Shondu was kind and courteous. Worked efficiently and explained what he did and what I needed to do to maintain my heating system in my condo.

Took almost 24 hours for an "emergency" visit and charged more than twice what we usually pay for this service. Called at 4 pm on a Saturday for an emergency "root-rooting" of our plumbing line due to a clog. This company has an AI "receptionist" and via the receptionist we were given an appointment between 6-8 PM that night, with the understanding that there would be a fee for a quick appointment. At 8:30 pm the plumber called and said he could not make it that night and would call us in the morning. With no call in the morning, my husband called the main number again and was given an appointment between 10 am and noon. Plumber finally came after 3pm and explained that the AI receptionist giving out appointments does not actually know his schedule and does not communicate the appointment times to him - he just gets to people when he can. He assured me that we would not have to pay the emergency visit charge due to the long delay. Charge was $750 for ~30 minutes work clearing a clog near the street. We have had this service done as recently as 2023 by Falcone and Truman for $325, and they came within two hours, albeit on a weekday. For the extra $425 we paid, we could have just stayed in a nice hotel until Monday and then called them, especially since we ultimately had to spend much of the weekend without using water as it was. Plumber was pleasant and did clear the clog but we will never use this company again.

Dream Team was a dream to work with. In the middle of a heat wave, an appointment was made within 14 hours to diagnose my air conditioner problem Aidan was completely professional and efficient He diagnosed the problem, demonstrated the issue, clearly explained options, costs and benefits. Great job!!

Shon did an amazing job. We have the smallest crawlspace and he got in there and took care of our issue without any problems.

My experience was so good that it was almost scary. I mean, where does one find service and professionalism that meet or exceed your expectations these days?

Scheduling was a breeze - starting with the fact that someone actually answered the phone when I called! How often does that happen? Scheduling was at my convenience. Wow!

Nick was a great ambassador for Dream Team. On time. Respectful of my home. Honest about a particular aspect of the job (repair versus replace). DT also agreed to install fixtures that I had purchased previously - when I had to dismiss the contractor who was supposed to install them for me. Most plumbers won't do that.

I have a few more plumbing issues on my "to-do" list that I've been dragging my feet on because dealing with plumbing services can be a headache. Whie I think their prices are on the high side, I'm willing to pay a premium for courtesy, responsiveness, and professionalism. DT has my business from here on out. I can not recommend them enough.

Moved into a new house a few weeks ago, and on the hottest day of the year thus far, the Air Conditioner stopped working. Called several places, but Dream Team was the only one that was able to make it out that day. Randy H. was our technician and he was fantastic. Mom and I have been teachers for more than 50 years combined, and we greatly appreciated the way he explained the problem, what caused it, and options to resolve it. He was the absolute Best.

The guys at Dream Team (Randy and Shaun) did an outstanding job of replacing our air handler and condensing unit! They were very professional and Randy clearly explained each step, and asked if we had any questions. As with any replacement/upgrade job you can expect a few “Challenges”, and our job was no different. With each problem, they let us know how they planned to resolve the issue, to insure we were happy. All without an extra charge. We’d be happy to have them back again.
