The dream team are the most knowledgeable and transparent in the business. Their prices and plans for maintenance and tune in are a no brainer. When it comes to bigger jobs, I just wish things were more affordable, but if you go through with it, rest assured that you are paying for quality.

We had a main soil pipe crack in our finished basement. I was able to easily schedule using the online chat system for a quick next day appointment. Zack arrived on time and thoroughly assessed the situation. We agreed on a plan and he went right to work. He was efficient and finished the difficult project within the work day. Dream Team absolutely lives up to their name once again! Tyler came out to bleed our radiators and service the system, and he was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything in detail (no cryptic contractor jargon!) and made sure everything was running smoothly before he wrapped up.

In the past six months, we’ve had Dream Team tackle two huge projects whole-home knob and tube remediation, and a complete plumbing line update that included a new water filtration system and city water connections. Both were major undertakings, and they handled each one with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care.

At this point, it’s safe to say Dream Team is the only crew we trust with our home. They’re reliable, knowledgeable, and just the right mix of friendly and efficient. If you want it done right (and by people who actually get it), they’re the ones to call.

We had air conditioning installed this past week and the Dream Team was incredible. Randy and Shaun were awesome. They were so personable and just great guys. Even my dogs loved them. The work done for the AC install was amazing and transformed how we live in our house. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work over the past week. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks again guys!

Dream Team’s customer service is exemplary. They always respond right away and keep us informed as to the status of parts needed and technician’s arrival time. Our Technician, Tyler Comber has been here several times helping us understand the intricacies of our boiler and how the zones in our house work. In addition, he responded to an emergent situation when we tried to bleed one of the radiators and it spring a leak. I cannot thank him enough for his patience and effort in remedying our issue.

Once again the Dream Team did not disappoint! The Technician Shon who arrived promptly today was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Very pleasant attitude and even put on shoes shields upon entering into my home. Definitely will win with this company. Our family will remain as long time members.

Shon was awesome! Very thorough and helpful. He took the time to explain the work he was going to do and gave me a thorough explanation once he was finished. When he finished his work, we had a great conversation about professional baseball and football. I will request Shon for any work we may need done in the future!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dream Team. They upgraded my electric panel when they were still called Kelly, and came back to fix it when something got loose a couple of years later, after they changed their name. More recently, they came out to repair my malfunctioning furnace on a Friday and the tech was willing to drive out and pick up the part and install same day. That did not fit my schedule, and I thought the furnace would hold out a little longer. But when I woke up the next day and the furnace wasn't working, they came back that same morning (Saturday), and had it up and running in no time. Then, most recently, Nick came out same day when a pipe leaked under the bathroom floor. He fixed it in no time with only a surgical hole! It's true, they're not the cheapest, but in my experience they are willing to go the extra mile for their customers and they stand by their work.

Beware! I believe I was grossly overcharges and regret not getting a second quote from another electrician.
Because of age and corrosion of my panel boxes, I had my main and sub panels replaced/rewired. The upgrade was an "Optimum Electrical Panel Package" and cost $26,258! It took 3 electricians one day to complete. It's hard to imagine what mark ups Dream Team is charging for materials. In addition, only 30 hours of labor was involved. Are these contractors being paid better than surgeons!

I would highly recommend getting a detailed cost estimate outlining labor and material costs for any major work you are considering hiring Dream Team for. I asked for such an invoice breaking down these costs once my job was completed. I was not satisfied with Dream Teams response. Please do not make the mistake I made!

The dream team did a fantastic job from the start to the end. They were very detailed in their evaluation and explained everything carefully, making sure we understood. All the employees that came through the house for the project were kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend!

Shon came to do our seasonal HVAC servicing under the Family Plan, and he was fantastic. He walked me through the entire system and pointed out specific things for us to monitor as our heating system continues to age. He tightened up some loose clamps and left me feeling very happy to be covered by the Family Plan. Shon also presented us with several ways we could upgrade efficiency and air quality of our HVAC system and Overall, Shon is a great guy who does excellent work, and someone I’d highly recommend!

Tyler, Aiden, Shondu and Ryan were amazing! My 40 year heater finally broke and they came to the rescue with a brand new set up. So happy with the work and their professionalism. Highly recommend!

We had to call to get our HVAC up and running for the season. Boyle was out first thing today to take care of our cooling needs! Ed Johnson is the best in the business! Highly recommend Boyle Energy for their professional service and great workmanship. They are top notch in your heating and cooling needs! Boyle Energy is great to work with. They always respond quickly whenever there is a problem with our HVAC. Last summer they replaced our AC unit and the entire process was quick and was professionally done.

Vitali from Boyle Energy worked throughly in the heat to make sure both of the AC units were ready for the summer heat. He identified concerns and made necessary fixes to each. I am so very appreciative to his hard work, dedication, and his knowledge of the systems. Thank You!!!

Mike and his assistant knocked out the job of replacing my oil line. Arrived promptly and introduced themselves, surveyed the job, explained what can be done and them presented a total. Jumped right into the job and I had hot water again in a matter of 3 hours. Thanks Boyle oil for helping me the same day with my emergency.

Boyle came out within one day of calling to service my heater. The technician was courteous and explained everything to me. Also, our tank was filled that same day. Great experience!

Pat and the Boyle team are the best in the business. When it comes to heat and AC, responsiveness is key. Boyle's customer service is top-notch, and I have had zero issues with my units.

Soon after the Boyle Energy sales/tech visited our home we received a very detailed and competitive estimate for new AC and a propane fired heating boiler together with a genuine offer, if we wanted it of 0% financing. We were hoping our old AC would last until Boyle Energy are scheduled to fit a new system in a week or so. Then the old AC died yesterday and we let them know, saying that we hoped the work would not be delayed. The office manager immediately offered and then arranged delivery of a portable upright AC unit, with the offer of more if we needed them, while also confirming the installation work will be done on schedule. The tech. who delivered the unit was friendly and helpful and took the unit to the room where we most needed it. Our first impressions are of a very efficient Company, with a friendly “the customer comes first” approach to doing business.

The heating and A/C systems have been installed - work was well done and we are very pleased with everything.
