/us blocked for the coming night! So I decided to give my money to a local company. The next day, Dave from TSQ took my call at 8am and arrived at our home within the hour with a colleague. They found a blockage at ~100 feet using a snake, almost cleared it, then used a jetwash with two different heads. At that point the blockage was cleared :) but they still thought there was an obstruction there. The company owner, Tom, came out, plus another team member, to help complete the work. They took up the mains sewer manhole cover and then they ran blue dye down the toilets to check water was flowing to the main sewer. They then ran a camera to check the pipe visually. They mapped out the line of the underground pipe using a sensor which locates the camera in the pipe. Using this they discovered a U-bend (trap) that I had not known about, which is buried underground without a vent/mushroom, and is probably where the blockage happened. Next step, they'll give me a quote to excavate and fit a cleanout there for futureproofing (and to check it's freeflowing downstream to the main sewer).
I hope it's affordable or I'll be digging 15 feet down by myself! Watch this space!

Shopper beware. Get your quote before the work is done and haggle. This should not have to be the case with a professional company but sadly there is no transparency or preset pricing. So each plumber will charge you what he wishes. I had one plumber come several times-reasonable pricing.
Then another man came over and wanted to charge me $500 for 20 mins of changing a garbage disposal! I had been quoted $200 by someone else at the same company!
We settled on $300.
But pricing should not be arbitrary! Who is keeping those hundreds of dollars they are overpricing unwary customers?!
Shame on them!!
Call a bigger company instead. They may charge premium but at least you approve prices beforehand.

Jerry was very polite, friendly, and provided great service replacing my toilet today! He went above and beyond to make sure everything went fast and as smooth as possible and he cleaned up everything making it look like the toilet wasn’t even replaced! John is such a thoughtful and through guy ~ He rescued me when I had a emergency plumbing problem and then made sure that it was the only leak ~ I couldn't ask for a better plumber

John was extremely thorough and efficient. He drove about 45 min in the evening to come fix our HVAC when we were struggling to find help more locally. He saved us from staying in a 90 degree condo for an additional night!! His work was great and he was so determined to help fix the issue. He stayed until almost 10pm to make sure he didn't leave without fixing the HVAC! He was courteous and hard working and we will definitely be calling him for all of our future HVAC needs. Definitely recommend!!!

Rachko Mechanical showed up the same day we called. In 90 degree heat and a new born baby, a broken central air system was an emergency. Rachko Mechanical was able to diagnose the problem and solve it later that same evening. Providing my family with comfort and peace of mind as well as a professional attitude and knowledge, along with a very fair price. I have already recommended the company to my siblings personally.

We used Rachko Mechanical to replace our boiler when it broke in the middle of the winter. I highly recommend them. The work was done efficiently and completed earlier than the estimate. They took care to make sure our house stayed clean during the installation. And they even came back a few weeks later for a complimentary check up. The new system works great and our house is even warmer than before. Truly a 5-star service.

John saved the day when a big name HVAC company completely dropped the ball after taking over a week to get nowhere during the hottest week of the year so far.

We got connected on Thumbtack late Friday night and messaged me right away. The next day, he installed the condenser fan motor and blade I sourced, and since he was here anyway, also cleaned the furnace motor for me since all the caked on dirt had thrown off the balance, all for a super reasonable price especially during the weekend.

Don't bother with the big name companies and stick with Rachko for speed, customer service, and thoroughness!

The guys were great. They replaced our house boiler and another team installed a chimney sleeve all in one day. In by 8 and out around 5. Boiler works perfectly. This is the third major improvement for the house and I always call them to do the work.

Gau was friendly, professional and thorough. In addition to solving my shower stall drainage issues, I would not hesitate to contact Adam Home Services again for future needs such as a hot water heater replacement or other plumbing needs.
