We had issues with our furnace shutting off before the fan kicked on. I had Adam home services, back then Adam Mechanical, work at my old house. They did an amazing job last time with a new AC unit at my old house and felt comfortable reaching out to them again. Service tech Matt came out and looked through my system. He should me the. Inside of my unit with his camera and explained everything. We decided to go with them for a whole new unit. I was on the phone with his boss and we talked through everything. I felt very comfortable with the decision. They helped me get finance for it unlike bigger companies that were turned away by financing option. Excellent job Adam Home Services. You will always have my business. It is great to find a company you trust.

My heater was having trouble staying on and wasn’t getting the house warm enough during one of the coldest weeks we’ve had. I called a few places, but when I reached out to Adam Home Services, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful right away.

There was a $150 after-hours/emergency fee, which was completely reasonable — and Matt ended up waiving that fee, which was incredibly kind and appreciated.

Matt came out and, to my surprise, explained that my entire heating system needed to be redone. He showed me unsafe wiring, holes in the ductwork, and a furnace that simply wasn’t functioning properly. There wasn’t a quick or simple fix — it truly needed to be replaced.

I also mentioned that I wanted to add central air and had previously been quoted an astronomically high price. Adam Home Services was able to do the entire system, including central air, for nearly half of what I had been quoted elsewhere.

I was worried it would take a long time to schedule the work, but they completed everything within three days of the initial visit. They also offer excellent payment plan options, which helped tremendously.

Every worker was respectful, professional, and extremely clean. They cleaned up everything when they were done and took all of their trash with them. They even took a moment to give some love to my dogs and cats, which I really appreciated.

Highly recommend — 100/10.

I would use this company any time. They are courteous prompt and efficient. I have used them numerous times and can say, how pleasant it is to use a company who actually do what they say, arrive when they say and call if there is an issue.

Our heat went out and the house was 48 degrees this morning. They showed up within an hour of calling them, despite being busy, and had our heat back on in 30 minutes. The gentleman who fixed our heater was very polite and professional and the cost was affordable and fair. He did an excellent job and we definitely recommend this company!! Thank you so much!

Zach came all the way out to Havertown to help service my house. After doing an investigation, Zach through step-by-step what he were a few options that we could do. After discussing, we came up with the best plan for my family at the time. I would recommend Zach and the Dream Team.

Edit: I would like to mention after utilizing the family plan and had an electrician, Void, show up to do his free inspections. I was quite satisfied that he took the time to explained everything that he was doing. He gave some great insight and would definitely want him to be the electrician I use when I need an electrician. Great people, great service = 👍 and customer loyalty.

Nick arrived promptly as scheduled and took care of replacing our garbage disposal. He tested it several times to be certain there were no leaks. He was courteous and professional and we will definitely ask for him next time. We have called the Dreamteam several times for plumbing and electrical work and are extremely satisfied . Highly recommend!

I was very happy with my experience with the Dream Team. Our thermostat broke and so we were without heat. I was able to schedule a same day service to our home in Havertown, and Chris who came was wonderful. He was really professional, helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. Would definitely use them again for any of my home needs.

We had an excellent experience with the Dream Team when we needed our garbage disposal repaired. It was very easy to schedule the service and our technician, Jack Foley, was professional, friendly, thorough and honest. He gave us a range of options in terms of fixing the disposal and also assessed the whole plumbing system in the house (at no extra charge) to identify any areas that might need our attention down the line. He never pushed to add more work, he was just making us aware of the ins and outs of our system. I really appreciated that. We will absolutely use their services again and would recommend them to others.

Wow! I normally dread visits from the plumber, waiting to be told the job is much bigger than I expected, with no good way to evaluate that claim.... Marty from Dream Team just left, fixed my pinhole leak in toilet valve in record time - quicker than I expected, less expensive than I expected, more understandable than I expected - he (and the preceding scheduling team) was efficient, competent, communicative, and friendly. Very happy to have found this company.

Zack from Dream Team was out to perform a plumbing inspection at my house. He was highly professional and thorough and walked me through the various tests, along with options and areas to prioritize. Really appreciate the level of service with Zack and Dream Team.

The electrician, Gerold, was prompt and professional. The fee was a bit exorbitant, but the work performed was of good quality.

The Dream Team experience has been a satisfying one, from the electrical professionals and the plumbing professionals. I like the personal touch of knowing who the professional is, as well as, their commitment to ensure that the customer is content with the work and the expert delivering the service. The administrative staff who handle the calls are delightful, respectful and responsive to my concerns and needs. Since October I've had many updates to my beautiful old home, and I trust those that have worked on my updates. Just recently, Nathaniel and Ken helped to resolve separate electrical issues; while Kim and Michelle made sure that appointments were readily made, and checked in to see if all went well. I love the thoroughness and follow-through of this company!

I had a follow up appointment with Tiernan who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make certain things were satisfactory and he didn’t make me feel like it was just another job. Much appreciated and I’d definitely recommend this company and use their services again.

I was able to make a same-day appointment to fix a leaking kitchen faucet in September. The plumber who came out had the part in his truck, but could not tell me how much the new faucet cost when I made a bad decision to agree to the installation. After weeks of trying to get an itemized bill, I learned from a supervisor that the part cost less than $300, but because of overhead I was charged a total of $1,373.00. I still have not received a receipt or an itemized list of charges six weeks later despite six requests. The plumber did a good job, but I regret doing business with Dream Team with their practice of not being up front about costs, not being responsive to my communications and trying to sell me service plans that I did not need while charging me $500-$700 more than if I contacted an independent contractor in the area.
