Ian did an excellent job working on our humidifier. He was prompt, polite, and professional throughout the entire visit. It was clear that he truly cares about the quality of his work and takes pride in doing things right. We were very impressed with his attitude and expertise, and we would gladly welcome him back for any future service needs. Highly recommended!

Our heat was completely out, cracked exchanger. We had a few estimates, and went with Adam because they were good at communicating. They also brought a crew 2 install 2 furnaces. Only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star is because they promised it would get done all in one day, but it took 2.

Mike did a great job replacing multiple parts of our furnace to get it backup and running. He also identified other needed repairs in our AC and water heater. Great, quick service.

Adam Home Services – Heating Technician Felton Daniels

Felton Daniels provided exceptional service during my appointment on 12/9/2025. He arrived on time and fully prepared. He was patient, reassuring, and extremely knowledgeable. Felton took the time to explain and demonstrate the operation of my heater/boiler, making sure I understood everything. His professionalism and care were truly appreciated. I highly recommend him and Adam Home Services.

Adam has been great since I started using them about a half a year ago. This time service was provided by Felton Daniels, who diagnosed the problem with my compressor, replaced and cleaned necessary parts, explained everything he did clearly and patiently, and was pleasant to interact with. I will definitely use this company again.

We had a outdoor house line burst in our downstairs. He called us almost immediately after I hung up with the emergency call service. Told us he could come over as soon as he was finished with another home. He arrived and was very polite and we explained the situation. After he opened up the drywall where the water had been shooting out, he was knowledgeable and explained what and how it may have happened. We asked all sorts of questions and he was able to answer all of them with confidence. Overall he was exactly the person we needed for this situation. We would highly recommend this company if all if the employees are like Andrew.

My old gas-fired steam boiler needed to be replaced, and a few other plumbers I spoke with either didn't have any available appointments for two weeks, or did not have the necessary expertise to properly install this type of heating system in my 80-yr-old house. So I called Adam Home Services. A very helpful woman answered right away, and scheduled Brian to do a free in-home estimate and consultation the next morning. After thoroughly assessing the situation and discussing my needs, answering all my questions, providing a detailed estimate, and setting up a convenient payment plan for me, Brian arranged for the installation to take place the very next day. The two technicians, Daniel and Hansen, arrived promptly at 8am as scheduled, and worked diligently and efficiently on the all-day job. They were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and competent. They answered all my questions, explained everything they would be doing, and were exceptionally tidy and quiet -- most of the time I wouldn't have even known they were here (I actually took a nap in the early afternoon and didn't hear a thing)! When they finished the job they showed me how everything works and made sure I was totally comfortable and satisfied with the work that was done and with the new equipment. I would absolutely recommend this great company and the outstanding technicians -- Brian, Dan, and Hansen -- whom I was lucky enough to work with! These will be my new go-to guys for all my home service needs from now on!

Jeff was excellent! He was knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly honest. He made me feel like he was attending to his family members house. Jeff made a point to be considerate of my house and yard. He wore shoe covers each time he went in and outside. Super nice guy.
He showed me fiber optic footage of the entire sewer system so I could see it was in fairly good shape. Definitely ask for Jeff if you need a sewer inspection.

Just had a 40 year old boiler replaced. Working with the entire team at Adam home services was great, from Matt, who came out to do the initial assessment to Steven and Nick who installed the new boiler. They were on time, courteous and The price that I paid was excellent!!! The coldest weather we have had in 20 years and they were able to install the system in one day and keep my home from freezing!!!

I cannot state strongly enough how impressed with Adam Home Service. I received prompt, friendly service. George was thorough in diagnosing issues, providing information/explanations and arranging for next steps.
Following the initial assessment, I had a new boiler & water heater installed. Again very impressed by the service man who did the install. Some of the things they did to impress me may not have seemed like a big deal to them but they were tome. They were very careful to avoid spreading dirt in the house; they addressed all my question, & educated me on the features of the new thermostat.

Called Adams for a maintenance check of my heater and thermostat. Turned out my system was too old and beyond repair. Ultimately it needed to be replaced. The guy that came to my house was a great kid. 5 star service. The only issue I had was the fact that I bought a brand new system from them that day, I was still charged the 69.00 for the service fee. In all, a good experience, I just wasnt sure why I was charged the service fee for something that they couldn’t service. I guess it was a diagnosis fee. Either way, good company, i would definitely use them again.

We give the highest rating to the service provided by GAO from Adam Home Services. He arrived on time, knew what he was doing, was willing to find the sidewalk sewer cap hidden under deep snow even when he had to shovel the snow out of the way and did that work with good cheer and a great sense of humor, then cleared the sewer line from the house to the street. He certainly delivered the service I needed. I would recommend his services to anyone interested hiring Adam Home Services for a serious plumbing repair. Robert Culleton

Honestly I cannot thank these guys enough. They were thorough and very informative and not that it matters but they were reassuring. Even from the start their genuine characteristics helped me make a hard decision easy to simply pay for the inspection prior to finding out what the actual issue was. They ran snakes and cameras multiple times even triple checked measurements. What I thought may have just been a backed up drain turned out to be a cracked sewer line in a home I recently purchased. They were able to help me get quoted for sewer Drain Line repair and scheduled for next day service and also quoted me for a water heater. They also fought for me to get a military discount and credited the $586.00 dollars I paid for the drain inspection and snaking. They were very hospitable and I wish I could give more stars. I will follow up with pictures of the work that will be done but I don’t leave reviews often this one was well deserved. Thank you guys! God Bless!

Felton did an awesome job. He was very consensus making sure everything was kept neat and cleaned up after himself. He was very thorough and check the unit to make sure he not only got the heat working but that it would stay working in this dreadful cold spell. All at a fairly reasonable price for the amount of time spent , the multiple issues, and servicing us in an emergency situation.

Adam Home Services came in on a Thursday, figured out my whole house AC units and air handlers needs and had a crew of *5* people in there on Monday doing everything that I should have gotten done before I moved into the house! They were so good and they solved a ton of my problems in one day! Afterwards, I had a small question about Dampers and they had the project lead come back to my house to show me! I can not say enough positive things about my two AC replace, two Air Handler replace and hot water coil replacement with Adam Home Services!

We called Adam Home Services seeking an emergency plumber on a Sunday afternoon. We were scheduled for a time within three hours, their plumber (a very nice young fellow named Leif Anderson ) arrived in two hours, repaired our leaking water shut off valve no problem, an after explaining his work, was on his way.
We are very satisfied with the entire experience. Courteous, professional, communicative. Prices were for emergency hours so we're reasonable.

Felton was top notch! From the moment he arrived he made sure I understood my heater system and went over details and answered every question to the full. I really appreciate a repair serviceman that doesn't mind answering a question or hearing your concerns. Respect for the homeowner is great and he had it! I am so disappointed regarding today's visit. I was very adamant that I needed service performed by an experienced technician the same day, but if not, then tell me during that call. Unfortunately, the price was higher than other quotes but because Adam serviced our Fairmount location, we accepted his price only to be told after our credit card was charged that they could not come and perform the service, I withdrew my service call and asked for money to be refunded. The technician said that it would be refunded in minutes, but hours later, still nothing. I feel at this point that I was deceived out of almost $2500

Andrew from Adam Home Services was fantastic. We had a burst pipe and our water supply was completely turned off. He arrived in less than an hour. He was extremely polite, professional, and knew what he was doing. Andrew completed the repair as quickly as possible and got everything back to normal with minimal stress for us. Upon searching for a smaller Heating and cooling service, I read the reviews on Adam's Home Services. I called several companies before reaching out to Adam's. No one could help me with my emergency situation. Which was a gas leak. My gas was shut off by PECO, until problem with heater was resolved. Adam's was able to set me up with an appointment and perform the needed work, within hours of finding out I had a gas leak. Ian showed up on time as promised. He was very polite and informative. He kept me abreast of his findings and cost of the job, as testing the replaced part and making sure my heater was performing properly. I'd like to personally thank Ian for reassuring me that all was well and that my heater was working well. Because of his accuracy and reassurance, I will continue my regular maintenance with Adam's and will definitely request Ian to perform my services annually.
